@virginmedia That's my issue; in terms of service, it is resolved. Thr cable was previously buried (all be it not that deep), & I would have liked it to be again. My suggestion was leave slack so I could bury it. That message wasn't passed on to the 3rd party engineer. What would you advise?

@virginmedia Thanks for your help but this is a problem only Three can sort! Their new system works where it’s deployed. The problem is that they haven’t deployed it everywhere - eg Elizabeth Line.

@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@virginmedia Phoned, and as expected; they can't just "put this right". The equipment and service are working fine. That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!

@virginmedia when I switched to you in April the guy selling the package offered me some Wi-Fi boosters if I had poor signal in parts of my house which I do… now some months in I really do need them and was promised them free of charge so can you make good on your promise please

@virginmedia So, this all seemed to be fixed by Aug 17th. Then I went on holiday, came back, and we have exactly the same issue. Nothing listed on the service status for the area, connection drops with a green flashing light between 23:00 and 23:30, will return at some point before lunchtime

@virginmedia Nothing listed as a problem in the area (which I don't believe based on last time this happened). Check fails as it thinks the hub is disconnected (which is the whole problem!)
