    @virginmedia Of course. I’ve done everything required of me: I was told it’s caused by my home move and the disconnection due on 12th. Things seem to have been prematurely actioned affecting my signal

    @virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dad’s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

    @virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

    @virginmedia It’s everything downstream of the LAN ports, so wifi on the box is on and working but all his wired network is offline. I have asked him to check all the cabling to make sure it’s all connected.

    Our 4th day of no internet thanks to @virginmedia Can’t talk to a person. Fix date changes three times a day and it’s yet to be fixed. And yet they take a small fortunes out of our account every month.

    @virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

    @virginmedia Here’s hoping it is fixed then. Problem is, this has been going on for 3/4 days, and going down like this for almost the entire work days, especially in this heat is a pain. Especially as I’m chronically ill, so travelling into the office isn’t an option. 😔 Here’s to waiting.

    @virginmedia I've done that and been spoken to very rudely. Also been told that the issue cannot be resolved immediately and to wait for a call back at some point. I shall be leaving virgin after many years with you and will encourage others to do the same.

    Disgusting treatment from @virginmedia. Additional services & cost added to my account without my permission and then rude call centre staff when ringing to speak about it. 100% lied to me on the phone stating I was told yesterday about the extra services (which I wasn't).

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Thanks 4 reply. You are the 1st response. I have not contacted BPO who are debt collectors. They will no nothing about the issues with VM. It is up to VM to cancel the invoice & stand down BPO. I have approached VM several times & you disabled complaints yr Web Site.

    @virginmedia Yes said there was an issue in the area and it would be repaired in 2 days , 3 days later it was updated to another 2 days etc etc and then went to July 5th , then on July 5th did Aug 5th , tried to see if your company would send out a temp 4g dongle
