@virginmedia - I have a replacement router however when it is unable to connect to your network. Its is not getting a public ip and the 'Network Access' status is blocked as opposed to Allowed. I need to speak to someone from the technical dept to get this allowed.

We are fortunate enough to be able to have both @SkySportsPL and @btsportfootball on @virginmedia. But why pay for this when the matches we want to watch are on Box Office? We are being asked to pay twice! We will cancel if this continues. #RipOff

@virginmedia Two extended periods of downtime today. Virgin 4g down at the same time. You charge a pretty penny for a service which when works is great but when all connectivity goes is beyond substandard. I hope you think hard and compensate those who have experienced no service.
