    I called @virginmedia back and they are now saying they won’t be able to install my internet until February 15th, a month after they sent me the modem. They’ve already activated my account and are charging me, but are telling me that shouldn’t have happened and they can’t fix it.

    @virginmedia Hi John, thanks for getting back to me. The call was in regards to a problem with my broadband which luckily after an hour on the phone to a really helpful operator was discovered to be a known issue in the area that was being updated late on the system. 1/2

    @virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for Β£51.15 whereas new customers get it for Β£45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

    @virginmedia Self install as we had determined the tivo box was faulty they sent one but its obviously never been activated from your end despite the hrs I've spent online trying to get it done no one I speak to has a clue what there doing constantly going thro diagnostics not activating it.

    @britfoodfinder @virginmedia They had a major crash last August...thats when my issue started. After that it wouldnt accept my password, asked for a passkey which I'd never even set up, but didnt provide an option to do so even an 'Ive forgotten my passkey...' etc.

    @rpd_pacer @virginmedia @virginmedia customer service is woeful. With them since it was Telewest. Sky are much better and have got good offers on at the moment. Only time they were any good was after a death in the family when they weren't needed anymore! Good luck.
