@virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.

@virginmedia lol thanks for replying with a template but I am in the opposite end of London - North London, Archway, N19… why is our signal disappearing every afternoon?! this needs to be fixed as we are getting in troubles with work because of this!!

@virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!
