@virginmedia my mums tv/broadband went down at 8.30pm last night, you said it would be back up and running by 12.30am, still not working this morning she’s been told it should be back in at 4.30pm today. No mention of the problem! #ridiculous #compensation

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@virginmedia The service I am paying for has not been provided to me for over a week now. I have had to work at alternative places to do my work. Other customers have received a £20 credit on their bill as a good will gesture for the inconvenience. I would expect some sort of compensation.
