after 6 mths @virginmedia have found the fault causing my router going offline. i have suffered countless calls, 4 engineers, often 5 times a day outage and customer service suggest i just end the contract. my request for 1 month discount is unreasonable apparently. #valued

@virginmedia What a load of BS...we have had nothing but issues...keep getting connected with automated systm which restarts the hub and resolves the issues for few hours then the same issues again...been waiting for nearly 6months for wifi extender which was promised twice but still not here
