    Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

    3rd time in 11 days my land line has broken. @virginmedia 2 engineers a week apart apparently fixed it. Today not working again. Not good enough virgin. It is essential that I have a land line!!!

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

Virgin send an engineer, engineer says it’s fine and virgin need to do it … back to square one in the call centre with some poor kid who can’t speak English and ‘doesn’t have a manager’.     @virginmedia the most incompetent service I have ever encountered in my life. Our original installation date was 17th Oct and now it’s 18th Feb. THATS 5 MONTHS DELAY?! Practically half a year, because of connecting cables to the flat… outrageous!

    @virginmedia Ahh okay, there's no way to send a reboot command at all? I'm aware you can do it when entering the admin settings but you have to be connected to the network.
