@virginmedia FYI - the service status on your website/app says there is no broadband issues, but when I go onto troubleshooting with intermittent WiFi, it says there’s a big problem in my area. Not overly helpful, have been trying for a couple of hrs to fix ourselves 🙄

I’m trying to live chat to @virginmedia to see if they can install a Hub 5 router in our area as Apple reporting privacy problems with existing router. I’m on hold for a ‘live’ agent but their Terri Triage BOT requires me to press the ‘Yes I’ll hold button’ every 40secs. 😱😱😱

@virginmedia I’ve paid £15.99 for this movie and it’s been nothing but glitchy. Can’t watch it and almost mockingly, a message has come up saying “you are currently experiencing network issues with this show”! I’m getting average download speeds of 400mbps!!

@virginmedia we had an outage yesterday that you advised was fixed at around 2pm, but it isn't! Your service status says there is no longer an issue, but we're only getting broadband for about 5 minutes every few hours so there's definitely a problem. How do we report this?

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@_100Countries @virginmedia With my dealings it's rare if at all companies ask for routers back. They're paid for with your contract or classed as "free" cancel the DD as if you don't they put you on a rolling contract

@virginmedia we were meant to get our broadband installed today as moving home. Engineer said he couldn’t do it due to outside cable not being connected and that we would get a call as Avon media would need to come round in the next 2 days to fix. Now office is telling me 25th.
