@virginmedia I've been having problems with my phoneline and it is currently dead, can't make or receive calls. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

@TracyWoodley4 @virginmedia @Virgin Their service has certainly gone down hill and this issue with the call centre is a complete farce. If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

Just left @virginmedia after 20+years (was originally Cable London) sad but poor service, high price and poor broadband making it an easy decision to return to BT. #virginmedia #poorbroadbandservice

@virginmedia Well resetting gets if going again but the cut outs keep happening. I'll try ringing later but shortage of staff to help is likely to still be an issue

@virginmedia Yes, it says that there are issues. Info isn’t clear, though. This morning it said you were doing planned improvements whereas now it talks about actual issues. It wont let me register for compensation either

Apparently @virginmedia is making improvements to the network in my area. So, they say everything will be back to normal by 4pm today. On a MONDAY. You know, when people need WIFI to wfh. During a pandemic.

@virginmedia Yes he left a name & phone number, said I should I let him know if I still have issues. I've contacted him 3 times including this morning since his visit last Friday.

@virginmedia Honestly - I don’t think there is any point addressing this as it shows to the whole world how @virginmedia is simply unaware of the service they offer, and are unable to explain reasons why they are falling short. I will not be recommending this service to anyone - full stop!

@virginmedia 5 days of calls, 1 official dispute/complaint, 19 hours of waiting for an agent on WhatsApp, just to get a router that you phoned me every day for a week to accept, but then failed to deliver. Your customer service is WITHOUT DOUBT the worst i have ever had to use.
