Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

I’m a fairly new customer & I’ve had constant issues since moving from @sky I’ve now got to wait until Saturday before a technician can come & repair everything 👎🏼
