@virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

@virginmedia So customer services are baffled by daily outages since July - you should advertise a “not a fault free service” expect months of business disruption , and forget working from home. Just fix the problem.

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia my broadband is still down since this morning. Your engineers have not fixed the issue although your automated system says no issues in area. Please tell your engineers we are still down in N21. Impossible to talk to a human. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia I took your advice and called the number yesterday 3/05/2022. The lady on the phone was very hopeful and advised that the problem would be rectified that day. I asked if this was definite 100% which she replied, “yes”! It is now 4/05/2022 and still nothing. Not even an email!!

@virginmedia I made a payment, but because i missed the DD by a day, my next bill is now £98 instead of £29.99, one of the agents who offered a better package with no extra charge has absolutely messed up my account too, i did put a complaint in and i cannot afford that much

@virginmedia I am currently waiting. I have received multiple dates which were moved/cancelled due to construction issues but NO CONSTRUCTION issues fixes so far. This is ridiculous. What do I have to do this time round? As i mentioned I think @WeAreOpenreach or @SpaceXStarlink can do better.
