    @virginmedia No I have not and at no stage has any one or any virgin media Web site indicated to do so I have as stated spent hrs on the phone talking to yr people about the problem and now you suggest this I am totally fed up ringing VIRGIN MEDIA and constantly going over the same things.

    @virginmedia So after getting an engineer visit finally today, comes, says fixed, 10mins later broadbanddrops again. Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

    If there’s a company whose β€˜welcome to…’ message when you call them is more hollow and meaningless than @virginmedia I’d be surprised. The depth of their customer β€˜service’ crapness must be witnessed to be believed. Expect that to witness it is to lose years off your life.

Take your out of date equipment out of my home and I will move on to a better provider. For an 82 year old unacceptable.
