@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Yes, since the day we signed with Virgin we’ve had our broadband drop out intermittently, I’ve been years trying to rectify it. When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

@virginmedia when I switched to you in April the guy selling the package offered me some Wi-Fi boosters if I had poor signal in parts of my house which I do… now some months in I really do need them and was promised them free of charge so can you make good on your promise please
