@virginmedia It’s fibre only. How do I cancel when customer service is so bad! I have had 2 calls ended tonight as they don’t want to cancel my contract. So bad. Your front of house is appalling and can tell by the number of complaints on here in such a short space of time. :(

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@virginmedia If you read this correctly you would see that I said broadband is not the issue - it's everything else, and trust me we gave engaged with you on numerous occasions including 6 engineers who have so far failed miserably.

@virginmedia It definitely was an outage of sorts yes. The box won't properly start up like it's on a loop. And the lights on the box all light up and then off again and etc.

@virginmedia I was told everything was fixed and the CISAS case was closed and settled last week!!! To find this week you are in breach. I just want my address changed and you can removed that late payment charge or I’ll need to go back and open up another complaint to CISAS.

New sales answered in under 3 minutes two times... Leaving took 25 minutes to answer and that's not even the right team and then they hang up
