@virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

@virginmedia Started chat at 16:44 Had to end 18:05 for hospital treatment to be done. In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.

@virginmedia I can get through. They say the system is down. I've given you the 30 days notice as per the contract (section O) so fully expect 29 days if I have to call tomorrow to sort it. It's not my fault your system isn't working, it's yours.
