@virginmedia The @virginmedia box has completely broken down since yesterday & we can’t watch TV. My broadband is also affected. I’m a fairly new customer & I’ve had constant issues since moving from @sky I’ve now got to wait until Saturday before a technician can come & repair everything 👎🏼

Virgin WiFi is up and down all the time, but now it's really down and not working. Can't even turn on my Alexa smart lights so stuck in the dark and soon landlines will be WiFi so that won't work either. @virginmedia #noservice

@MissyElly @virginmedia Worst thing I did last year was move from #sky to @virginmedia I’ve only had it installed for about 6 months & I’ve never had a single month without having some sort of issue. You’re better off elsewhere!

Wow @virginmedia is having a complete meltdown in my area and their automated service is telling me that this "short" interruption to my internet services should be resolved at 10 am tomorrow. That's 14 hours from now! What if my work depended on it?

@virginmedia please fix this issue. Recently not loading some emails over wifi saying it’s to do with network settings. Ok if I turn wifi off. Reading lots of people having the same problem with you on iPhone.

2/3 @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog we were told by customer services that the new hub order had not gone through properly and needed to be ordered again……thus another wait. It finally arrived and was set up and plugged in. We haven’t noticed any improvement at all………………

@virginmedia It took 3 calls to get through to someone who could help, the 1st I was hung up on, 2nd the line went dead after 35 minutes, the third I was transferred back & forth multiple times & had to repeatedly justify why I was moving house? Happy I was calling to cancel my account!

3/3 rang @virginmedia customer services 2day Natalie tried to help after trying all kinds of resets advised us there is a temporary issue with service their end. been told that previously & it will be fixed in 24hrs We are paying £90 a month inc Wi-Fi ??? Totally 💯 fuming……
