@virginmedia Hi. No it wasn't. I had to call up again on Friday and this time got a uk based operator who understood my issue within 2 minutes and asked me to email in my evidence which I did right away. I was however promised a return call within 1.5 hours which I am still waiting on....

@virginmedia Pls tell me how I swap out my BB hub as it keeps rebooting. I cant find how to book a technician on website. Test just tells me either that there is no problem or there is but a technician will only be booked if the problem is still there in 24hours.
