Soooo when a company becomes a Monster & just.cAnt control itself... @virginmedia... Today had 2 confirmations that Fridays order bodged and new order for Wed how did I know well no news from yodel... Complaint team rang assured me it(fri orig) would turn up tomorrow, 1/2

@virginmedia This is the point your system is not showing any issues but several of us in the area are experiencing low speeds. So there is obviously a problem.

@virginmedia seems Enfield EN3 customers are being told there isn't an issue with speeds. Funny that so many are complaining.

@virginmedia Have had problems with a cut in service every day this week. When you work from home this is massively annoying and inconvenient. I have had to run tests everyday and reset devices and my home security etc. I am Area24 but it’s now getting me to 😡🤬stage!!!

@virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

Soooo the supposed cancelled hub from @virginmedia did turn up hurrah.... 2 hours latter... Its a dud clearly a recon that's not not recon'd... Poor swrvi e luckily I wouldn't let the laims lady cancel we'd delivery yesterday... Oh BTW she never rang back again how unsual😡

@virginmedia Hi yes I've been receiving slow speeds since Friday (less than 5Mbps) on wired and wireless devices- have tried reboot and moving the hub but no luck, also phoned customer care but they hung up on me. Need this sorted asap, please help!

So over joyed we had Internet... 1st day I get to test and. Yep ping test proves getting less than 33% of my paid for service. One of 2 options. 1 @virginmedia are screwing up again (occurs often) or 2. The Hub 3 still has xesign/systems faults.. Last time replaced with hub 2.5

Obviously @virginmedia and @o2 have not thought of the optics how this looks, and all we've had is computer says no rubbish from either company. It looks like a good service, but if it's made this difficult to get, why bother?

@virginmedia (2/2) in our area until the 25th of November, and that the wifi may be patchy until then. We both work from home and need internet (esp zoom!) is there anything you can do while it's not working? We are having to spend a fortune on 4g top ups to make up for it!
