@virginmedia Unbelievably shockingly bad customer support today. 1hr 25 mins on the phone, spoke to 7 agents and no resolution 2 of your agents were excellent the rest were appaling. As a long standing customer I feel I have no option but to change provider. #virginfail

@virginmedia Yes, but that process took 81 minutes, without having spoken to anyone who could deal with my problems. It's been the third attempt at talking with Virgin too.

@virginmedia your customer service is unbelievably pathetic. You think paying me £50 discount will resolve my contempt for your service, well it won’t. It took you 6 weeks before anyone even contacted me. I pay for 300 meg WiFi, I’m lucky if I get 20.

@virginmedia Started chat at 16:44 Had to end 18:05 for hospital treatment to be done. In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.

@virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

@virginmedia I have been complaint for the last 12 months and once again no action is it really that difficult to ask an engineer to fix your defective product beyond belief

@virginmedia Never once had an issue with my old package but since this upgrade its been nothing but hassle. Every giving me different answers. The worst thing is for 2 days I was getting 450-500mbs which was great but now i barely reach 100mbs

@virginmedia I was trying to cancel it. Took nearly 3 hours on WhatsApp to do so. Why should it take so long? Because he was trying to wear me down into keeping it, by delay, lies and obtuse statements.
