  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia I changed to virgin once. Lasted 6 months. They charged me for services I didn’t ask for or use took bigger payments than they should have and not one person on the phone spoke clear enough English for you to understand. Absolute **** show of a company

  @virginmedia I cannot tell you how horrendous my experience has been. 4 weeks later, no install, a broken path and I have no broadband! You didn’t show up again!!!! No communication either.
