    So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

    @virginmedia your customer service department still hasn’t done what it said it would. I hope my service is restored tomorrow when your engineer is expected. I somehow doubt it will happen though. Disappointing service. Not what I’m paying for.

    @virginmedia There’s not enough slack on the cable to fix a connector. It’ll need a new cable laying. I’m still waiting for the form for permission that I was promised days ago. Maybe the carrier pigeon got lost.

    After 72 hours without functioning WiFi/broadband (have given up explaining the difference to my bemused family) , normal service is resumed. It’s been tough. We had to actually watch whatever was on live TV. Dreadful. Big thanks to @bt_uk for sorting out @virginmedia mess

    Rubbish customer service from @virginmedia yet again Internet continues to be intermittent which is not good when your wife works from home & now want to add £8:50 to my monthly bill for a “free upgrade”. When I call to discuss I’m simply told you’re closed & you cut me off

    @virginmedia Thanks. I filed a complaint 6 days ago and unsurprisingly am yet to hear anything. I feel like I’m being quite negative about VM so I’d like to give you some praise. 2 things you’re good at: 1. Replying to Tweets. 2. Apologising. Unfortunately both not very helpful.

    @virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

    @virginmedia That a manager would call me back within 24 hrs because my installation date keeps being moved. There is a problem but no-one can tell me what it is based on the information on their screens. I was also told I'd get compensation but that no longer seems to be honoured.

    @virginmedia You refused that is why I sent everything to The Police logs, bills 6 in one day etc. etc. they all went by First Class Post to The Police Headquarters, because I had a threat from you to send A Debt Collector,, when you refused to help with a Payment Plan 23 Years wasted
