    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    @virginmedia for the 3rd time today my broadband won’t work because my modem keeps needing rebooting and is crap I need a new one but can’t get through to anyone to speak to this is been going on weeks now, absolute terrible service

    @virginmedia Thanks for trying. Three Exec Dept people in the last 10 days promised to call me back after initial calls - none have. I have put it all in an e-mail against what I believe is my reference number. I want the mobile internet service you've arranged to work.

    @virginmedia Now I am told they will send me a new hub as they do think I have problems T the house . That’s why VM booked a engineer it was not me who did it . Time will tell if the goal post moves again today

    @virginmedia I agree they wont but if you see the loss i am getting of -82dbm from being 7 metres away surely a pod will expand coverage into that area with the poor signal strength? If i stand next door to the router i get my expected speeds - thanks

    @virginmedia Hands down THE worst service provider in the UK, the BB service hi s never consistently at an acceptable speed, the services are always going down and this…….this is just ridiculous. I will be using this as one of the many reasons to terminate my contract with Virgin.

    @virginmedia I think you’d better get ready for an exodus - we understand technical issues can occur but not keeping customers up to date in this day and age is just incredibly poor service - am off to look for a better deal
