They make you hang on forever then offer you a link to your mobile, and when you message on that as instructed, they never come back to you. Absolute disgrace. My bill has gone up by another 20 quid a month. I will NOT be paying Β£120 for this service!

Wifi connection is fine. But the internet is unreliable and Iβve reset my router 4 times today. That has nothing to do with connectivity/speed.
