    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia I have been cut off my call 3 times this morning! I am trying to cancel my cancellation as decided to stay with Virgin. I need to have this sorted today. I need a call back. I have been on the phone now for nearly 2 hours!

    @virginmedia New Hub 4 arrived during time when Virgin have low staff due to COVID. Keeps dropping out, difficult to work from home and no ability to contact Virgin! ‘Call Failed’ when phoning. Great planning by Operations Mgr. Customer nearly 20 years and want to leave! Fed up!

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    @virginmedia once again (5th time in a month) you have screwed our account up. Now it’s another 30 minute wait to talk to someone to correct an error you have claimed to have fixed (on 3 occasions) The worst ever customer service

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

    @virginmedia Although it’s fixed now you left me in a dangerous situation. I was unable to install new hub straight away. I needed help. Without warning my old hub had been closed by you without the new hub being installed. I rely on wifi for different area’s of illness....

    @virginmedia No broadband at all. Have tried resetting router but doesn’t help. Green arrows flashing on front of router. When I call get sent to website; when I go to website it says call. Would appreciate your help!

    @virginmedia Not for internet. It seems to work for a bit then I have to reset the router every few hours. Have there been network issues around central London today?

    @virginmedia I have an account number and an area code, and have a phone password and everything. You can and you are able to track down all of this. Otherwise the service wouldn't have been able to eventually install, would it?

    Why are @virginmedia incapable of answering the phone to discuss our account! The only number we can get through to are the faults dept in South Africa. Don’t offer call backs, absolute joke. Very unhappy customer 😡😡

    Never ever EVER use @virginmedia They are utterly ******* useless, they ****** up my order as a new customer, so I‘ve got a new broadband provider asap but their ineptness means I still have no internet despite successfully leaving those shitgibbons within 14 days of non-service

    @virginmedia Re: Step 3 - when I said I was not happy with the offer over the phone I was not given the opportunity to escalate this to either a manager or senior manager. Your customer service policies are not being followed.

    @virginmedia hi , my tv remote is damaged and not working. I have tried to order a new one through the website/app but message appears saying ‘oops the page your looking for isn’t there’ and so cannot order a new one. Can you help? Thanks

    @virginmedia We have a complaint raised and you have not been helpful. The phantom premium rate calls on the bill were not made, but you insist they were. An engineer has been out to check for crossed wires but another VM reply to my wife said this wouldn't make a difference.
