@virginmedia so I’ve had a merry go round of experiences for the last few months I’ve had to give advice to managers engineers etc when I contact about issues I want to out this forwards do a job do it right correct. Say a time call me don’t not call happened 3+ times 1/2

@virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.

@virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

@virginmedia Your number ..call centres in Swansea Plymouth India or Philippines. This is not your number it’s a contract partner. If I spoke to a members of your own staff being paid for their service level. I suspect there would be a very different outcome. Suspect u are a computer
