Mark (@moffmark) reported from Hertfordshire, England@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm
-
✨kate✨ (@ushererofsouls) reported from Harlington, England@virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.
-
Tim Read (@TimRead1971) reported from Hertfordshire, England@virginmedia services might have come back as per your update (terrestrial ones) but they’re now not working again. Channels now ‘not authorised’. How about some proper action and updates.
-
Steve Dunn (@SteveDunn09) reported from Harpenden, England@virginmedia Yeah... he he... when the broad band decides to work that might help.. when you get 'not connected' via ethernet and wifi the tests are a bit meaningless
-
Nik Lane (@NikLane7) reported from Hertfordshire, England@TheStevieG123 @virginmedia I had a similar issue with EE (plus the phone wasn't a good enough upgrade for the money!) I sent it back within 14 days and got a sim only. 5g prob won't be worthwhile over here for some time yet
-
Jesse Bryce (@jesseb4me) reported from Luton, England@muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.
-
Nick Chainey 💙 (@NLFG) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England@virginmedia I've tried both of those. I was going to restart the router and see if that made any difference. Appreciate the help 👍🏼
-
Nicholas Jemetta (@nicholasjemetta) reported from Hitchin, England@virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

I Make Stuff Up On Tw*tter (@sjdhatters) reported from Stoke Mandeville, England@virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?

🦄 UnicornFarts641🦄 LegitBossQueen69🦄 (@DawnHar90476836) reported from Luton, England@virginmedia Busy? I've been fighting allday since 9am. I've paid agreed amount but my services haven't been restored and I can't get through by text, WhatsApp or phone. This isnt a good service a vulnerable customer should receive
-
James Cunningham (@jamescun) reported from London Colney, England@doismellburning @danpalmer I have a self-hosted box with DigitalOcean in London. My use case is isolation from local networks and ISP privacy (I know I’m just moving the problem, but I trust DO more than Virgin Media). For those cases, VPN providers are a haven for data collection, so no.
-
tim (@Claydon8Tim) reported from Hitchin, England@virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.
-
Niks (@lydia43632819) reported from Luton, England@virginmedia Via email and even I called the customer service also 😞
-
PCPresenter (@PcPresenter) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England@virginmedia Any chance you can DM me about an issue? Trying to find an avenue to contact you through the website is shockingly ****. What's the point of having an option to contact when it's impossible to find it??

Abbie (@abz_06) reported@virginmedia You could send someone to Mars and back in the time it’s taking you to fix this. What issue could be so big that takes two whole weeks to fix? You’re a billion pound company. Not good enough.
-
Scouse House Bouncy Music (@ScouseBouncy) reported@virginmedia Not my account so I can speak you about it. What happens though is, you start a stream and then it corrupts, goes to a black screen and goes to a “Error code: COMPO” then closes. This is not network related, it’s not a box issue. It is an issue with authentication
