So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

@virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

@virginmedia It’s just an area outage. My brother in law in as an engineer in another area but cab check connections and ours is only one out. As i said lady time we had a booster fitted and all was ok until the upgrade was done on our street. 11 days is ridiculous even if it was with the...

@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@virginmedia It says the fault has been found and service will resume at 1.30; but every day this happens we get the same thing from the phone or service checker saying the problem has been found and will be fixed and then it happens again the next sunny day!

@virginmedia Surely when the main contract ends in August, and defaults to a rolling contract, and that rolling contract is not paid (because you wont let me cancel) that new rolling contract would cease after a month & not continue forever?

@virginmedia Yes, but they are saying id have to continue to pay £57 until 2050 (£19,152) until the outstanding debt is paid. As you wont cancel it, ever. The contract ends on the 8th August 2022. So why would i continue to pay for something i dont receive because you wont cancel it.
