    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    Having HUGE problems with virgin!!! Then spend nearly an hour waiting for them to answer which is understandable but then for the guy to HANG UP!!! Absolutely appalling service! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @virginmedia had a technician out on Friday, no issue found and he adjusted some stuff on the router. Still getting occasional internet black outs! You may have fast speeds but the reliability is crap!!

    @virginmedia Everyone lost connection (WiFi & wired) and as it didn’t come back within a few minutes rebooted the router. 20 odd minutes for that to come back alive then after another 5 the internet was on again. No issues in the area apparently so it it just my router?

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp I desperately need some help. In 01/2016 @virginmedia incorrectly registered a default following a failure to migrate my service when I moved house. No joy with Resolver and this is now affecting my chances of getting a mortgage. What are my options?
