    @virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

    @TheStevieG123 @virginmedia I had a similar issue with EE (plus the phone wasn't a good enough upgrade for the money!) I sent it back within 14 days and got a sim only. 5g prob won't be worthwhile over here for some time yet

    @doismellburning @danpalmer I have a self-hosted box with DigitalOcean in London. My use case is isolation from local networks and ISP privacy (I know I’m just moving the problem, but I trust DO more than Virgin Media). For those cases, VPN providers are a haven for data collection, so no.

    @virginmedia Yeah. Known issue. Been on and off since the beginning of the month. Sometimes a few minutes, sometimes all night. Been with you for for over 12 years, and now only want broadband, don’t even have a phone plugged in anymore, now most tv is streamed. Now service is pony, I’m off

    Hopefully this improves virgin media’s dire customer service. As I called up to order basic tv on my package ended up with movie channels I didn’t want or requested had to ring in and cancel it off. #VirginmediaO2

    @virginmedia We have still been having a continuous connection dropping, on and off all yesterday and today. My partner was lecturing over video call today and had to cancel the final session because the Internet completely dropped. Its been back for a couple of hours + has now dropped again
