@virginmedia I need to move a mobile number from an old 3G Virgin SIM to a new 4G one I got as part of my Oomph package, but I don't remember my 'telephone password' so the text chat people couldn't help, so I need to reset that somehow I think.

@virginmedia I don't have 2 hours spare to sit on hold right now. Maybe I'll try the text service later when I've got some time. Got other things to do now. Thanks for your help anyway.

@virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

@virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

@virginmedia She also doesnt do twitter. What she needs is a manager to listen and just sort the problem. Its simple to sort so they just need to. The phobe number they gave her used all her allowance and cut her off midcall today and she is with virgin mobile

I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

@virginmedia I wouldn’t look forward to my response, it won’t be complimentary. You consistently give poor performance over wired connections and your customer service peps seem to neither care nor be in a position to do anything. I pay £46 per month for the privilege!

@virginmedia Yes , it did say there was an issue, now it doesn’t. This is a problem we had for 4 years 2 years ago , it took 4 years for you to fix it , now it’s happening again. It’s usually an engineer has been out to ‘solve’ another customer issue & redirected the issue so we get problem

@virginmedia Are you actually kidding me on? Your whatsapp response is from a chat bot. How will that resolve this issue? Or do you just want me to shut up? That's not going to happen

@virginmedia That's not entirely true John... my contract ended in July, unbeknownst to me, and my weekly fee jumped from £44 to £62. Nothing like @CooperativeBank who's home insurance renewal went down this year. Head and shoulders above there guys, well done.

@virginmedia trying to book an appointment for an engineer to fix WiFi broadband again. Why have you made it so difficult? Every trail leads to a dribbling automated Bot. Useless.

@virginmedia I am struggling with extremely slow upload speeds since yesterday. Whenever I upload (which I do for work) it causes the entire connection te become unstable. The service status says there is am issue in my postcode but no indication of when this will be fixed.
