    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

    @virginmedia Phone. The move date was changed to 14 April, we called this morning in to check it was ok given our previous experience to be told they couldn’t do it until 2 weeks later. The issue appears to lie with the fact that your records haven’t been updated to reflect tht external work

    @virginmedia Yes we will be raising a complaint but it doesn’t help to resolve the matter we now have. No one seems able to help. No internet for two weeks is totally unacceptable and none of this is our fault.

    @virginmedia do you find it acceptable to leave a vulnerable customer without TV for 5 days and state the customer will have to self install an old out of date box as to replace with a newer box is chargeable as is disconnection? The service is extremely poor
