@virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

@virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?

@virginmedia Still no reply from @virginmedia over 8 hours after they promised they would call. Was told I would be called back at 12:00. It’s now 20:15. They seem to be oblivious to the very notion of customer service. #completefail

@virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.

@virginmedia I’m on a sim only deal with you recently taken it out, but looks like I have under estimated how much data I need is it possible to switch to a higher data plan? And then if not needed move back down?

@virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

@virginmedia hi , I have a neighbour who wanted to sign up to virgin media for the first time I sent her a refer a friend code as we are with your and we spend all night trying to sort it out for her , she wanted broadband and a tv box like ours but the link didn’t work , I then tried ringing you on her behalf , couldn’t get hold of anyone , I then tried to order online but couldn’t do that either as she doesn’t have any broadband and never has it was saying she could install it all herself , she’s nearly 80 , we gave up in the end and she’s gone home very disappointed, just wondered how she is going to get this resolved

This is just a quick question to all of those that have @skytv and @virginmedia I know that the contracts for both Virgin Media and Sky TV say that the equipment is on loan to the individual with the service but years ago when we used to have the old sky analog boxes we could purchase the boxes and even we left sky TV over Virgin Media we could still keep the boxes now the only reason I don’t think it’s fair that you can’t now is because we are paying an extortionate price for cable TV and you can’t even keep the stream even if you leave the service and I don’t understand why you can’t keep the Stream put when you have to pay £40 for them in the first place and with what you pay for the bill you’ve paid for the equipment 10 times over this isn’t really a ramp. It’s just a query see if anybody agrees with me.

@Ellegaughan @ComplainDe Yes, this appears to be a scam. ComplainDe is not Virgin Media's official account (that's virginmedia). Official support won't ask for personal details like that via DM. Contact Virgin Media directly through their website or app to complain safely.

@virginmedia Don’t you think it’s ridiculous that a customer who has phoned customer service, who has spent hours in virgin media online messaging, trying to pass the gate keeping bots, is expected to solve their issues on X in 240 characters or less! This indifference needs to be addressed
