@virginmedia There’s not enough slack on the cable to fix a connector. It’ll need a new cable laying. I’m still waiting for the form for permission that I was promised days ago. Maybe the carrier pigeon got lost.

@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

@virginmedia Thanks. I filed a complaint 6 days ago and unsurprisingly am yet to hear anything. I feel like I’m being quite negative about VM so I’d like to give you some praise. 2 things you’re good at: 1. Replying to Tweets. 2. Apologising. Unfortunately both not very helpful.

@virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

@virginmedia I've been a customer for over 30yrs and moved recently and the whole experience has been a nightmare. I have raised a complaint after requesting complaints procedure 4 time never to get it. I still dont have a landline working as engineer said someone at virgin disconnected it.
