    @virginmedia I agree they wont but if you see the loss i am getting of -82dbm from being 7 metres away surely a pod will expand coverage into that area with the poor signal strength? If i stand next door to the router i get my expected speeds - thanks

    @DarkDroid__ @Jukeyz @virginmedia I have Hyperoptic and really is the way. Takes literally minutes to get all activated & never had any issues in 8 months with it.

    @virginmedia do you actually have humans employed at your call centres ? After spending a total of 6 hours going from one recorded message to a automated line I have given up. I have absolutely had enough of your lack of customer service poor service poor quality broadband

    More **** with @Virginmedia - Paying well over £100 a month and now can't get any internet connection and cannot work from home! So I will not be paid. After hanging on for an eternity they say 3 days till a new hub can be sent out! Disgrace. That won't pay my bills 😑😑😑

    @Paulos_the_fog @virginmedia Because of home working I upgraded to 350mbps package and was getting that until a few months ago measured using a variety of apps - now it’s down to 80 consistently.

    @DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I went to FTTP and had no end of issues with it switched back to virgin after the cut off however i had to do it as a new customer my wife for me to get that said deal same house same last name and thats how i got around it do it every year now ball ache but saves you thousands

    @virginmedia can’t log into my account.Rang customer service and their script doesn’t cover my problem. gets usual change password advise yet I can log on with my phone so nt a password issue. They have to escalate which takes 5-10 working days. No wonder Ofcom fine you millions

    @sephiroth17181 @virginmedia Had this for a long time in 2 areas - both had street cab within 25m of property. Would constantly lose connection & engineers left me with a box of up & down attenuators to bring signal levels back into sync.
