    @virginmedia i’ve tried the service status page and our area seems to be fine. i’ve tried rebooting, restarting and all sorts but no luck. i’m not sure what else to do apart from an engineer coming to take a look

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve tried that lots of times but it says no known issues in the area. We’ve tried rebooting and switching on/off loads of times too. It’s getting ridiculous. Could someone please come back with a reply on what is directly happening with tv/internet in the SW18 area

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to call the past two evenings to cancel my new package and both evenings I get the message saying that you’re too busy and to call in the morning. Not handy for people working full time! I just wanted to make sure that you don’t charge me for it!

    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

    @virginmedia worst broadband service out there! Engineer did not show up for repair appointments two days in a row! No call back, nothing. Internet has been off for two weeks, strongly do not recommend.

    So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

    @IntronDepot @virginmedia Also with virgin, if you’re doing anything P2P with a device in your home to somewhere external, they will slap you with a warning no matter if it’s legal or not. They just automatically assume you’re torrenting illegal stuff, absolute terrible company.

    @virginmedia I've also spoke to your team who are robotic you'll need to upgrade .. they're aware it's a one in one household ..mine and the ACC holder my husband has severe MH issues so being forced to pay double isn't very good is it

    @virginmedia Service back online now after 4hr 43min. Ever since “essential works” were carried out on 28th June I seem to have had interrupted service for a few hours every few weeks. Is this a known issue? Bank holiday Monday is annoying but it has also interfered with remote working

    @virginmedia The site wasn’t working last night when there was an outage, but when I phoned 03454541111 (again) the message changed to “we’re sorry you’re still experiencing issues in GU21” or something similar which suggested the individual issue was known. Hoping all faults will be fixed!
