@virginmedia shit service, spent 25 mins getting through to sort out my non existent broadband and was told they would charge me to get my devices right then hung up when I said I would not pay for a service I am already paying over £80 pm for.

@virginmedia 1.5 hours and counting on the phone to virgin to try and sort out the wifi. Worst service ever, been with them for 3 months and had the slowest speed we have ever had! Don’t use them, bunch of cowboys! 😡

I called back explained again that I want to terminate my contract and that I was cut off earlier, I was then transferred to another number, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Can someone bother sorting this out for me @virginmedia @VirginMedia_One #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia I need to move a mobile number from an old 3G Virgin SIM to a new 4G one I got as part of my Oomph package, but I don't remember my 'telephone password' so the text chat people couldn't help, so I need to reset that somehow I think.

@virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

@virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

@virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

@virginmedia Yes I have stayed this in my thread, one was closed down with no agreement of ours & the other has now been opened today. Don’t trust the process, this is actually my daughters account however she can’t get anything done so I wanted to highlight the bad service we’ve had.

@virginmedia And this is exactly why i feel aggrieved. I signed up in 1996 to nynex, then cable and wireless. Ntl.etc and others until virginmedia took over. Therefore,Youve never given me an introductory deal or rewarded such loyalty.

Hi @virginmedia just had a call claiming to be your cyber security team. Didn’t seem legit so wanted to talk to someone abt it in case there really is a problem. None of the options on your Ivr are relevant & I just wanna talk to a human given the seriousness.
