I’ve tried restarting twice and called to have a check on my equipment. That seems to be fine. When I restart it works for about 30 minutes and then goes down again. Thanks

Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

The team handling social doesn’t even check basics/fundamentals (like there is already a WiFi pod issued that doesn’t work) and in the end – outcome nothing – you have already logged a complaint therefore wait – you as a customer are not important to us, your situation doesn’t matter. I wonder if there was another choice of good broadband in this area why would anyone ever go with @Virgin.
