    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

    @virginmedia No broadband at all. Have tried resetting router but doesn’t help. Green arrows flashing on front of router. When I call get sent to website; when I go to website it says call. Would appreciate your help!

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    I sent a complaint in writing recorded delivery and someone called me. Because I didn't know my password they said they couldn't discuss with me but they would respond in writing. Every other dept just asked me to confirm other DPA but I @virginmedia must have their reasons 🤷

    @virginmedia OMG appalling CS received debt collection letter despite fact phone call 17th Jan & letter dated 18th Jan stating would receive credits resulting in credit bal on my acc and chq to me of £21.60. Seems my acc has never been credited. Can’t get thru on phone.

    @virginmedia And today I find out that existing customers on my same street get offered a better price than I do, with one person being offered the new customer price. So it’s actually more of a personal thing, you just don’t want me as a customer.

    @virginmedia just tried to call again, they took all the information then say they will transfer to customer relations, line is disconnected. She is now on another call going through the same process (giving her security details) this time she’s asking to speak to supervisor…line gone dead
