@virginmedia hey. Board and doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. I’ve tried restarting twice and called to have a check on my equipment. That seems to be fine. When I restart it works for about 30 minutes and then goes down again. Thanks

@virginmedia Yeah... he he... when the broad band decides to work that might help.. when you get 'not connected' via ethernet and wifi the tests are a bit meaningless

@virginmedia Unbelievably shockingly bad customer support today. 1hr 25 mins on the phone, spoke to 7 agents and no resolution 2 of your agents were excellent the rest were appaling. As a long standing customer I feel I have no option but to change provider. #virginfail

@virginmedia Hi, I'm not sure if it's the new routers that have been brought out, but since we had this new one, the internet seems to be alot less reliable, wifi dropping off alot lot more, plus full signal and still is slow to open browsers sometimes, dunno if this issue is widespread.
