@virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

@virginmedia Over WiFi, but my router is in the same room with direct line of sight to the device so most likely the network.

@virginmedia No - these are generic tips, these aren’t going to help with more fundamental issues W/ network reliability. Wifi connection is fine. But the internet is unreliable and I’ve reset my router 4 times today. That has nothing to do with connectivity/speed.

So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

@yocactusgames @virginmedia Absolutely awful. They kept saying “so it’s a broadband box you ordered?” I was like NO. The ****** TiVo box I’ve had for five years and is slower than anything needs replacing before I launch it out the ******* window! Why am I paying £70 a month for this crap?
-

@virginmedia Why not phone? You have our number as you provide service as part of contract which also includes broadband. Sending email to address you’ve suspended is just stupid and shows lack of initiative and lack of consideration for customers

@virginmedia Awful, refusing to handle a complaint because I can’t remember a password I set up three months ago and have never used and can’t access as I don’t have documents to hand. 1. Going to ombudsman and 2. Cancelling and switching provider. 1 month in, awful company. Never using again

Absolutely appaling service by virgin media. Have rung them 5 times & they keep transferring me and then hanging up after they assured they can help, my dad is a severe kidney patient who relies on our landline number and all we need to do is port it over @virginmedia

@virginmedia Thanks, but it might be helpful if your Customer Service staff mentioned this to customers who are struggling when they phone to ask, “Is that the best you can do?”, instead of jiggling about with inducements to continue paying more than they can afford…
