    Internet down for ages yet again. @virginmedia kept us on hold for over an hour then cut us off at 21:30 and call centre closed. No internet. No service. No use at all.

    @virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

    Thanks to FB,I got an email address for a guy at @virginmedia & after days spent tearing my hair out & lots of rude words emanating from my mouth, he's reduced my bill back down & credited my account with Β£50πŸ‘ŠGood job I am wonder woman.Always me that has to sort this stuff out!

    @jakepickford @virginmedia I've noticed that recently too (Luton). Put it down to the massive 5g tower the council put in, interfering with my WiFi signal.

    @virginhelp Virgin Media.FOUR DAYS now. They make you hang on forever then offer you a link to your mobile, and when you message on that as instructed, they never come back to you. Absolute disgrace. My bill has gone up by another 20 quid a month. I will NOT be paying Β£120 for this service!

    @virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

    @virginmedia No - these are generic tips, these aren’t going to help with more fundamental issues W/ network reliability. Wifi connection is fine. But the internet is unreliable and I’ve reset my router 4 times today. That has nothing to do with connectivity/speed.

    @virginmedia I'm now WhatsApping your home move team. Maybe 4th time lucky. Automation is supposed to help, not hinder. If its taking a customer journey 4 hours your doing it wrong. Take it from someone who works in IT. If this doesn't work i will bill my time.

    Yesterday, waited 4 a technician from @virginmedia 4.5 hrs. Today, I tried to rebook. Was told VM is down until 10th May. Why let me book a technician? Why not inform me the service is down? I can’t teach, send emails, do ANYTHING. Obvs not paying for NO SERVICE (leaving VM ASAP)

    @virginmedia It'sdown AGAIN in N65BN... and still stated planned fix by 6pm today...which seems the standard response no matter what the issue. Can you please clarify what the issue is yesterday and today. And if I need to try and find another way of working Compensation doesn't fix anything
