    Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

    @virginmedia New Hub 4 arrived during time when Virgin have low staff due to COVID. Keeps dropping out, difficult to work from home and no ability to contact Virgin! ‘Call Failed’ when phoning. Great planning by Operations Mgr. Customer nearly 20 years and want to leave! Fed up!

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    Internet down for ages yet again. @virginmedia kept us on hold for over an hour then cut us off at 21:30 and call centre closed. No internet. No service. No use at all.

    @virginmedia No - these are generic tips, these aren’t going to help with more fundamental issues W/ network reliability. Wifi connection is fine. But the internet is unreliable and I’ve reset my router 4 times today. That has nothing to do with connectivity/speed.

    @virginmedia Although it’s fixed now you left me in a dangerous situation. I was unable to install new hub straight away. I needed help. Without warning my old hub had been closed by you without the new hub being installed. I rely on wifi for different area’s of illness....

    I am absolute SICK TO DEATH of @virginmedia absolute shocking service, I tried for MONTHS to get a fault fixed but nothing. They are now trying to charge me for a service I didn’t receive, change me extra and also PUT UP the price of their package. Ofcom next step.

    @virginmedia I asked to make a complaint while on a long call with someone trying to fix my fault (still not done) I highlighted I wanted to make a complaint about the service and was told if I insisted on doing so, I would need to wait for a call in about five days !!!
