  @virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.

  @biggle1908 Bloody awful. Been with virgin media for years. Last 12 months internet constantly crashing or really slow andthey doubled our renewal . Ditched them for EE. 24 quid a month with great speed

  @biggle1908 Virgin media will be very helpful when you want to join but you’ll regret it when there’s a problem or you want to leave, their customer service is probably one of the worst in the industry imo.
