    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @VanillaGrice @virginmedia Ive spoken to 5 people now and its never sorted but they are quick to take the direct debit at the higher rate. And to make it worse, the advisor im dealing with has said shes off for 2 hours and will reply later!! Just shocking!!

    @Boothieyyy @virginmedia North Belfast here too still all off both TV and internet . Checked the status page now it's saying 4pm . Soon as my contract up I'm goin with another provider, 15 years I've been a customer never seen it so bad
