    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    Having HUGE problems with virgin!!! Then spend nearly an hour waiting for them to answer which is understandable but then for the guy to HANG UP!!! Absolutely appalling service! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia the “issue” is clearly not fixed and the engineers sat in the BP garage at the end of the road don’t seem too fussed to sort it either how do we claim a refund (4 weeks now FFS) both neighbours have great comms BT

    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Spoke to 6 people now all offering different reasons as to why the installation has been cancelled 😡 it’s construction , it’s PIC , it’s a third party issue , it’s not on the system , their is no connection in the road ! Had an engineer visit 2 weeks ago to say it’s a simple job

    @virginmedia Thats not helpful I have over 12 hours on about 10 or more phonecalls calls to the previous and always get the same promises. Which never happen. Now thinking of going to sky because its becoming such a joke. Why can an upgrade not be carried out properly beggers belief

    @virginmedia Aparantly there is a problem in our area but its not going to be fixed until 7pm. I have work to do, so what do you propose we do now, its a regular occurance this, i don't pay £70 a month to not be able to use the internet, we all need to be refunded for loss of service also

    Can I get some help real quick, my downloads on chrome have gone from an average of 10mbps to 100kbps. I’m currently on a 2.4ghz network and upgrading my network card soon to a 5ghz as I have virgin media gigabit wifi. I’m on laptop with no eithernet
