    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @virginmedia I have been trying to contact virgin on the phone calling 150 and keep saying busy and if managed to put you through to talk to one of them they don’t know how to fix the problem and most of time they cut down the conversation

    The @virginmedia saga continues. On hold for an hour. Got through to someone who we couldn't really understand but caught '6-8weeks'. We signed up for the e in SEPTEMBER 2020. And still service whatsover. And getting charged for it. Con artists.
