    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia i spoke to one of your representatives on tuesday and they put the phone down on me as i was trying to upgrade my services as i was getting on 3 mb download speed and oaying for 50. so i made an official complaint still not heard back anything. upgraded my line

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    I've been a broadband customer of @virginmedia for about 40 years. Since before it was VM it was Telewest. Must be one of their most loyal customers. But I'm quitting this month. They charge me £58/mth for same package that a new customer gets for £24/mth. Thats loyalty for you
