@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

@virginmedia Nearly two weeks the boardband keeps freezing every 30-60s, not to say getting 10mb/s at best, when it works. Perth area. Don't you guys think the customers should be notified of an outage? £45 a month for this - what a joke.
