I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

@virginmedia She also doesnt do twitter. What she needs is a manager to listen and just sort the problem. Its simple to sort so they just need to. The phobe number they gave her used all her allowance and cut her off midcall today and she is with virgin mobile

@virginmedia 1.5 hours and counting on the phone to virgin to try and sort out the wifi. Worst service ever, been with them for 3 months and had the slowest speed we have ever had! Don’t use them, bunch of cowboys! 😡

@virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

@virginmedia This is more to the fact that your teams were ill advised about the products I have which then cut off our service, the time it takes to sort issues. With 3 V6 3 HD the big package not be classed as VIP when clients with basic receive that privilege is a joke! #compensation

@virginmedia i spoke to one of your representatives on tuesday and they put the phone down on me as i was trying to upgrade my services as i was getting on 3 mb download speed and oaying for 50. so i made an official complaint still not heard back anything. upgraded my line

@virginmedia haven’t had Netflix for weeks. Rang up 4 times. got an engineer date. He didn’t turn up. I had to call AGAIN. Pressed the right buttons yet Waited 40 minutes on hold as your colleague tried to connect me with correct department. Call cut out and You’ve done NOTHING.

@virginmedia 4 days were it was an area shortage and that we have told them before. Apparently cause we haven’t called and reported this every few days when this happens that they can’t do anything. I work 2 jobs people have lives. I can’t call up every time this happens. She was very rude.

@virginmedia just had the worst customer service . Nearly 2 hours to cancel the installation service i had booked. Staff insisted they talk to my deaf elderly father although I have power of attorney for his affairs. BT dealt with my call in 5 mins so im sticking with them.

@virginmedia Was promised a call back too and nothing. Every time i call you guys there’s always an issue and I’m sick of it. Been a customer for over 10 years since I got my first mobile phone and every customer experience has been awful. I’m definitely reconsidering going elsewhere
