I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

Miscommunication has ended up with a technician coming out to the house when he isn't really needed. I was originally told all I needed to do was swap a new box for an old one.

Then phone lines are closed outside the hours that its okay for me to do that.

I showed them the screenshot and then said sorry, we will ring you within 2 hours. 5 hours later still nothing. sthey are as useful as a chocolate teapot
