    @virginmedia Sorry for late reply. I know my sim contract is about to end. When I tried CS I explained the issue I have. I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    Having HUGE problems with virgin!!! Then spend nearly an hour waiting for them to answer which is understandable but then for the guy to HANG UP!!! Absolutely appalling service! @virginmedia

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    One time I got accosted by a @virginmedia person on a street, trying to get me to sign up. I told him there was no chance of that happening due to their awful customer service. He gave me a curse heavy reply, telling me how useless I was. I'm still with Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia No. So if she turns off the Virgin box entirely and starts it back up she sees the loading / welcome message on TV. The box then goes direct to standby (red light and no signal on TV) after finishing load. The remote works - she can use the top left button to turn off TV.

    @virginmedia still experiencing same issues with hub 3 collegue over the phone sent something to router but now disconnections are micro but still disconnects was told to get back in touch to sort this out

    @virginmedia my mum is elderly and cannot get her Virgin 360 box to come out of standby. I have tried to fix this remotely but had no luck. I am a 90 min trip away to fix this in person, and she can't do telephone support very well. Can I give more details by DM?

    @virginmedia I moved house in Feb, ended up with 2 account numbers, been charged for old account and now had all my service cut off at my new address cause new account not linked to me. Spoke to 6 different people who all told me this was sorted! I’ll be cancelling my contract 😡
