    @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

    @skytv very poor service when switching to your service. Currently left without broadband for 2 weeks due to a BT Engineer not being able to go up a ladder to fit a cable! Regret leaving @virginmedia

    @gashead @virginmedia Bizarre that it’s not actually Kelly causing an issue yet they’re being very helpful for me! Unfortunately not sorted! Honestly lost all faith in it being resolved. Never had such an issue trying to get an answer from a company. Hope you get sorted too!

    @virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

    @Paulos_the_fog @virginmedia Because of home working I upgraded to 350mbps package and was getting that until a few months ago measured using a variety of apps - now it’s down to 80 consistently.

    @virginmedia is really having problems. All our area of G71 has lost TV pictures, just pixilating. Usually you can get a service status, but not even getting that. It's happening so often lately, it's getting really annoying! Fed up paying mega money for this!

    @virginmedia no availability to check service levels, awful system of a series of questions before you get through to report a fault, then awful hold tune, only for the call to terminate after an hour. Dreadful, dreadful customer service.
