    @virginmedia Although it’s fixed now you left me in a dangerous situation. I was unable to install new hub straight away. I needed help. Without warning my old hub had been closed by you without the new hub being installed. I rely on wifi for different area’s of illness....

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia No broadband at all. Have tried resetting router but doesn’t help. Green arrows flashing on front of router. When I call get sent to website; when I go to website it says call. Would appreciate your help!

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

    @virginmedia They were all sent through the web form - I have now been applied a £5 credit but had zero acknowledgment of the issue and it has happened once again for the third month running that we have been charged double. This is so crazy that it hasn’t been sorted yet.

    @virginmedia A list of things 1st, I was called and offered a new package o2, tv, 500mb for £40 a month, the caller didn’t tell me that O2 would do a credit check on my account, this check cause my credit score to go down -37 point confirmed by Experian, it’s stop me from financing a new car

    @virginmedia I'm sorry no that isn't a reasonable response. It's been months now of this. It's now impacting my ability to work. Intermittent implies that it isn't regular, I've had no Internet for hours on end for 3 days now. How can I raise this as a complaint?
