    @virginmedia do you actually have humans employed at your call centres ? After spending a total of 6 hours going from one recorded message to a automated line I have given up. I have absolutely had enough of your lack of customer service poor service poor quality broadband

    @virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia so I’ve had a merry go round of experiences for the last few months I’ve had to give advice to managers engineers etc when I contact about issues I want to out this forwards do a job do it right correct. Say a time call me don’t not call happened 3+ times 1/2

    More **** with @Virginmedia - Paying well over £100 a month and now can't get any internet connection and cannot work from home! So I will not be paid. After hanging on for an eternity they say 3 days till a new hub can be sent out! Disgrace. That won't pay my bills 😡😡😡

    Anyone else in Hemel Hempstead having issues with sodding #Virginmedia internet? As in its beyond crap? Mine has gone down again and I now cannot work! Fuming 😡😡 And they tell me 3 days to get someone out!

    @virginmedia so I’ve had three weeks of hub issues 3 engineers out I tell you how to fix the issue but ignored 3rd manager to promise call backs and got nothing had 3 days wasted of my time and down service. Getting very 😡 when big companys disrespect their long term customers

    @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

    @virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

    Lol @virginmedia pretending they can't hear me all of a sudden when speaking to customer service because I called them out for cancelling a contract when I was asking what my options were. Joke of a company. The connection was fine til I pointed out they cancelled contract.

    @virginmedia I called yesterday. Just as woolly and unhelpful as here. The information my VM engineer had, and that my neighbourschave separately been given must have come from somewhere. Investigate! Answer my questions! Stop fobbing me off! Try to remember that I'm a paying customer.

    @virginmedia This is unbearable. I've tried every one of those contact methods, and have been sent in circles. You, RP, have just done the same. It makes no sense that engineer would be given one estimate fix date and VM would continue to post radically different on service status.
