  @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

  @doismellburning @danpalmer I have a self-hosted box with DigitalOcean in London. My use case is isolation from local networks and ISP privacy (I know I’m just moving the problem, but I trust DO more than Virgin Media). For those cases, VPN providers are a haven for data collection, so no.

  Three men have been killed in three separate crashes on Ireland’s roads over the past 24 hours. Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a fatal two-car crash at Ballymagan in Co Donegal last night after 9pm, where a man in his 20s died. Three others were taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. An hour earlier in Cork, Gardaí attended a fatal crash involving a jeep and a motorcycle on the N20 at Ballyhea, where a motorcyclist died at the scene.   @virginmedia Loyal customer for 8 years. My WiFi has been intermittent for 2 weeks. Paying for 500Mbps but getting 5Mbps, with the hub randomly restarting. Service status shows intermittent issues, yet online checks say all is fine. New hub being sent but no engineer? Not Good.
