    @virginmedia I will I don’t know what the problem is it’s nothing we are doing we have reset & unplugged it rebooted it switched off switched it on and everything we can think of just won’t work since about 5 o’clock yesterday

    @virginmedia I agree they wont but if you see the loss i am getting of -82dbm from being 7 metres away surely a pod will expand coverage into that area with the poor signal strength? If i stand next door to the router i get my expected speeds - thanks

    @virginmedia “Have you checked for any issues in your area” No I have not checked that link. It is intermittent; one minute it is useable and next the internet service is missing; it is regular occurrence, happens almost daily!?

    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    @Ofcom you need to look into @virginmedia cancellation process. They take customer into a never ending loop and deviating from the request. They force you to create a new O2 Id and ask to link with virgin media account at the time when you just want to leave.

    @virginmedia - I upgraded to TNT Sports on Saturday morning, intending to watch the rugby. I STILL don't have access to the channel. How on earth can it take this long? Any other media service, I can upgrade the package instantly. Why IDs it taking you 4 days!?!?

    @virginmedia @SkySports I can log in but everytime I go to watch something it says video unavailable- a problem was encountered please try again later sometimes I don’t even get that message , this has been going on for weeks now
