    @virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

    @virginmedia services might have come back as per your update (terrestrial ones) but they’re now not working again. Channels now ‘not authorised’. How about some proper action and updates.

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @doismellburning @danpalmer I have a self-hosted box with DigitalOcean in London. My use case is isolation from local networks and ISP privacy (I know I’m just moving the problem, but I trust DO more than Virgin Media). For those cases, VPN providers are a haven for data collection, so no.

    @virginmedia Its my mobile that's the problem. Its now working on and off. I managed to get onto a service page for coverage and it is saying there is a problem in my area. Hopefully will be fixed soon as paying for something that doesn't fully work is frustrating.
