    Unacceptable @virginmedia!!! My husband bought an EE phone and now following the migration he can't use it so has no phone. Virgin mobile's response "buy another phone". No help whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

    Can’t believe that getting a home broadband in London is such a pain in the neck! @virginmedia said they don’t offer the service at my building while they didn’t even bother to call me back and inform me, I waited 10 minutes on the line to hear this shit from them!

    @virginmedia It was for landline and broadband. After hanging on for 25 minutes I gave up and put the phone down. You are currently charging me £59 a month whereas Sky have offered me a package for £26 a month

    @a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

    @virginmedia That was pretty crap! Goto the website or call in....I’ve done all that countless times and got no where! I’ve been a customer almost 20 years and your customer service is utterly rubbish! My kids have gone through almost 50gb of mobile data the last few weeks homeschooling! 😪

    @virginmedia Yes they did. After years of being a customer I'm sightly miffed my 3-4 year old hub 3 isn't working properly and having to do weekly having to reset the box and frequently restarting connections is considered normal 👍

    @virginmedia Continuous outages for all 3 of your services over a period of 18 days. No response to complaints and constant “no issue in your area” updates when clearly there are significant issues across the postcode (M33).
