@virginmedia hi, I’d really like to enjoy all the amazing things you tweet about, however, I have to reset my hub twice a day to get 20mbps whilst Iam paying for 200. I’ve told my my kids I’d sort it but I have absolutely no idea how. Please help

  • alisdairrmsmith Alisdair Smith (@alisdairrmsmith) reported from Berkhamsted, England

@adampowley @VirginMediaCorp They don't have any provision for anything that might be described as customer service let alone anything that would allow their customers to communicate with them #VirginMedia

  • joybrenda Brenda Franco (@joybrenda) reported from London Colney, England

@virginmedia Hi can u help, I am a customer. Am I able to stop constant phone calls, re up grading my package. Thank you.

  • jamanifin Toby Weston (@jamanifin) reported from St Albans, England

@virginmedia I wouldn’t look forward to my response, it won’t be complimentary. You consistently give poor performance over wired connections and your customer service peps seem to neither care nor be in a position to do anything. I pay £46 per month for the privilege!

  • HemzahAhmed Hemz (@HemzahAhmed) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

  • HemzahAhmed Hemz (@HemzahAhmed) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

  • munirawilson Munira Wilson MP (@munirawilson) reported from London Colney, England

I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

  • tony_cop Tony (@tony_cop) reported from Ampthill, England

@virginmedia @seanfitzy01 He’s right though. I was on phone for 50 minutes. With my problem still not being solved. Just keep getting fobbed off

  • warrenbeckwith Warren Beckwith (@warrenbeckwith) reported from London Colney, England

@virginmedia This is more to the fact that your teams were ill advised about the products I have which then cut off our service, the time it takes to sort issues. With 3 V6 3 HD the big package not be classed as VIP when clients with basic receive that privilege is a joke! #compensation

  • weathers_16 weathers_16 (@weathers_16) reported from Harpenden, England

@virginmedia Loyal customer spoken to in rudest terms and paying double new customers

  • HemzahAhmed Hemz (@HemzahAhmed) reported from St Albans, England

@virginmedia Well that is the thing...it has been resolved by myself. I want to know why this keeps happening, whether you keep logs/traces of activity on the router and whether you can proactively monitor my connection to see where the issue is as it arises...as it is sure to do so!!!

  • scotinhitchin CMcC (@scotinhitchin) reported from Hitchin, England

@virginmedia Your messaging service is a bit of a joke isn’t it. Round and round in circles repeating myself as you never have a full conversation with the same person #badcustomerservice

@virginmedia Do you know it's a further cabling issue or are you just guessing? Stop trying to answer things you know nothing about. It is just more rubbish I have to listen to. It says more that you have a job trying to answer negativity on Social Media. Defending the indefensible.

  • steveis51068398 steve isaac (@steveis51068398) reported

@virginmedia I've tried both and still only as good as what I was getting with 200mb I cant sign into my account as there's a problem with that and customer service keep saying they will get back to me but they don't the only thing that works properly is virgin media taking payment not good

  • consultphysio Ranjith Mahamani (@consultphysio) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

  • consultphysio Ranjith Mahamani (@consultphysio) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia Citing delay in external work by your own third party contractors! Frankly waiting over 45days next installation scheduled for the 17th October but I am confident you guys will cancel again1/2
