    So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

    @virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @MartinSLewis My contract with Virgin media is until August but my bill is increasing from 1st of March. I don't really want to cancel but could I try to get a better deal with them or do I need to wait until my contract is up before trying this? TY.
