@virginmedia It was for landline and broadband. After hanging on for 25 minutes I gave up and put the phone down. You are currently charging me £59 a month whereas Sky have offered me a package for £26 a month

@a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

@virginmedia I spoke to the technical team on Wednesday to order the second WiFi extender pod. In terms of all of the issues I've spoken to sales, business sales, pre-installation and a handful of other teams between December 13th and February 3rd. All of them determined it's not their fault.
