    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    @virginmedia Yes the 360 box is connect via cable & everything is still slow! We now can’t even connect to our rung doorbell via wifi due to poor signal…considering we were promised a faster wifi things have deteriorated over time & with the price increase I’ll be looking to move

    @virginmedia Can I say how appalling your customer service was too? On the phone 4 times because you kept cutting us off and then eventually when you did answer we were so angry that we didn’t let the woman on the phone offer us anything to combat our frustrations.
