    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    @virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

    I called back explained again that I want to terminate my contract and that I was cut off earlier, I was then transferred to another number, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Can someone bother sorting this out for me @virginmedia @VirginMedia_One #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia Saying sorry doesn’t change the way @virginmedia treat the customer, they lie to them and when you point out the calls are recorded they refuse to let you speak to anyone, the proof is in the recording but only used against the customer the customer can’t use it, one-sided #wrong

    @virginmedia There never is! You only have to look at independent sites & Twitter to see there's an issue. Plus just 5 mins ago you're own diagnostic test told me there was an intermittent issue. There's no point calling 150, last time I did so they talked over me trying to sell me an upgrade

    @virginmedia Both the Internet intermittently stops working has done for a good while both wired and wireless. I was told if I upped to 200mb would sort it and still same problem.
