    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia I raised it I think 17th Feb due to a long list of being misinformed,wrong equipment turning up,the right equipment not being sent & then not being able to activate the box when it eventually did arrive.This resulted in many hours being spent on the phone and still no resolution!

    @virginmedia Hi, I have complained every time I receive an incorrect bill. On the tracking page they show as ‘open’ for a while with things like “Your issue’s with a member of our team” and “We’re looking into your issue” but then they show as ‘closed’ despite no contact.
