    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Well that is the thing...it has been resolved by myself. I want to know why this keeps happening, whether you keep logs/traces of activity on the router and whether you can proactively monitor my connection to see where the issue is as it arises...as it is sure to do so!!!

    @virginmedia Absolutely useless! Was on hold for 50 minutes and suddenly you terminate the call. I’m sure if I cancel the direct debit I’ll hear from you quick enough! 🤬

    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    @virginmedia your customer service is dreadful I am a key worker trying to help keep the medical supply chain open to ensure people get the vital medicine They need but WiFi keeps overheating when I call you customer service you just hang up on me! I’ve tried 5 times #shocking

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp are there mobile signal issues today!! As my phone will not make or receive calls! Have tried calling 789 but after 30mins of waiting is quite bad!

    @virginmedia the “issue” is clearly not fixed and the engineers sat in the BP garage at the end of the road don’t seem too fussed to sort it either how do we claim a refund (4 weeks now FFS) both neighbours have great comms BT

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @virginmedia Sure, we moved taking our hub3 and virgin powerline extenders with us and the wifi coverage is poor at best. I have used the connect app to optimize the network config and the hub says that I need to move everything closer to the hub. After multiple calls to tech support

    @virginmedia Thank you, just spoken to customer servise - they have explained this, why couldnt she say this yesterday. Today the staff were very helpful so I know that once 1no installed I will need to call for the 2nd one :-) as the dining room where I work has zero wifi

    @virginmedia can’t believe the engineer booking was cancelled over an assumption that my issue is fixed. Now I have no internet tv or broadband and paying g to or this ridiculous service with no engineer available until Monday and no help in the meantime

    @virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia I have had intermittent WiFi issues since June 24th. I have reported this several times. I arranged an engineer to attend this morning. Engineer didn't show..... apparently cancelled by a computer because the fault wasn't showing 😕
