    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia Although it’s fixed now you left me in a dangerous situation. I was unable to install new hub straight away. I needed help. Without warning my old hub had been closed by you without the new hub being installed. I rely on wifi for different area’s of illness....

    Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    @om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

    @virginmedia Yes done all of that & been on the phone for hours. Multiple errors on @virginmedia’s part including suspending our service due to an error in your billing records.

    @virginmedia Hi there. Done that, also completed all the tests, also reset the modem, also turned off for 10 minutes and on again, also checked everything was securely plugged in, also used the rubbish app to check for WiFi spots, also spent hours talking to an agent to offer no help

    @VirginMedia_TV Virgin Media have to be the WORST customer service around! I wanted to update my wifi box so I called them up on 17th September 2021 to update it and the man told me it will take 2 working days to get my box Two working days pass and I call - part 1
