    @virginmedia Hi, so atleast once a week my internet stops working... I’ve done the usual reboot etc. Last time I rang up because I’ve had enough of it, especially with my package going form £28 to £43. When I rang the technician done some kind of reboot to help stop this problem.

    @virginmedia my WiFi is down and on service checker it’s says no fault, I try to do the test but the website crashes after clicking “test” button.

    @virginmedia Intermittent? It's absolutely, 100% buggered for those affected. Please could you have some transparency and tell your customers what has broken and an ETA to fix?

    @StMirrenDaft @virginmedia @mat_fraser One of the key issues is their router. It’s rubbish and has programming which means main signal isn’t direct for WiFi. I had this problem; buy another router and turn Virgin one into modem. It solved my problem.

    @virginmedia The box is knackered, it's flashing lights, going between the welcome screen a strange black screen with white box and arrow (?) and then off again. I've contacted support and an engineer is coming out on Thursday

    @virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.

    @virginmedia Busy? I've been fighting allday since 9am. I've paid agreed amount but my services haven't been restored and I can't get through by text, WhatsApp or phone. This isnt a good service a vulnerable customer should receive

    @virginmedia I've resigned up for a new 24 month contract on 10th June (contract expiring 5th july). And when I now log in you tell me my contract has expired. Always find your customer services so bad. Please fix - I have my order confirmation and contract details.

    @Stsantek @virginmedia Yeap, happened to me too. I asked on the phone if there was any evidence of this "Contract" The call handler said point blank it didn't matter. The really annoying thing is the actual broadband is really good. Fast, reliable and only the odd day down for maintenance.

    Been with @virginmedia for 7 years now. The best "deal" they can offer me is 500mbs down (boosted to 1gb because of my cell plan) for £51 a month. Or I can swap to youfiber, £30 a month for 2gb up/down 🥴 @virginmedia you aren't the best choice no more. customer retention sucks.

    @virginmedia I can but we have gas and ongoing complaint . 2 repulls of cables .. its better than a few weeks ago but its still intermittent. And obviously the phone line is unusable .. i only use thet to call VM but even they have to call me back on my mobile as they cannot hear me.

    More issues with @virginmedia. My nan was out of contract and they repeatedly called with "better deals". She wanted to lower her bill but ended up paying more after being sold 500Mb broadband and Sky Cinema. She lives alone. I called back and said it felt like elder abuse. Why?

    @virginmedia I’ve had no WiFi since yesterday and it tells me a fix likely by Monday. How do I run a business like this? Plus it costs me more using mobile data to try send emails. Poor service! And with the news this week one would think you’d be trying to keep customers happy!!
