    @virginmedia 1.5 hours and counting on the phone to virgin to try and sort out the wifi. Worst service ever, been with them for 3 months and had the slowest speed we have ever had! Don’t use them, bunch of cowboys! 😡

    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    Just been on the phone for over an hour to @virginmedia and received awful customer service with the call ending with no resolution to my query. Apparently loyal customers don’t count for anything and it’s just new customers that get the best prices 😡

    @virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

    @virginmedia I need to move a mobile number from an old 3G Virgin SIM to a new 4G one I got as part of my Oomph package, but I don't remember my 'telephone password' so the text chat people couldn't help, so I need to reset that somehow I think.

    @virginmedia My WiFi is constantly cutting out, my laptop can't connect because there is an IP address issue, no WiFi single in my garden. All of these issues started yesterday.

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia Hi Kath, it says it’s sorted and to reboot, which I’ve done and it’s still not working properly, no reception upstairs when it’s been perfect in the past and just seems intermittent, I’m going to reboot it again now.

    @virginmedia I’m having a shocking experience as a new customer. Ordered 24th Jan, install date 20th Feb then pushed to end of May! Called support many times and got a text to say install could be bought forward 23rd March, got a new txt this morning saying it could not. WTF

    @virginmedia I haven't called because I work full time and don't want to go through heaps of call centres just to get a sensible price. I cleared security because I was being offered new contracts (eye wateringly overpriced) I said that's too much, they put me to Customer Relations

    @N_landCouncil I'm disappointed that we haven't been consulted over the planned installation of a service we don't want, and the poor workmanship of digging up the footpaths around our estate by Virgin Media. It's an absolute disgrace.

    @virginmedia I check that thing daily but it never says there is any issues. My WiFi cuts out regularly, try working from home effectively with that. Have no fear, I make sure everyone knows it is rubbish Virgin broadband and most are in agreement that your coverage is shoddy.

    @virginmedia It’s just a HD box, I’m confused, I don’t want to change my package so how do I upgrade the box? The box is slow and clearly outdated, but I don’t want new channels, so do I have to cancel my current contract and rejoin?
