    @virginmedia I've already had a long online chat earlier, but only the phone operators can help apparently. I just can't ever get through. The waiting times are ridiculous

    I called back explained again that I want to terminate my contract and that I was cut off earlier, I was then transferred to another number, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Can someone bother sorting this out for me @virginmedia @VirginMedia_One #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    @virginmedia My WiFi is constantly cutting out, my laptop can't connect because there is an IP address issue, no WiFi single in my garden. All of these issues started yesterday.

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia 1.5 hours and counting on the phone to virgin to try and sort out the wifi. Worst service ever, been with them for 3 months and had the slowest speed we have ever had! Don’t use them, bunch of cowboys! 😡

    @virginmedia I need to move a mobile number from an old 3G Virgin SIM to a new 4G one I got as part of my Oomph package, but I don't remember my 'telephone password' so the text chat people couldn't help, so I need to reset that somehow I think.

    @virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

    @virginmedia @Jakeyou38286108 Not bein funny but someone REALLY needs to investigate the issues he's having. Paid for 4 years of 200mb package, but it turns out he's been getting less than 50mb all that time. Awful. The customer service has been shocking, hopefully this person can see what has been wrong!

    @virginmedia No they didnt. We were trying to get through to complaints or retention about our broadband issues and said that we may leave as this is causing problems with us working from home and we wanted to discuss with someone but they either didn't understand or wouldn't deal with it

    @virginmedia There was no resolution. I've called several times since then and have been told ita being looked into and someone will give a call. They never do...even the fact that there is no record of this complaint shows how flawed the system is.

    absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia first of all they hang up mid call every time you phone and then you try to renew your package and they want to charge you an extra £25 for the bundle you have, so decided to just end my contract and they didn't even seem bothered 😡
