    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia 1.5 hours and counting on the phone to virgin to try and sort out the wifi. Worst service ever, been with them for 3 months and had the slowest speed we have ever had! Don’t use them, bunch of cowboys! 😡

    I called back explained again that I want to terminate my contract and that I was cut off earlier, I was then transferred to another number, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Can someone bother sorting this out for me @virginmedia @VirginMedia_One #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

    @virginmedia I need to move a mobile number from an old 3G Virgin SIM to a new 4G one I got as part of my Oomph package, but I don't remember my 'telephone password' so the text chat people couldn't help, so I need to reset that somehow I think.

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia internet connection has been so shoddy last 24 hours! Customer service says nothing wrong , amount of resets and hearing Alexa and google home saying no connection suggest otherwise

    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    Just played Resurgence Solos & the experience is 10x better than Quads 4-stacks camping loadouts. Would love to stream a bit of it but @virginmedia have said no, and pulled my upload speed down to 0.5 mbps.... Hopefully resolves by early next week and we can boot the stream up

    @virginmedia the fix date is for tomorrow at 12.30 however the fix date has also changed repeatedly this week due to inability of fixing the issue

    @BenCodeGeek @bt_uk Not to brag, but @virginmedia have been a bazillion times better. I've had some customer service issues with them, but getting going and ongoing service is 10x better than BT. I'm happy I have a choice.

    @virginmedia .. the no# to a customer who got a new virgin handset nearly 2 weeks ago. When we requested the porting. Someone messed up. Steve still thinks he has his old number and can't understand why I'm phoning him. I've sent him screenshots of my dialling the number. HELP ME PLEASE

Final straw, they said 'we're aware of the cost of living crisis, but....' they're jumping on the energy company rip off bandwagon. No need for a price hike this huge. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia yes it looks like it - the virgin media engineer informed me that the main wire for broadband is completely broken, which i found out about on sunday. before that, i had imternet connection for about 2 hrs max a day before it died, which meant that I wouldnt receive compensatio

    @virginmedia After not being able to work from home @virginmedia, returned to find phone and internet still down. After a couple of months of your engineers apparently looking into the problem I do laugh your now saying it’s my modem. You know the whole street is down…
