    @virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

    @JumbleRates I can only speak for Virginmedia here but, given that to get an engineer, you have to book the appointment yourself from the available slots, I really don’t have an issue with this. If you book it you should be there, simple.

    @virginmedia Unbelievable ! I spend 1hr 30mins on the phone changing my Package and my Phone to 02 . Virgin send an engineer out , no idea why , just that they are crap. Tonight some programs can be viewed on Catch Up and others I can’t. Engineers are working in area Joke.
