    Disgusting @virginmedia charging £56.49 for the most basic crap tv package and phone line. Think they are having my elderly mum on. I'll be cancelling that tomorrow. I pay over £10 less with sky for a better tv package, phone & broadband!

    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

    @virginmedia Yes this is due to an area outage. We were projected to have this fixed last night after it went out at roughly 6pm, which got pushed to midday today, then 4pm today and now it’s saying midday tomorrow on our service checker
