Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

@virginmedia ive just wasted 30 minutes of my time on the phone to your billing customer service. I have an outstanding complaint that no one is helping with dating back to July re end of contract price rises £30 to £54 with no communication prior. Please offer a resolution.

@virginmedia I have renewed my m100. I was MEANT to go to volt sim but virgin ordered the wrong one. It was then ME who had to be bounced between O2 and virgin both saying the can see the problem and the non volt sim would need to be cancelled but they both said it was the other company
