@virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

Recently got Virgin Media as my ISP and my Wi-Fi is shocking. Few dead zones in the house and the connection is so unstable it’s causing digital artefact’s when listening to sound via my Amazon Echo Studio’s over wifi less than 1 meter away Not a great first impression
