    @a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

    @virginmedia I have been on chat for over 90 min trying to ask your agent why an issue in my area is still not resolved. Your agent has taken two hours to tell me there is no fault reported yet it is shown on your website and basically called me a liar. 😡

    Disgusting @virginmedia charging £56.49 for the most basic crap tv package and phone line. Think they are having my elderly mum on. I'll be cancelling that tomorrow. I pay over £10 less with sky for a better tv package, phone & broadband!

    Just been on the phone for over an hour to @virginmedia and received awful customer service with the call ending with no resolution to my query. Apparently loyal customers don’t count for anything and it’s just new customers that get the best prices 😡

    @virginmedia Let's hope virgin get a record fine and if nothing else makes other people not join virgin media as clearly good customer services isn't high on the agenda at virgin media I have also contacted @BBCWatchdog so that everyone can see virgin media for what they really stand for

    Working from home? Make sure you switch from @virginmedia because this piece of **** internet never works when you need it to. Absolute shambles of a company that can’t fix their decade long problem in my area. We need regulation to break up these ISP oligopolies asap.

    @virginmedia They were unable to sort it the last time I spoke to them in January. This is the same issue. You colleague David (signoff DB) was able to help me via the web chat though. See thread above. Could we try that way?

    @virginmedia There has been no faults I am paying extra to have internet reach one of the rooms and now it keeps cutting out I am paying loads every month and paying extra on top and still the internet is cutting off I need this sorted please help me
