When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

I’ve done the usual reboot etc. Last time I rang up because I’ve had enough of it, especially with my package going form £28 to £43. When I rang the technician done some kind of reboot to help stop this problem.

I have Virgin 1Gb then I subscribe to Netflix Amazon Prime & Disney, when it's F1 season I subscribe to Sky sports but I can cancel when I want at no extra charge

According to their Service Status page, an issue does still exist but the fix time has not changed. If any customers are still experiencing issues, we would recommend getting in touch with them directly.
