    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia I’ve had 2 technicians confirm it’s set up properly and activated it and wrote down my new number. WiFi worked cpl of days and on good Friday night it went off altogether. Landline never worked from day1. Maybe the techs need training again?
