@virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

@virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

As a final indignity/inconvenience @virginmedia send you A CHEQUE for overpayment when you finally manage to cancel. A cheque! Obviously they expect a proportion not to cash it but tells you exactly what sort of company they are.
