@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

@virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

@virginmedia Well, that's an entirely different issue then as one of the members of your movers team assured me that the disconnection did NOT mean I had accepted the charges and that a complaint could still be pursued. Not great that your employees are seemingly also lying to customers.

@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia The virgin wifi routers are very dodgy - you might be best just to get yourself an Eero wifi off Amazon and use it with virgin router set to modem only mode. Fixed my virgin wifi issues

@virginmedia Hi I have been a Sky TV customer for 10 years and was looking to switch to Virgin Media. I was set up on a package on my fist call on the 21.6.21. When I called your customer service team today, they had no idea what package I was setup on and no one could help. Long story.
