    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @virginmedia They go to the boxes in the street, stare at it for ten minutes and then leave. Your website then claims it’s fixed but whenever we run a test it says “looks like there’s a problem”, same with multiple neighbours. Told we’d get compensation, it never happened.

    @virginmedia Any chance of a discount for sticking with Virgin Media even with all the problems we have had over the years. It is around 18 years since we got VM in but never had a discount or offered a better deal. It just keeps going up
