    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @MikeBar66066891 @virginmedia Use a WiFi extender. I have installed 3 extenders in my house. Works perfectly well. The problems with Virgin are frequent signal drops and very unreliable upload speed.

    @virginmedia Bring fast wifi to your customers, i teach from home and suffer from intermittent signals, loss of signal while teaching and am told switch off/on your router or reset it. No other advice or solution. Its a joke. Nevermind boxsets on tv cutting off. U can do better.

    @virginmedia Sadly, for virgin customers this actually means atrociously inconsistent speeds and constant drop outs. Customer service has been reliably awful, so perhaps that was what they mean to post? And yes, I have tried turning it off and on, before you ask.

    @virginmedia How can this be 3 friends all on VM & the same package (M200 phone and TV) & recently renewed. Friend 1 = £38 F2 = £45 F3 = £40 you want to put mine up to £63 for the same package. If I could speak to someone it might help but after 3 weeks trying I'm losing the will to live...

    @katerussell @virginmedia If I were you I would switch from Virgin Media. They are one of the worst internet providers. A work colleague of mine has her Virgin Media internet go down several times every day and they can't even bother fixing her issue. #virginmedia
