@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

When my daughter told me she was in charge of getting Broadband for her student accommodation, I said go anywhere but @virginmedia. Of course, she went to them and now trying to cancel as they are moving out is a nightmare 😡 #crapcustomerservice
