    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia Sorry but the old ‘we don’t have email addresses’ doesn’t work. Everyone does. It’s just company policy not to hand them out. The key issue is that with this level of service, someone should say ‘leave it with us, we’ll look into it and someone will get back to you’ 1/2

    @virginmedia Had to have a really tough call this evening to query a bill sent to my deceased father’s address. I want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Franco (no idea how else to identify him), but he was truly amazing and did everything he could 👏🏼

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia why do I only get a notice saying channel failed when I watch sky sports channel live, I can watch any other channel you provide me and don’t have a issue. I have done everything that you tell me to do but it still keeps happening.

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    @tom550993 Haggled Virginmedia down to £50 a month for decent broadband, one set top box for live TV and the middle TV package. Now TV and Netflix still trials less than £75. If I could get a decent reception with an aerial I would ditch the box too.

    @virginmedia what on earth is going on? My upload speed has been dogshit since Friday/Saturday. Today along it's dropped from about 25mb/s to less than 10mb/s. All your site says is "intermittent issues in the area"... which is so regular its utterly redundant now

    @virginmedia I have been a customer of yours for 25 years and upon the most recent contract renewal, you denied the package I opted for because it was for 'new customers only' and then went on to charge me with a bill for £124! A colossal 34% increase! Loyalty means nothing!

    @virginmedia It appears to be with my VM account. Reference IDF-12B. Is quoted. Phoned but all I could get was “they will phone back in several business days”. Tragically poor service! I see that I’m not the only one with this problem.

    @Oxford_Life @virginmedia The new tv box is absolutely abysmal, the worst “upgrade” in history. If it wasn’t for lack of high speed broadband alternatives here we would be off like a shot.
