@virginmedia why do you advertise high broadband speeds yet I never get over 17mbs more often in single figures, whenever I phone up it improves for 24hrs, your helpline is a waste of time and I regularly get outages as well, as in most days

@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

@virginmedia I’ve now been able to make booking for a technican on Monday but can you confirm that we will get compensation for the total loss of tv only given I’ve reported it last night via my complaint (c-0812221928). So by Monday it will be just under two full days after the 2 day limit

@virginmedia Thanks - called the number and the auto msg says there is a complex issue being worked on in the area (no change in a month) but the link in the text you send said there is no issues in the postcode (which one is right/wrong)
