    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia Only after 2 hours of attempting to cancel and being bounced round lots of various offers , This was the worst customer experience I have ever had , since the last time you hung up on me , , I will be terminating family phone contracts secondary to this .

    @virginmedia All the neighbours had the same problem at the same time, someone had done works and the pavement was dug up. Then you came out and fixed it (for neighbour) "The light was off, someone needs to go out and put a new wire up", you fixed it, but we still waiting for my mum's.
