@virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia Why is bbc iplayer so unbearably slow to load and respond? It's ridiculous. Youtube is also tedious. Who is programming these? Minutes to "select who's watching..." still hasn't responded to the selection.
