    @StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

    @virginmedia Hi yes I’ve check all cables are in correct and I’ve turn off from socket and removed plug then put back the plug after 30 seconds but it didn’t help it still turn itself off twice after doing it.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

    @virginmedia why do I only get a notice saying channel failed when I watch sky sports channel live, I can watch any other channel you provide me and don’t have a issue. I have done everything that you tell me to do but it still keeps happening.

    VIRGIN MEDIA HAS REALLY MESSED THINGS UP FOR ME I WILL BE WITHOUT LANDLINE OR INTERNET AFTER TODAY UNTIL 10TH OF JUNE CONTRACT WITH THEM WAS CANCELED ON 18TH MAY 1 DAY AFTER INSTALATION IT WAS MADE VERY CLEAR TO THEM, SO WHY GO AHEAD AND REQUEST MY SERVICE FROM BT NO RIGHT TO DO

    @Rant_75 @virginmedia They did same 2 me. Charged well over. Took ages 2 sort. Now put me in new 18mth cntrct cos I removed voicemail. Best bet, ask 4 copy of all recordings, notes 4rm account & then put in a complaint with the @TheFCA , they’re basically mis-selling. I’m planning on doing the same.

    @virginmedia our remote won’t work - any button we press is just coming up as 8. We’ve replaced the batteries ans reset the box, also tried resetting and pairing it again but the same problem keeps happening. Can we get a replacement?

    @virginmedia be a loyal customer for 5 years never missed a bill. Find out you have switched off all my services while I've been away. You know my child's seizure alarm equipment depends on our WiFi. Phone up twice told ,10mins, then 1 hour, now I ring, on top of my £181 bill I

    @virginmedia have been having intermittent outages since yesterday at 11pm but your service status checker claims there are no issues. Speaking to my neighbours it seems like there is an issue in the area but this is not mentioned anywhere? ETA for a fix?

    @Suffolk1953 @virginmedia That was always my gripe - when we moved to Vodafone for half the price, there was no difference in the speeds even though Virgin was supposed to be much better. And we haven’t had a single outage either!

    @virginmedia really appalling customer service. I reported on Monday morning that my cable had been cut. Had to wait until now before someone came round and they said I'll get a fibre engineer booked in. I told you on Monday what was wrong!!!!!!
