You really need to start advising customers properlyit doesn’t matter how many technicians visit it won’t solve the problem of the poor standard router and your default settings.

I went for an Asus one at about £120. Netgear is another strong brand. I had poor WiFi for years and it was a massive improvement. 2/2

We have a wireless network with a powerline adapter to boost, recently had to set those up so they had to be reset. An issue with our home phone arose, it was unexpected. It’s fine now!
