    @guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

    @virginmedia Hi AR, thanks I appreciate your reply but I don’t know what else to do. It’s become very stressful as I can’t book an engineer. Do you know why the service checker keeps saying there are no issues and to reboot the hub or fix all my devices? I don’t believe it will ever be fixed

    @virginmedia Hi AR, thanks. If it’s not fixed by tomorrow would I be able to have a webchat? The fix date keeps getting delayed or the service checker says it’s my devices or reboot the hub. I have POA for my dad who’s a vulnerable customer and need wifi to make calls for him and zoom appts

    @virginmedia Hi JB, sadly my wifi still has major issues. Can someone please investigate? It’s been over 2 weeks with very limited wifi (only emails and basic web search). Can’t make video calls or stream things/very fuzzy. Interfering with ability to work or do admin. Can’t book engineer

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. They’ve not given a fix as they’ve not said there is an error. There definitely is an error as these issues would not occur otherwise so I would appreciate this fixing asap. Preferably before 8:30am tomorrow at the latest please
