It’s rubbish and has programming which means main signal isn’t direct for WiFi. I had this problem; buy another router and turn Virgin one into modem. It solved my problem.

Lots of research done and the issue is almost certainly the router. You can buy a third-party router and turn the virgin router into a modem. Solved all my problems. Worth a try.

Virgin Media News (@VirginMediaNews) reportedA man in his 40s has died after being struck by his van near Luke’s Bridge in Gortnaleck, Grange, Co Sligo. The collision happened at around 3.55pm yesterday (Saturday). Gardaí said the incident involved “a van and a pedestrian, the owner of the vehicle”. I’m not a customer but they still came while I was out and dug up plants in my front garden to access connecting services I didn’t ask for. Then refused any contact with me afterwards due to not being a customer!
