Craig (@Jagercraig) reported from Saint Neots, England@virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia @mouthwaite Hi John; just jumping in on this. Rob Anderson #TipToeingOutOfHibernation (@Tech_Analyst_UK) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?
-
Michał Jawornik (@drjawor) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia But it’s not working.

-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@AdamDea29742908 @virginmedia But buying one between £50 and £200 will probably suit most and if it turns out it doesn’t solve your problems it hasn’t broken the bank. I went for an Asus one at about £120. Netgear is another strong brand. I had poor WiFi for years and it was a massive improvement. 2/2
-

purplewisdom (@PurpleWisdom) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia @markscamilleri I’ve tried rebooting nothing is happening. All these people telling you they have no service can’t all be wrong. Stop giving us the same answer, we’re not idiots.
-
Abi (@ABeeeABeee) reported from Stotfold, England@virginmedia No, I have done that countless times since yesterday morning and the issue isn’t being resolved. I’m not doing it again
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.
-
Maria-Luisa Prezio (@Tranquil_Maria) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Changing a minor detail impossible!!!

-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia Not ‘sorry hit you’ll need to get into another queue for hours and hours because it’s another team and we can’t help you’ That is not how to treat customers. In any business. Someone needs to take ownership of a situation. Truly terrible customer service. #virginmedia

-
hayden willan (@Hayden_Willan) reported@virginmedia So what’s the point of the online renewal journey? Is the system designed to help customers, or just to annoy them?
-
Davie G 🇬🇧 (@fredbeare) reportedDo @EE have any actual humans, other than those on commission in sales, working for them? Almost as bad as Virgin Media, certainly worse than @BT who seemed to have taken the worst from both companies and merged. Are there no good comms companies out there?
-
Del 🌈 (@derrickca) reported@virginmedia WiFi has crashed out 3 times already this morning. The service is appalling. Trying to do some really vital work. Rebooted 3 times now. Getting seriously peed off 🤬
-
Lynne (@ljbrameld) reported@RichardMorrow10 @virginmedia You’ll be lucky. I left them & changed Broadband company. They said I was due credit & would send a cheque (cheque 🥴). Still waiting. Bet it never arrives.
-
Charles Forsyth (@charles_forsyth) reported@biggle1908 @SBarrettBar @zeninternet I have both Zen and Virgin Media (two fibres). Zen is symmetric but VM is not (here), despite Zen being half the price. Symmetry (or not) depends on the underlying infrastructure supplier. VM has been great over many years, fairly usual tech support; Zen has been excellent and the tech support is very techy. ("Symmetric" here means upload and download rate is the same; often upload is much slower.)
-
tommier (@coillteman) reported@TheMandyGall @virginmedia @rte RTÉ bias, it doesn't suit the governments narrative on whom their very existence depends on. €750,000,000 was a great handout to them. That's ¾ of a BILLION WTF they are beholding to the government who have paid a high price for a PR company which RTE is.
-
Dan (@DanMontgomery87) reported@virginmedia I’ve tried to use your online web chat to speak with a so called “agent” who didn’t respond for 5 minutes and used language that AI would use, if this is the kind of customer service you guys will be using then I’ll be looking to take my custom elsewhere
-
Trevor Hambley (@1bigtrev) reported@biggle1908 I changed to Virgin media for that same reason. Very happy customer.
-
Dr Ioannis Zisis 🏴🇬🇷🇪🇺 (@zisisioa) reportedAbysmal service from @virginmedia ...24hours without broadband/tv and so much time wasted on chatbot checks....they dont even bother to log a case.
