    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

    @virginmedia trying to cancel Sky Sports for my mum after my fathers death. Repeatedly On hold for 50 mins each time then you hang up. No facility to do it online!! Any help.

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia chat service is down, no one to answer technical calls, a website that sends you round and round in circles! Is it at all possible that someone is still working who can solve my broadband issues before I cancel my direct debit?

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia Could you please highlight exactly what clause you want me to read ? I am a disabled mother of 3 with her daughter needing internet for gcse - which You can’t provide- she needs internet to study. I am NOT cancelling contract - you are - by not providing service that I pay for

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    In our area we had many unplanned power cuts all were resolved by a new fuse at the substation. The longest outage was fixed width 3 hours the most recent in a half hour. But the outages started coincidentally after virgin media dug in new manholes adjacent to the BT ones.

    @lukelennox92 @virginmedia Same problem with me. Virgin has disconnected from all devices yet will only accept the password for some of them. Other devices say password is incorrect. 🙃 More great service from Virgin

    @JustKaalin @virginmedia ive been with SKY since forever and never had an issue with them. Used to always want Virgin media cause of their speeds but I hear nothing but similar horror stories. Im getting 500-550mb with sky which is more than enough for just me!

    @virginmedia for the past week I have had poor internet and it drops in and out straying to get sick of it and when using app it tells me there are no problems well there is if my TV is starting to say insufficient speed 😡😡🤬

    @virginmedia I was dealing with someone who passed me to someone else. Said he would email confirming if only package was back to £59 or if just broadband and phone offer available. DD is due to come out next week and it's urgent I sort. I don't want to just cancel DD and risk phone cut off
