    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @virginmedia I’ve called 23 times. I can assure you the issue isn’t my phone number. I was an area manager would call me within 5 days. They haven’t. This is diabolical customer service @Ofcom
