@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia When I check online it isn't saying an issues in my area but indicates planned work but not until 13/4/22, could this be affecting it. Could I arrange an engineer but cancel if the broadband can be fixed later. I'm concerned with the time as I won't be home until this evening.

@virginmedia The 4G backup is of little to no use with people using Zoom. It doesn’t even seem to alert you of the outage or send me a text to let me know the fix time as was promised. Your setup team didn’t even know this was a feature until I told them. Amateur hour.

@virginmedia Weren’t chat bots and online service meant to replace holding on phone lines for hours on end. Seems to have gone full circle. I am interested in the unprecedented demand - I worked in demand management for a long time and I think you need to review your metrics and performance
