    I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

    @virginmedia @Ofcom - can you help with this situation? As you monitor, telecoms companies; Do you think 3-hours worth of phone calls, being cut off 3 times and 80 minutes on WhatsApp (and counting) is good enough service from @virginmedia just to renew a contract ? #virginmedia

    @virginmedia We can’t use landline because of fault. Tried mobile - no response. We shouldn’t have to keep reporting. You know there is a problem. Fix it please.

    @virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

    @virginmedia trying to cancel Sky Sports for my mum after my fathers death. Repeatedly On hold for 50 mins each time then you hang up. No facility to do it online!! Any help.

    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    @virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

    @virginmedia Hi virgin just rang the phone number you have gave us to call but we went through using the key pad and then all you said was we will send a text message with way to fix which don’t work.

    @virginmedia I thought my issue was resolved yesterday, but today I’ve had an email saying something different. I text the number again, at 11.28am, the bot replied but nothing since then?!

    A man in his late teens is in a critical condition following a crash involving an e-scooter in Co Longford.     @virginmedia Your salesperson confirmed by text that his manager had approved covering that £6 for the term. I have the messages. It has never appeared on my bill. He asked me to email a compensation request, which I did. No reply. Chased three times since. No reply. 2/

    @MelJanie @virginmedia Virgin Media are up there for any worst customer service award! They took 3 weeks to restore our connection, promised us compensation (promises we were able to obtain a recording of), refused to pay that compensation and then fought us every step of the way. Dreadful.
