@guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

@nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

@virginmedia Unable to use any of the on demand services. None of the apps, none of the movies, box sets etc. The UI is slow and jittery sometimes too. Have a look up the thread, you guys said it was a known issue. It's been awful since the update.
