    @virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

    @virginmedia why do you advertise high broadband speeds yet I never get over 17mbs more often in single figures, whenever I phone up it improves for 24hrs, your helpline is a waste of time and I regularly get outages as well, as in most days

    @virginmedia I have, Virgin media have run tests today too. So far no faults have been found. We've had these issues since we contracted and even though we've had a new hub, moved the hub and had an engineer out we continue to have issues.

    @virginmedia No the name has not been altered. We definitely do not have an extender so this needs to be looked into because our neighbours named devices are also connected to our wifi and it makes the signal drop
