    @virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

    So I'm with virgin media and my bill every month is €98.00 Phoned then there told them I couldn't afford to pay that and it's now €49.00 a month. Might help someone else who's paying high bills for TV and Internet. 👍
