  @virginmedia Sorry but the old ‘we don’t have email addresses’ doesn’t work. Everyone does. It’s just company policy not to hand them out. The key issue is that with this level of service, someone should say ‘leave it with us, we’ll look into it and someone will get back to you’ 1/2

  @virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.

  @PharmacistExpat @virginmedia They could - but their website states broadband is only an issue when it’s broadband only deals, it’s it’s broadband and tv - it says any broadband, therefore anything that’s in the “not eligible” below, doesn’t count for them
