@virginmedia @virginmedia My husband adjusted our VM package to include an extra V6 box in a bedroom. Engineer booked in 6 weeks ago. Turned up last week without the box. He said he'd call back 3 days later to install. He didn't turn up. We've phoned your customer services over

@virginmedia So @virginmedia my contract has finally been resolved. 3 hours of phone calls in 24-hrs (including phone being cut off 3 times) 6 hours of WhatsApp Failure to honour contract offers. Shambles of a company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. #virginmedia #fail

@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

@virginmedia why do I only get a notice saying channel failed when I watch sky sports channel live, I can watch any other channel you provide me and don’t have a issue. I have done everything that you tell me to do but it still keeps happening.

@virginmedia @markscamilleri I have no service at all despite you saying it’s been restored. Can’t even get into the website to report. Everything is down even though it’s showing it isn’t.

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

@virginmedia And to re-emphasise what I’ve said countless times before; you’re wasting peoples time, because you don’t tell them that it is your router that causes most of the problems. Can’t believe @Ofcom allow this.

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

@virginmedia why don’t you include clear instructions for switching networks? It doesn’t tell you where to put the PAC code, can’t dial 789 from non VM phone, can’t set up an account with a non VM number so have been on hold yet again for 35 mins listening to awful shrill music😖

@virginmedia Please re-review my tweets as I've already answered this question. Granted, we're in a pandemic so I know how busy it is, but still the service here is not meeting contract requirements, meaning it's not "Fit For Purpose" Giving info about an area issue isn't against GDPR.

Wow that's special @virginmedia! A customer for donkeys years - my internet is out of contract ... brand new customers can have my package for £32.99 a month ... existing customer "£51 a month sir" .... er where's the loyalty value in that??

@NeeshaRees @virginmedia They did this last year as well. Service is poor, but (at least where I am), the same can be said for any other broadband provider. :/
-
Liz Crow
(@RGPLizCrow) reported
@virginmedia Yes, it's worked now, but took multiple attempts. I realise now that a previous complain at the start of the month was never logged, so ongoing problem with the form.
-
Mark Pattison
(@mdpattison) reported
@virginmedia The reason I ask if this was incorrect is that nothing has changed - the service status page never had our postcode listed and it’s been flashing green since Friday. But I was told by two different operatives the issue was a local one
