@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia I haven’t because I haven’t been given an account number. Customer services won’t tell me what my number is. The engineer arrived and couldn’t do his job as the work outside my house for the cable hadn’t been completed. Totally wasted day. Cancelling my installation. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I hate paying for a service and not getting it, @virginmedia and @VodafoneUK has been down for 3 days. No wifi, no telly, no 4G, sometimes can’t even text or call because completely no service. Been impossible to contact my dad who I care for while working full time! What a joke!

OMG @virginmedia. Waiting since March for internet installation. Date moved and moved. Engineer finally comes on Monday and is apparently told by Virgin to leave the job. No explanation, poor customer service and an unacceptably late reschedule date of 29th July.
