  @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

  @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

  Virgin Media simply do not seem to grasp customer service, I really fear the damage the merger with O2 will do to the service there. Penny pinching over a bereavement is proof of a fundamentally mismanaged customer service.

  @jackbremer @virginmedia I've been with them longer than that and, TBF, they've been good on the whole. However, the mark of a decent company, I feel, is how they handle problems...and @virginmedia were found totally wanting in my case. I hope for your sake you never have a serious problem with them 🤞🤞

  @virginmedia @Stsantek Virgin has thus customer’s contact details, but as always expects the customer to get in touch with them - which is ALWAYS a waste of hours and hours of the customer’s time. Virgin knows that and everyone else knows that.

  @housecatkai @virginmedia i have mixed opinions on them, like they've provided the fastest internet speeds i've had out of other ISPs we've been with (sky, BT and talktalk) but our services always go down at least once a month and it's infuritating 😭😭
