    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia 7hours on a phone call to get 1 engineer to visit is beyond a joke your call centre have issues with not taking any notes or saying anything that is not on a script

    @virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

    @virginmedia hi guys. your website states you are open till 10 pm but I phoned and the automated response says that you’re closed.Also trying to do the live chat on your website is just a BOT. Very annoying and useless. Help.

    @VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

    @virginmedia so currently at attempt 7 over 2 days to cancel our service. Keep getting transferred back to moving department who try to transfer me out but end up going in circles. Tried phone, chat, what else can I do. Just want to leave :'(

    @virginmedia Your status checker shows the outage. It gives updated resolution times about 4 times a day which are always wrong & has been doing this for almost 3 weeks now. We’d like to leave Virgin, please advise when we can leave without fees if you haven’t provided internet since 15.9.22?

    @virginmedia Weve already raised a complaint via web form on your website on 30.9.22, waiting for response. Pointless speaking to anyone on phone or WhatsApp as its like talking to a wall. Please answer my question when we can leave without fees if you haven’t provided internet since 15.9.22?

    @virginmedia my internet has been cutting out for 5 seconds every ten minutes or so for. I have gone through the online service status check and it says everything is fine, i have rebooted and reset about 10 times. This morning my account is saying i have signed into an 1/2

    @virginmedia We have called them several times now and raised a complain. All we get told is that the cable team will arrive on a new date...but they never do. And then we repeat the same process over and over again. It's very frustrating and completely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Checked all of that, did the usual first steps of turning it off and resetting it etc. We were told that we had too many devices connected and that the stronger hub 4 would solve the issues, it didn't and we now have less devices connected as well.
