    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @virginmedia Yes I remain unhappy - what have you done to change this? I am on the phone, hours deep. I am complaining on twitter whilst in that queue whilst waiting for someone to ignore my cancellation request via whatsapp and offer me a new package. SORT IT OUT. CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia Thanks @virginmedia! After over 3 hours on hold trying to contact #customerservice, the only thing that worked was calling New contracts and then getting transferred to customer service! All sorted for now though…

    @virginmedia Yes and again was told it was my fault because of my phone even though the phone worked fine before and still does,so again it's either I get back what I paid for last year and never got or the price remains the same,if the price goes up even £1 I will cancel and want my refund!

    @virginmedia I can get Sky sports live on my tv, the problem is about 7 weeks ago I was unable to get anything live on my PHONE and IPAD I was able too before that
