    @virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

    @virginmedia internet connection has been so shoddy last 24 hours! Customer service says nothing wrong , amount of resets and hearing Alexa and google home saying no connection suggest otherwise

    @virginmedia This particular issue is an area service problem. Last time it was IP address because too many customers connecting. The time before that was "dont expect it to work all the time." The hub has been changed, engineers have been out, the connectors replaced.

    @virginmedia yes many times, there should be notes on file. i simply need a new box according to tech support but not recieved one, then follow up calls and they have to look at the line etc, got no further ahead

    @virginmedia That was the very first response I received though.. why respond to tell me they are going on a lunch break.. I’d rather have just waited for someone to come and actually help which someone did - John Dominic was the only helpful person I’ve spoke to and he was great.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately due to Chris in customer relations I nothing positive to say about virgin media. She was extremely rude and unhelpful and requires training.
