    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

    This is just one example of the sh*t-poor customer service and communication my family have dealt with this week in getting Virgin to finally cancel their services 3 months after the original request. Why are they allowed to get away with it? @virginmedia @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I believe we're being reconnected tomorrow, since it apparently takes 48 hours to patch us back into the mainframe (not a Network Technician, apologies) so I think all that can be done is being done. Thanks though RF :)
