-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia Not ‘sorry hit you’ll need to get into another queue for hours and hours because it’s another team and we can’t help you’ That is not how to treat customers. In any business. Someone needs to take ownership of a situation. Truly terrible customer service. #virginmedia
-
Craig (@Jagercraig) reported from Saint Neots, England@virginmedia can you help? Recently got broadband with you and my iPhone won’t stay connected
-
Garry Solomon Photography (@gsolomonphoto) reported from Rushden, England@virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Clapham, England@SamRobertsComms @virginmedia They are about as good as Three for customer services. Complete bags of smelly stuff.
-
Weanie4🇬🇧🏴 (@Weanie4) reported from Stotfold, England@virginmedia why do you advertise high broadband speeds yet I never get over 17mbs more often in single figures, whenever I phone up it improves for 24hrs, your helpline is a waste of time and I regularly get outages as well, as in most days
-
Craig (@Jagercraig) reported from Saint Neots, England@virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@AdamDea29742908 @virginmedia But buying one between £50 and £200 will probably suit most and if it turns out it doesn’t solve your problems it hasn’t broken the bank. I went for an Asus one at about £120. Netgear is another strong brand. I had poor WiFi for years and it was a massive improvement. 2/2

-
GTT* (@Gturv) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia No fault that describes my issue. Tried fault page but led to a dead link.

jamesdgreen (@jamesdgreen02) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2
-
Rob Anderson #TipToeingOutOfHibernation (@Tech_Analyst_UK) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

-
Master Roshi (@MasterRoshi1667) reported@MelJanie @virginmedia They really are a pack of useless *****. Typical VM. Takes your money and a shite service. We all accept it anyway because they are allowed to get away with it. It doesn’t pay to be loyal any more.
