@virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

@virginmedia why do I only get a notice saying channel failed when I watch sky sports channel live, I can watch any other channel you provide me and don’t have a issue. I have done everything that you tell me to do but it still keeps happening.

@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

@virginmedia have possibly the worst customer service ever! After we terminated our contract in January 2021 a payment was taken out of the bank and it appears that you took it upon yourselves to renew the contract without our agreement! Will never deal with Virgin again!

@DCMS Here in Leeds we supposedly already have 1 Gigabit via @virginmedia but because it says it on the label I am afraid its not whats in the tin . Our speeds are rarely anywhere near what we are paying for and all we get are excuses , we arent world leading the worst speeds in Europe

@virginmedia Transferred, or should have been. Last digit on the account has changed. Virgin now using 2 different emails to contact me re account, I think I will contact them at Sunderland and see if it can be resolved. There are a number of issues, all since contacting bereavement.
