@virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia It’s 2022 come who writes letters to cancel a contract this is just time consuming now. Plus the cancellation period does not start until you receive the letter. Can’t believe you are unable to cancel in my online account.

Website @VirginMedia confirms broadband/TV problems in my postcode area. Suggested fix last night 23.10. Nope. Today new fix time 12.00. Nope. New fix time 16.00. Nope. New fix time 20.00....... virgin on the ridiculous!!!
