@virginmedia You are always busier than normal. Perhaps invest in more staff? Funny how when I finally cancelled, I was called twice a day for a week but try to cancel or ask for refund and you are busier than normal and have to waste hours and hours, days after days.

Who's best for business broadband? @vmbusiness, @BTBusiness or @SkyUK? We're a Virgin Business customer and I must say that I'm not impressed. We'll cancel as soon as we can. We're also a customer of BT Business which we find a good service. Anyone have experience of Sky Connect?
