Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@_missoofftt Yeah! It's really difficult. The thing is, I have a phone contract with o2. And in the 7 years I've had that contract, service went down once. And o2 reimbursed each customer for the amount of time service was lost. Virgin Media have no customer service skills whatsoever.
