@virginmedia why do you advertise high broadband speeds yet I never get over 17mbs more often in single figures, whenever I phone up it improves for 24hrs, your helpline is a waste of time and I regularly get outages as well, as in most days

@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

@virginmedia I've already been through a range of diagnostics myself, I regularly work from home with frequent video meetings and can't keep having the hub dying on me, and would rather a dedicated customer support person help rather than relying on forum posting.
