    @virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia Have to agree with comments, paying for 350mbps currently getting 10 absolute shocking. Tried calling you today over and over, takes 20mins to get hold of some who doesn’t talk English and puts the phone down on you. How you have any customers is beyond me!#broadband #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I believe so but as Virgin operate on the principal that the customer doesn't need information it's impossible to be sure. There is no documentation that explains what the lights on the hub actually mean and the app just asks to ensure the cables are all plugged in.
