    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    @virginmedia @mouthwaite Hi John; just jumping in on this. You really need to start advising customers properlyit doesn’t matter how many technicians visit it won’t solve the problem of the poor standard router and your default settings.

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

    @virginmedia My broadband is down it’s been down since yesterday and on the box all the lights go green and keep flashing every so often like it’s trying to gain back connection .

    @virginmedia spoke to customer services who transferring me to technical team after failed attempts to fix tv box remotely. Been on hold now 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Call in total just under one hour

    @virginmedia is there a known outage for the B64 cradley heath postal code? I have ran the test on your app and it tells me there is a network error but on the main page it says no known errors!

    @virginmedia is it normal policy to default a customer without advising them (in writing) of this prior to defaulting them (especially with a credit agency) or giving them an opportunity to rectify issue before going to collections? Or do you enjoy ruining peoples lives?

    @virginmedia seriously, what on earth is happening with your broadband?! After over 24h outage on Thursday to Friday now there's another outage with resolution time tonight. Seriously, I'm in Brighton city centre, how is your service this bad. How am I supposed to work like this?

    @virginmedia having been a customer of VM and even NYNEX, never had a problem until resent drops in Mbs. Told VM would send new 4th Router in an effort to resolve but still not received the router. Only get 14mbs in the bedroom of my bungalow yet told everything’s ok
