@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

How on Earth are you supposed to get in contact with @virginmedia tried calling… never get through or they hang up. Online chat can’t help me… I just want to cancel my contract as the wait has been way too long for a self install WiFi set!! 😖
