@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia You have a lot of customers currently without service in the BB1 5QT (Blackburn). It's affecting customers on Sunnybower Road, Cunliffe Close, Whalley Old Road, Bank Hey Lane. No customers in that are have service. Please could you organise an engineer to attend?
