@virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

@virginmedia I need to lower my broadband speed as im moving and Virgin isnt in the area i'm moving to but my parents need to retain it. I tried calling but call centres are closed and theres no obvious to do it on the app. Any help!

@MrLeeNingLive @virginmedia Virgin have been awful at my current flat! Moving to Sky in my new flat - my mate that has it gets MUCH better connection 😩 When Virgin came to check my speeds they also suddenly went to the right numbers when they visited 👀

I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

@virginmedia It does say ‘Forum Team’ yes. I just felt very nervous when he started asking for things like bank details without introducing himself or proving who he was. It feels very open to exploitation. I don’t know why he needs account access anyway. It’s not my account that’s the issue.

No stream again tonight guys. Can you guess why? If you guessed Virgin Media then you are right again! This time, instead of an unreliable upload speed, I just have no internet whatsoever! Issue is due to be fixed by 11pm tonight so can't do anything, I'm afraid!

@virginmedia Instead of fobbing me off like the rest of your staff how about you justify: a 25% price increase; being lied to "why would your price increase your in contract til Aug"; having to spend hours on the phone talking to over 10 people to fix a problem that was created by your staff.
