  @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

  @Stsantek @virginmedia You’re not alone with this and I would urge @Ofcom to also investigate O2 on this also now they are a joint venture as similar case when trying to move provider when their service was not working. Did manage to resolve but had the same threats!
