@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia why do you advertise high broadband speeds yet I never get over 17mbs more often in single figures, whenever I phone up it improves for 24hrs, your helpline is a waste of time and I regularly get outages as well, as in most days

Today's "oh boo" is at @virginmedia Got new kit because pixelating screen was getting unbearable. Annoyingly had to buy an HDMI splitter that requires me manually clicking to change from tv to Apple Fire Stick. Worst of all, all my recordings have gone! Gutted!😩

@virginmedia Follow-up to this is that after five hours on Saturday of swapping boxes, new box not working with my account, engineer taking back new box and leaving old one, I had no TV signal this morning - and now Virgin Media need to send a new box. You cannot make it up!

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph consistent problems on 500mb, get zero coverage outside room hub is in. Hub replaced. Worse than last. Virgin won’t do anything to help, stuck in contract. Was told to get a mesh system put in. Awful awful service. I want this investigated.
