@pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

@virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

@virginmedia I agree they wont but if you see the loss i am getting of -82dbm from being 7 metres away surely a pod will expand coverage into that area with the poor signal strength? If i stand next door to the router i get my expected speeds - thanks

@virginmedia I was asking about the cancellation regarding the price rise. said they can waive the price rise which I thought was a bit strange. Either it’s going up or it’s not. I asked how do I cancel and they just didn’t reply. cut off and passed back into the queue. On watts app.

@virginmedia It's been well over a week where the WiFi has been off several times a day making it impossible to work. It's ridiculous. Apparently there is now issues in my area... how you think you can bill me for this month and then increase prices for May is mind boggling!

Got the new #samsungs23 yesterday. Won't connect to Galaxy smartwatch or headphones. Internet super-slow. Pictures on social media take ages to load. It isn't the wifi connection. Not impressed and will be ringing the team @virginmedia to discuss an alternative device.
