    Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

    @virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

    @virginmedia Dean C promised me a call back over a week ago to discuss the virgin media data breach and the fact I can access 36 other peoples email accounts. I require a deadlock letter to my complaint so I can go to the ombudsman.

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia It’s constant. This is why I left last time. What’s the point in paying for fast internet speeds when you’re always down? Your service checker always says no issues. Which is clearly wrong.

    @virginmedia No it’s an issue about not being given the correct information - I have a heating system I can’t use (Wi-Fi) and door bell and security system I can’t use (Wi-Fi) that’s just to start - not really very “oomph” is it your upgrade process - I’ve been told to wait for 24 hours 🤡

    @virginmedia please confirm the DIRECT number for UK customer complaints. I've been trying on and off for 8 HOURS now to get a new contract I'm told I'm being transferred and then radio silence again. Do you think that is acceptable customer service?

    @CanonUKandIE hi, just bought a canon TS705 printer and run WiFi from virgin media, my previous printer worked fine, but this new one keeps saying that it is not compatible with 5g and go to 2.4g but I only run 2.4g in my home..can you help please...
