    @mcintyrejack @iRacing @virginmedia Haven’t tried a router, with all the convo with VM about this potentially being fixed soon and me not wanting to blow money on one. Plus the issue seems to come and go so I’m not sure if it would be a constant issue with a router or not.

    @RogerProtzBeer @virginmedia This is totally unacceptable. When resolved ask for compensation for loss of service, inconvenience & your time. Keep records. Raise an official complaint following their process. If unhappy with their response complain to CISA, their ombudsman. Consider switching. Good luck!

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    So unbelievably fed up of @virginmedia broadband that constantly drops out. I pay almost £100 a month for packages that are just useless if the connection goes down. Can't work from home or teach remotely under these conditions.

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

    @virginmedia @Sam_Watson74 That’s a lie. No auto compensation kicked in before Christmas. And wifi was not working for about 5 days. Yet in your system it said it was working and that you could see I used data. Which was a lie .

    @virginmedia They have booked an engineer to come to me, but idea when it is going to be at this point. Not sure why they are coming to the house when it’s clear that the issue isn’t only this house. But I guess that’s what the script says.
