    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia Only had to wait 2 hours to finally get through to someone who was able to deal with my issue. Stuart Toms, one of your managers was very helpful & got the various issues resolved...

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    @virginmedia I have been having broadband issues for over a month. I have been on hold to the call centre for over 45 minutes now trying to get help. Is that normal waiting time?

    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    @virginmedia Yes. Want to keep my broadband service only. It amazes me that you can get a response in social media almost instantly but can’t get a response elsewhere for love nor money

    @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

    @virginmedia Internet down again in NN5. There is no issue with the equipment or set up. What is the issue locally? Goes down about 8-10 times for 30 mins or so every day. Please can you respond ASAP.

    @virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

    @virginmedia On your website the only way to verify if those details are correct is by “contacting our Customer Care team”, which is hours of waiting and often only to get cut off before I talk to someone. You guys are literally unbelievable.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

    @virginmedia chat service is down, no one to answer technical calls, a website that sends you round and round in circles! Is it at all possible that someone is still working who can solve my broadband issues before I cancel my direct debit?

    @virginmedia 2/2 Been through troubleshooting, replaced SIM, replaced handset but issue remains. Need to terminate contract and change provider. Virgin need to Waive charges as not fulfilling contract.

    @virginmedia I realised that afterwards! However my Ring device is not working at all. Can you confirm that the service will be back up and running by 12pm today as your site says. I am disabled and am totally reliant on knowing who comes to my front door

    @virginmedia I’ve tried ringing and using the messaging service and got nowhere. I have a message from 21/1/21 assuring me that everything would be disconnected on 12/2/21. Very frustrating.

    @virginmedia Residential and no, rebooting doesn’t help! I don’t know if it’s just IPhones because my mum also struggles (as an IPhone user) but my dad doesn’t (a Samsung user). I was just wondering is all!
