    @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

    @virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

    @virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

    @virginmedia I’ve called them and there’s no issue. I need someone to take responsibility for this appalling customer service. I have been without WiFi since Thursday, a technician visited on Saturday and identified the problem and I have now had 3 no show appointments with engineers.

    @virginmedia 6 weeks since you acknowledged my complaint and no update? When I fill in web form get told to then phone you on your number with call charges per min with normal wait times of 45 mins to 1hr 30 - come on, not good enough

    @virginmedia That’s great, but when I call the number it tells me there are no problems in the area, and to download the app (which I already have, and gives me the error. Then it hangs up.

    @virginmedia No. They said there should be an engineer on the way, but there doesn’t appear to be anyone there and the service status is still showing as fine (which is not the case, at least for me).

    .@virginmedia has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We have an outstanding complaint since December 2020 which is still unresolved. We’ve tried everything, last resort is @Twitter 🤞🏼 please somebody help.
