    @virginmedia please please please can someone please contact me. All I want to do is make a formal complaint on service speeds and leave VIrginmedia. I have had online chats that ended with a link to another chat it and phone numbers that end in a link to a chatbot. So angry

    @virginmedia what the **** is going on in Corby !Your system keeps failing!! Are you going to give us a refund for every day a so called cable uninterrupted system fails ?? Sky is looking much better after the 20th time in 2 years that Virgin has failed !! Not worth recommending

    @virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

    Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

    @virginmedia hi, do you have an email address? Calling doesn’t work, message doesn’t work fast enough (waiting for hours), submit online - done but no confirmation. I have no idea if you’ve received it or not. I just want to complain, cancel and move house.

    @virginmedia yes cabinet, sorry, the engineers have now replaced my connectors. We had an area wide outage Thursday... I need good reliable connection for work. sorry but that hasn't been the case for some time now.

    @virginmedia I've never had issues with you guys, but customer service is down and whatever you're updating technically seems to be causing major issues. Honestly neighbours switched to BT. Still waiting for VM Wifi 6 range extenders!

    @virginmedia Done all of that, there’s an outage in my area - apparently it will be fixed by 2:30 but I’m not holding out much hope. Your customer service have been absolutely no help so far so I don’t expect that will change

    @virginmedia It just gets worse and worse. We've tried everything, resets, factory resets, channel changes - every day we get drop outs and sometimes no signal for 20mins at a time.
