    @virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. In short, no, as you don’t service the new address my parents are going. We wanted and are willing to continue with you if you had. So in our eyes no contact is being broken, but you can’t supply what we need. You still want to charge my retired..cont

    @virginmedia please please please can someone please contact me. All I want to do is make a formal complaint on service speeds and leave VIrginmedia. I have had online chats that ended with a link to another chat it and phone numbers that end in a link to a chatbot. So angry

    @virginmedia Parents a cancellation fee, even though we are not wanting to cancel, you are. NO managers to talk it through with from our end. No consideration for the stress of a move without @virginmedia contribution. Very upset. Your. True colours shown after many years as your customer 😡

    Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

    @virginmedia hi, do you have an email address? Calling doesn’t work, message doesn’t work fast enough (waiting for hours), submit online - done but no confirmation. I have no idea if you’ve received it or not. I just want to complain, cancel and move house.

    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    @virginmedia what the **** is going on in Corby !Your system keeps failing!! Are you going to give us a refund for every day a so called cable uninterrupted system fails ?? Sky is looking much better after the 20th time in 2 years that Virgin has failed !! Not worth recommending

    @virginmedia They have been with @virginmedia for years. They did change their package they needed from a few months ago, but have paid you thousands over the whole time as a customer. They didn’t want to cancel. The fact you can’t continue their service for them, and making them pay...cont

    Hi @virginmedia Nothing from you for months, then two anonymous machine generated letters arrive on the same day. One says I haven't responded to the Resolution Offer you sent on March 15th. The other letter is the Offer. Did you print and post them both in the same batch?

    @virginmedia I am not making expensive calls to that telephone number again, I don’t have my phone service with Virgin so I cannot afford to keep making those expensive calls that never resolve the issue. This is an unbelievably shocking customer service experience

    @virginmedia OK, thanks for the update. But even IF the problem is fixed then (which I don't believe), I will have had more than 2 weeks of bad WiFi. But I still get a full bill. So isn't it fair to get a discount since it's exclusively your fault?

    @virginmedia Spoke to someone from conplaints. Couldnt help so transferred to technical again who i was assured would sort this out! Security questions again... Guess what... Cant help... Tell me what I already know. Transferred to cancellations now
