    @virginmedia hi, I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been spoken to on the phone when I called to talk about an account. I then had a call back and was spoke to like a deprived human being. I want to leave your service as your customer service skills are an abomination.

    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia after 7pm until the next morning my connection is garbage and cannot even load websites. The old 56k broadband is quicker than you're providing. I can't get through to anyone by phone, engineer visits refuse to accept there is an issue and insinuate I'm a liar. 1/2

    @virginmedia No problems found from tests on virgin media website.Restarted router as advised&still only getting around 200mb instead of 350mb.More pauses when streaming tv shows or viewing youtube than previous slower service at a higher price.
