    @virginmedia hi, I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been spoken to on the phone when I called to talk about an account. I then had a call back and was spoke to like a deprived human being. I want to leave your service as your customer service skills are an abomination.

    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia I was without wifi for 9 days due to a faulty hub, but had been experiencing connection issues for weeks,engineer replaced for us and I was promised money off the bill and to contact regarding no service for the days without wifi. I was trying to sort this out

    @virginmedia My personal data has been sent to the incorrect email address. I raised a complaint and it was closed without any reason. I spent 5 hours so far to make things right but I forgot it is Virgin where nobody will give a damn and care about you so either you stay or go to hell

    @virginmedia Okay I don't understand why that context has never been given. I think it's a bit daft given I'm asking for a discount on what my agreed price has always been of £45. Also didn't approve of being told I was confused and to come back in a few months when my contract is almost up.
