    @virginmedia Finally answered after 18 minutes. Very long time to wait also have had a fault with my V6 box . Have arranged for a technician to come out and fix it.

    @virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

    @virginmedia broadband totally out, when will this be resolved please? I'm in RG24 - Basingstoke. Your broadband is regularly sluggish and up and down but doesn't usually disappear.
