@virginmedia So my Broadband/phone is now £50. And a £3.50 price rise. But new customer can have it for £26.99... you robbing ungrateful bastids, existing customers obviously don't matter!! Time to look elsewhere.

@virginmedia Basically on 500mb package but getting below half of that speed. Tv service poor as on demand constantly drops out, ave twice during a film.

Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

@virginmedia My area (TW15)has had intermittent WiFi issues since the 10 Feb. Meaning working from home is impossible. Initially - fixed by the 14th, then the 18th now maybe the 24th… Is there anymore info as the customer service has been less than satisfactory?

@virginmedia I don't really want to leave, that's my last resort. But no one is actually prepared to do anything to assist. We were getting 200mb but really I reliably. Then our hub was 'recalibrated' and now we get 25mb with less reliability. We just want someone to actually help us
