    @virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

    @virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

    @virginmedia Yes another complaint raised and they closed the same day saying resolved. To be frank your cheap outsourced call centres are typically fraud!

    @virginmedia Hi, apparently they have engineers out in the area but it’s been like this since March last year, I even have WiFi boosters but they don’t help. I’m supposed to be getting 200 mbps but I get around 2.5 which is ridiculous considering the amount I pay for it.

    @smiles333 @virginmedia This is a big problem with Virgin Media. Then when you do get a call arranged for a specific time, they call you at a different time entirely.

    @RobbieShenton @elonmusk Cost will reduce as it scales. For the UK he needs to get it to below £50 a month to compete with the likes of virgin media. Only issue is they all make you buy TV and internet as a package.

    @virginmedia To be honest I think I’ve given up and am going to cancel. Spent days on the phone trying to resolve and had an engineer who replaced old external cable and components , this has improved but internet still randomly drops out. Not ideal when working from home!

    @virginmedia For years for you to upgrade and now you have you’re just trying to push them into the most expensive package. Further more it takes an age to get through to you on the phone. You’ve had a year to sort your infrastructure following the pandemic and still garbage. Shame on you.
