@wellywellard @virginmedia If Virgin had #UK call centres & people that could explain they had (have) problems I think their customers would be less annoyed & they would get less angry comments when #Virginmedia Claim every thing is up & running, when it obviously isn't, people get very vexed indeed.

@virginmedia Still happening. I have been a customer for years with you and experienced many issues over the years. I was in a call for my RAF Air Cadets, guess what happened, my WiFi cut out, several people couldn't join. I've about had it. I may take my custom elsewhere.

@virginmedia Changing the estimated fix time to 4 hours right as it reached the previously indicated fix time was very disappointing. Would have appreciated a more timely update since this is causing major disruption to everyone that is wfh and needs to be in contact with their employer.

@virginmedia I thought it was strange as well - no we've not complained at all. Customer doesn't want to complain, just wants 1Gbps Interent! Yes, we tried a reset of the hub and used different Ethernet cables as well.
