  @virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

  @wellywellard @virginmedia If Virgin had #UK call centres & people that could explain they had (have) problems I think their customers would be less annoyed & they would get less angry comments when #Virginmedia Claim every thing is up & running, when it obviously isn't, people get very vexed indeed.

  I call customer services and then told oh they do 360 boxes for existing customers but if it worked OK then the box was fine. However the email says the boz will work and look OK until it doesn't so I ask for a replacement or engineer to check it (4) @virginmedia

  @virginmedia I've managed to sort it. Your customer service is appalling and because they're based in India, they lack any form of understanding or compassion and language barriers made the entite situation worse. Your UK based customer service team are flawless.
