@wellywellard @virginmedia If Virgin had #UK call centres & people that could explain they had (have) problems I think their customers would be less annoyed & they would get less angry comments when #Virginmedia Claim every thing is up & running, when it obviously isn't, people get very vexed indeed.

@virginmedia Still happening. I have been a customer for years with you and experienced many issues over the years. I was in a call for my RAF Air Cadets, guess what happened, my WiFi cut out, several people couldn't join. I've about had it. I may take my custom elsewhere.

@virginmedia this is the third day I have been without my broadband/WiFi, for me this means no internet, no tv, no landline. I rely on my WiFi for a signal booster for our mobile phones so no mobile phone. I have no signal and no way of contacting anyone or anyone contacting me!
