@kelst170 @virginmedia Oh I did. I’m leaving on 11th December and going with sky. Exactly the same package at under £30! Proves there’s no point in being a loyal customer with @virginmedia !!

@virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

@smcculloch12 @ItsRykard @virginmedia My service has been badly affected too. Yet status page say all is is runing full speed, I'm assuming to avoid paying refunds to customers (I'm currently getting about one 5th of what I'm paying for)

@virginmedia so after having no service at all, for nearly 2 months, compensation has been agreed for £300+. VM are now saying they cannot refund it via Bacs, having stated previously they would! A member of their executive team had emailed stating we would be paid by Bacs!

@virginmedia It’s taken 2 days for you to respond so needless to say I have spent more hours on the phone to support. The engineer is coming tomorrow and if not resolved I will be exiting the contract as outlined in the cooling off period.
