  • TTBGYT Official Trainspotting Peterborough (TTBG_YT) (@TTBGYT) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia Still happening. I have been a customer for years with you and experienced many issues over the years. I was in a call for my RAF Air Cadets, guess what happened, my WiFi cut out, several people couldn't join. I've about had it. I may take my custom elsewhere.

  • david_harman_uk David Harman 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇪🇺🌍 #Rejoin (@david_harman_uk) reported from Peterborough, England

@wellywellard @virginmedia If Virgin had #UK call centres & people that could explain they had (have) problems I think their customers would be less annoyed & they would get less angry comments when #Virginmedia Claim every thing is up & running, when it obviously isn't, people get very vexed indeed.

  • docgpalmer graham palmer (@docgpalmer) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia And do I need to call again, explain to one agent who then doesn’t get it & I get transferred elsewhere. Happy for UK customer services representative to call anytime. I draw the line on being passed from one person to another and starting all over again. You guys are exhausting

  • TTBGYT Official Trainspotting Peterborough (TTBG_YT) (@TTBGYT) reported from Peterborough, England

@LiamsTransport1 @virginmedia My router has been getting slower and slower even before lock down. It's starting to lag games that didn't before.

  • lzgtskllz Lily💘 (@lzgtskllz) reported

@virginmedia hey you crashed & stopped working for a ridiculous long time once again. There’s no issues in my area. You’re costing me money with the time im missing from work 😩 wanna reimburse me? No? Didn’t think so

  • CharlesRoskilly Charles Roskilly (@CharlesRoskilly) reported

@virginmedia I've explained the information is not clear regarding the compensation and just want someone to tell me what I am entitled to. I don't think that's too much to ask? If I reported loss of service at 10pm on Saturday when will I start to receive compensation?

  • GrahamLawton Graham Lawton (@GrahamLawton) reported

@virginmedia Not worth my time clearing cookies, I then have to re-set my cookie settings for every site and sign in to everything. Can you maybe, perhaps, ring me on the phone (!) and give me a reason why I shouldn't just blow you out completely and give my money to a competent company?

  • 29Tommy53 Tommy (@29Tommy53) reported

@virginmedia Now 6* different people have "looked into this" and there is no resolution except "you will have no wifi for a week until we get the cables installed". The whole point was it is a quickstart process. Then I get told AS THE FACEPLATE PEOPLE ARE LEAVING that Virgin haven't told me

  • nofksgiven81 The man (@nofksgiven81) reported

@virginmedia You think 8 weeks to fix the service is acceptable, it’s a simple yes or no

  • nofksgiven81 The man (@nofksgiven81) reported

@virginmedia I’ve spoke to an agent 2-3 times a week for past 8 weeks, just like you they are no help, all they do is apologise and say there is nothing they can do, again, no one is accountable for this, but you should be, do you think 8 weeks intermittent signal is acceptable

  • Andy_Knoxville Andy Knoxville (@Andy_Knoxville) reported

@virginmedia I am disgusted at your level of service that you have provided (or not provided) too me. I have been with yourselves for as long as I can remember and have had Internet drop outs at least every 10 minutes. 2 engineer visits and I have been told that their are at

  • Polly543711192 Polly (@Polly543711192) reported

After 6 weeks of being in our new house we still have no internet. Despite proving to @virginmedia @Virgin that we own the house, they are still allowing the previous tenant who lived here at least 7 months ago to hold an account at our address. Has anyone else had this problem?

  • Getgrumpedon grumped (@Getgrumpedon) reported
