    The absolute audacity your teams have @virginmedia. We rant up to cancel our package yesterday stating that your broadband is slow and your TV package is just repeated shows. They rang up earlier today offering new packages, dispite us already switching.

    @virginmedia Parents a cancellation fee, even though we are not wanting to cancel, you are. NO managers to talk it through with from our end. No consideration for the stress of a move without @virginmedia contribution. Very upset. Your. True colours shown after many years as your customer ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @virginmedia Permission is not the problem itโ€™s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say โ€œwe cannot always provide as promisedโ€ advertise that statement. I donโ€™t set dates you do and fail to act!

    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke. ยฃ33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me ยฃ74, then reduce down to ยฃ57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

    After 10(ish) years, is was absolutely incandescent with @virginmedia yesterday on how I was treated, I had to ask 17 times to cancel my service before the message got through, as they offered me varying amounts of money in an attempt to purchase my loyalty, I feel liberated.

    @virginmedia And do I need to call again, explain to one agent who then doesnโ€™t get it & I get transferred elsewhere. Happy for UK customer services representative to call anytime. I draw the line on being passed from one person to another and starting all over again. You guys are exhausting
