The absolute audacity your teams have @virginmedia. We rant up to cancel our package yesterday stating that your broadband is slow and your TV package is just repeated shows. They rang up earlier today offering new packages, dispite us already switching.

  • david_harman_uk 🇪🇺 David Harman 🐘 : Boris Behind Bars (@david_harman_uk) reported from Peterborough, England

After 10(ish) years, is was absolutely incandescent with @virginmedia yesterday on how I was treated, I had to ask 17 times to cancel my service before the message got through, as they offered me varying amounts of money in an attempt to purchase my loyalty, I feel liberated.

  • consultphysio Ranjith Mahamani (@consultphysio) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

  • consultphysio Ranjith Mahamani (@consultphysio) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia Yes another complaint raised and they closed the same day saying resolved. To be frank your cheap outsourced call centres are typically fraud!

  • consultphysio Ranjith Mahamani (@consultphysio) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia Rubbish customer care! Three last minute cancellations over 2 months! Still waiting for broadband installation! Far too many third party contractors who are useless 🙄🙄🙄! Everyone pls stay off Virgin

  • david_harman_uk 🇪🇺 David Harman 🇪🇺 (@david_harman_uk) reported from Peterborough, England

@virginmedia 2/2 if you can’t provide service just say No don’t keep moving goal posts and do nothing till you get close to the next deadline

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • NtotheHizzo Oshom Bob (@NtotheHizzo) reported

@Gunnerzak @virginmedia I didn't like Virgin at all, Internet speed was so bad. Also had the TV package with them and I hated the interface. Who are you going with now?

  • craigieuk Stuart Craig (@craigieuk) reported

@virginmedia 1/2 In October last year we had to leave our home due to a flooding incident and move to a rental property while repairs were carried out. We transferred existing services from home to rental, and took a new basic broadband contract for home. Now we are moving back and want to

  • Evestradiol Sorceress Ultimessia. (@Evestradiol) reported

@virginmedia On restart, the initial ranging request fails. We've checked the wires/hardware, so guess it might be an internal fault, something outside the house, or a wider problem.

  • DisleyAndy Andy Disley (@DisleyAndy) reported

@virginmedia I can’t call 789 as my phone won’t connect to virgin out here, and I cannot use another network as Iv hit my spend cap.. is there an email address that will actually work to resolve this

  • Evestradiol Sorceress Ultimessia. (@Evestradiol) reported

@virginmedia Holy heck, could I ask the Service Status is updated accordingly at least? Also, could I ask what the nature of the outage, if it'll take that long? Is it likely to be consistently down between now and the 11th? As we both work from home (one in software dev), it'll help a lot

  • dullthings aiden clark (@dullthings) reported

@virginmedia Do virgin just change people's contracts without their consent on a regular basis now? I need someone to call me asap to get this whole farce fixed as I'm being scammed out of money for a service I can't even use.

  • somepepeshit John (@somepepeshit) reported

@virginmedia I need someone to contact me about my upcoming connection. New customer and I have to say it's been a shambolic experience already. Not a clue what's going on. Password reset by god knows who on the phone 2 weeks ago and still it's not working to get in

  • kels186 kelly bass (@kels186) reported

@virginmedia Its not working. Can we go On wats app? Keep trying takes me to a new chat nland won't let me enter my name.. Says invalid

  • LaGazzaLadra Fiona (@LaGazzaLadra) reported

@virginmedia All those links are for Virgin Media customers. Is the postal option the only way to raise a complaint without an account number? The webform requires a sign-in and the phone number requires account information

  • Evestradiol Sorceress Ultimessia. (@Evestradiol) reported

@virginmedia Still the same as my first message. The Service Status Check for the area reports no issue. However, the connection check for the Hub does report an issue in the postcode area, but says nothing further. Trying to figure out the contradiction.
