    @virginmedia They haven’t tried to call on over two months now. When in you tell me they will call them never do. I think I will need to go to the ombudsman as this had been ridiculous

    @wellywellard @virginmedia If Virgin had #UK call centres & people that could explain they had (have) problems I think their customers would be less annoyed & they would get less angry comments when #Virginmedia Claim every thing is up & running, when it obviously isn't, people get very vexed indeed.

    @virginmedia Still happening. I have been a customer for years with you and experienced many issues over the years. I was in a call for my RAF Air Cadets, guess what happened, my WiFi cut out, several people couldn't join. I've about had it. I may take my custom elsewhere.

    Hey @virginmedia as it appears that new customers get more for paying less, how long do I need to leave for before I can be a 'new' customer again? 50 quid just to swap a TV box is rediculous, when new customers get it for free. Been with you for over a decade.

    @virginmedia It cuts out every 20-30 minutes for no reason. Every day around 2-3pm it will almost certainly cut out for half an hour. I can’t even get through one simple game of Warzone smh
