    No WiFi , canโ€™t send you technician out till between 8-12 tomorrow and customer service staff out you in silent hold for 10minuets !! thanks again @virginmedia for awful service !

    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

    Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

    So @virginmedia Iโ€™m on your Hub 3 and itโ€™s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @smcculloch12 @ItsRykard @virginmedia My service has been badly affected too. Yet status page say all is is runing full speed, I'm assuming to avoid paying refunds to customers (I'm currently getting about one 5th of what I'm paying for)

    After 10(ish) years, is was absolutely incandescent with @virginmedia yesterday on how I was treated, I had to ask 17 times to cancel my service before the message got through, as they offered me varying amounts of money in an attempt to purchase my loyalty, I feel liberated.

    Do not choose virgin media EVER. They are overpriced, their connection is shite, it goes down every month, and their customer service is ****.

    I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

    @virginmedia your online service is an absolute joke. You notify me of new monthly fee starting in May and I need to look at other packages if I want to change before new price takes effect. Only for your site to be riddled with errors and your bot to give me a broken link! With that link switching between error message and taking me right back to that same chat! And I shouldn't need to go round in circles chatting about an upgrade, much easier just doing it myself on your site. If it actually worked.

    @virginmedia Do you not think the first thing I checked was your website for checked outages and all you tell me to do is book an engineer which you then tell me I have too wait another 2 days to get one??? So thatโ€™s 3 days of service youโ€™re not providing of which I pay for.

    @virginmedia Thank you - I managed to call them and I believe theyโ€™ve sent out another WiFi Pod, so Iโ€™m hopeful thatโ€™ll solve my issue.
