@virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

@virginmedia the main issue here is I keep getting told ill get call backs regarding it, either later that day or the next day at an arranged time yet no one does. its never going to get resolved if no one actually tries to talk to me to help resolve the issue!
