    Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

    I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

    @virginmedia what a joke company! They keep saying that you can cancel either by calling or texting. When you get lucky after hours and they reply to your text, you find out that you need to call to cancel. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
