@virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

@virginmedia But does your new software support subtitles if the provider is supplying them? I need to make sure before we upgrade to 360.

@virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

@virginmedia Hi Virgin Media. Had an email this morning (22 Jan 2021) to say my issues have finally been fixed. To recap: moved in 6 Oct 2020. After 3.5 mos, innumerable emails, tweets, calls, texts, attempts at chat via your app & multiple complaint reference nos., you've finally managed it.

@Jamescorkhill @virginmedia @WeAreOpenreach You *should* be able to break your contract I read on MoneySavingExpert. We're also over a barrel as we don't even have the infrastructure for anything other than virgin as they never put it in when they built the house :-(

@virginmedia you've sent my 87 dad notice of a 7% increase for his Internet and phone. Given this is his only contact with the outside world do you consider this to be fair? He has been a customer for many years and you are penalising his loyalty.

@virginmedia why can nobody call your phone lines its a dead tone I have had issues with your services for 6 months its not sorted and you want to put my price up by £4 a month on my package what a joke think a new company might be in view as virgin are not supplying services
-
Aaron Yongblah

@Matthew99029297 @virginmedia Agreed, its frustrating that a reliable date and time of the fix can't be given (and keeps getting extended). Is this a issue they have not dealt with before ? Understand with cov19, doesn't make things less complicated. Updates have no info on what actual issue or fault is ?
-
Donna Galbraith
(@DonnaGalbraith6) reported
@VictoriaWhite23 @EJennerSLT @virginmedia Don’t think Virginmedia ever expected the surge in domestic usage due to lockdowns, obviously they can’t cope with it and customers are the ones paying for it, paying for a service we can’t access and if that’s not bad enough you can’t get through to CS or online support for help
