@virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

@virginmedia So my Broadband/phone is now £50. And a £3.50 price rise. But new customer can have it for £26.99... you robbing ungrateful bastids, existing customers obviously don't matter!! Time to look elsewhere.

@virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

@virginmedia very poor customer service, now been on hold 30 mins. Rang up to cancel my services this is one of the reasons why. Shouldnt have let cancelations put me through to customer relations to see if they can do a deal! Piss poor Virgin Media

So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

@virginmedia It's the hub 3, everything works fine with a good signal except for the drop outs. I was offered my speed to be doubled and I'm sure WiFi pods but the advisor got cut off, phoned back and spoke to someone else that never offered this again

@virginmedia Got text to saying reboot router following VM work locally. Now speed down to 11Mbps. I'm ethernet connected to router so internal speed at the max - sadly not so my connection to your WAN. When do I get refund for not getting service I'm paying for?
