    After all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?

    @JasonSlavin1 @virginmedia Virgin media is rubbish they get they say you get the service done they don’t give you it so Sky will give you Wi-Fi guarantee if your Internet goes they give you money back on your bill straight away

    @virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @Grinblo @virginmedia It's by design. When I couldn't get through to their cancelation dept, I tried via snail mail. They told me they didn't get my cancel notice and had been trying to take money from my account for 2 months.

    @virginmedia If Virgin actually listened to its customers they would not have such a poor reputation for customer service. Cancelling a contract should be a simple online task, won’t something that takes hours to do over the phone/email or having to write a letter.

    @virginmedia Seriously thinking about switching, having been severely let down by SKY since December. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for 30 years, now they can't even give me the service back that I have paid a hefty price for, just because I actually had the audacity to move house 😒

    So @virginmedia saga continues. After 2 missed appointments, engineers finally come, & go, & now no internet at all! And no appointment until Tuesday. Just terrible, terrible service.

Can guarantee this is how they’ve been trained as it will look bad on the individual employee! They lose £ while @richardbranson profits! While taking taxpayers money too🤮

    @virginmedia No. The connection issue has persisted even after the visit because the issue has nothing to do with anything in the home. I received a text saying the connection would be cut for 30 mins because "they have resolved the issue in my area" of which I have 5 mins left. I'll update u

    @Nickvilla20 @virginmedia Their download speeds seem to be good at my dad's house. He has had it for a week now. But the **** that goes with the installation teams is a headache. Even with my dad, they hadn't pulled the cable, so the installer had to leave and come back three weeks later. Chaotic service.
