@virginmedia And do I need to call again, explain to one agent who then doesn’t get it & I get transferred elsewhere. Happy for UK customer services representative to call anytime. I draw the line on being passed from one person to another and starting all over again. You guys are exhausting

Mick Brown (@Lord_Drainlid) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

@virginmedia I’d love to meet you head of customer care. I have nearly ten years’ experience of being your customer - purely - because you are the only people I can get cable with. You have been consistently *awful* every single time that I have had the misfortune to need your help.

@virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

-
Maria (@mbryceland) reported
@virginmedia Yes I’m referring to the speed and I think there are 2 issues - one with connectivity when the network is just down completely and the other is that when it works it is so slow it’s good for web browsing but not MS Teams calls or the like.
-
Font (@fonny1307) reported
@virginmedia That doesn't actually sort the problem for those working from home does it
-

@virginmedia @virginmedia on your portal customers can register to be be kept updated on outages, which I have done (& previously). But no updates provided ?! What is the point of offering this service to your customers if not used. Is it just for hollow show for ofcom ?

Helen Ganter (@Ganterh) reported
@virginmedia Yes I am aware some stupid idiot drive into the box and damaged it severely so a big job to fix but it's the information we are lacking as to exactly when we are likely to have it fixed. The status now states 16.00 for it to go down against 21.55 ??

Duncan Colledge (@djcolledge) reported
@virginmedia Hi - it’s in modem mode so cannot really run any diagnostics. Turns out the light would suggest there is a local outage but your site isn’t up to date.
