@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

After 10(ish) years, is was absolutely incandescent with @virginmedia yesterday on how I was treated, I had to ask 17 times to cancel my service before the message got through, as they offered me varying amounts of money in an attempt to purchase my loyalty, I feel liberated.

@virginmedia Yes another complaint raised and they closed the same day saying resolved. To be frank your cheap outsourced call centres are typically fraud!

@virginmedia notified 6 weeks ago of my new address and today (2nd day in New house) still no broadband. To resolve the issue Virgin needs my account password (not my login password) which I never recall setting up; 5 day wait by post for details. UTTERLY UTTERLY USELESS SERVICE

@virginmedia I can’t do this as am not at my mum’s house. I had the exact same issue with my VM hub last year with the exact same lights displaying & no internet. It was only resolved when a technician came to fix the situation. Can you please just send a technician out to her house.

Only one week left to ensure the **** internet from @virginmedia I am so happy to be leaving such a rubbish company. I do still have to go through the pain of trying to cancel it though, so that’ll ruin my day next week.
