@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

@FernoxChris @virginmedia I moved my tv and broadband too last year due to the service, wish I had listened to myself about the phones and just let the contract finish and then move somewhere else, nothing but hassle again and poor customer service.

@virginmedia Forum is not helping. I tried chat and text and of course phoned in to customer support 12 times since Friday 18th June now. They still keep transferring one person to another and then cut me off. This is terrible. How can I claim compensation or get out of my contract?
