@weemazsmith @virginmedia Yes had that & it wasn't until I cancelled everything that I got the DD issue. If you don't want to leave them, ask for disconnection, they have a different attitude, but the issues re connection continued for me xx

@virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

@virginmedia Many a time! There is a problem with the lines in the road, which I understand takes time, but it’s been months and months. I have asked for compensation which I wil not get until the problem is fixed, which is ironic.

@weemazsmith @virginmedia Oh god Maz, I left them 4 yrs ago, nothing but trouble & customer service were always rude & dismissive, I also found they were still taking direct debits for a mobile phone contract 2 months after it was terminated! Bin them!! Xx

@virginmedia why is it so hard to make a complaint and get compensation from your company!! No phone line for years, poor tv service for months, and terrible customer service...I’m still waiting for my call back!! I refuse to ring and be on hold for hours AGAIN!!

Received the worst service from @virginmedia. Engineer came in for installation and the wiring in the worst possible way. I asked Virgin to fix their mess and they want me to pay extra. I am a new customer and expected better. Please don’t choose virgin media as your provider.

@virginmedia Thanks. Am no longer a customer so don’t have the info to log in. We had two set boxes/ routers as upgraded and the previous one was never collected. Have already returned the one unit. Can I just have a label sent to me at all?

@virginmedia I'm in UK. Requested a new sim Friday and customer services said would arrive Sat. It didn't arrive - found a Virgin page on esims but CS said Virgin don't do esims! Going on hols tonight so going to be at least a week till I can use phone! Whats delay with ESIMs?
