#DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England@virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.
-
perscableu (@perscableu) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.
-

-
Richy (@MTFC_RIch) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Happened to me a few yrs ago. We had 3 wks outage, which they said was due to a part failing and would take 3 wks to get a new part. Left as soon as contract up and found a deal less than half what they were charging for same service
-
Nathan B. Evans (@nbevans) reported@BenZaranko This is just how network operators roll now in hyper-consumption economies I saw a Reddit thread the other day where one guy had ended up paying Virgin Media £130/month just for basic cable broadband. Just because he hadn't challenged any of the price increases for 3 years.
-
Pickle (@PickleSchmickle) reported@virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact you for 3 days, to replace a hub as the current one has no power and the power cord that is broken seemingly doesn’t exist for a Hub 4. No internet for 4 days. What do you suggest we do next to get someone’s attention? #virginmedia
-
🇬🇧🇨🇳🇮🇱🏴 (@Inforder) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia For a media company they are extraordinary bad at being able to communicate, had them once-never again.
-
Simon (@cleggy1966) reported@virginmedia Yes. Because there was still an outage in the area, you cancelled the appointments. My issue was separate to the outage, but apparently you just cancel any appointments when there is an outage, irrespective of whether the issue relates to it or not. Madness.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!
-
Dave Banks (@DaveJBanks) reported@virginmedia what's the problem and how long is the fix likely to take please? (LE8)
-
SP1CYGAMIN (@SP1CYGAMIN) reported@virginmedia hi, my wife is struggling to access her account, she's tried resetting her password and whatnot and still can't get into her account, any help with this would be appreciated, thank you
-
Melina Kakoulidis (@MelinaKakoulid7) reportedI think the @virginmedia customer services agents are like computers rather than human beings they are unable to have any conversations and comprehend on what is being said to them by a human being. They are working from a script and are unable to deviate from a script.
