    @virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

    @virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

    @bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

    @weemazsmith @virginmedia Yes had that & it wasn't until I cancelled everything that I got the DD issue. If you don't want to leave them, ask for disconnection, they have a different attitude, but the issues re connection continued for me xx

    @virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

    @virginmedia oh look. More issues. Now my V6 box takes an age when playing TV shows I have recorded. Gives a blank screen then loading symbol.

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @weemazsmith @virginmedia Oh god Maz, I left them 4 yrs ago, nothing but trouble & customer service were always rude & dismissive, I also found they were still taking direct debits for a mobile phone contract 2 months after it was terminated! Bin them!! Xx

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

    @BBCWatchdog can't believe you placed @virginmedia 4th in your comparison. Their customer service is the WORST! Non-UK based poor phone support, prices forever going up, and rubbish hardware.

    @virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

    So you cant watch Eubank Jr Vs Benn unless you pay for a monthly subscription to DAZN and then pay PPV price on top or you are a Virgin Media customer. I wonder how many illegal streams will be watched for this fight. The DAZN model is so broken!

    @virginmedia are turning into complete fascists! Cost of living crisis and yet no leeway on delayed account payments. When querying with your webchat, I was lied to about "network disruptions to improve service quality" and then told "Pay or we will cut you off". Tf? Foul CS!

    @virginmedia @Ofcom - can you help with this situation? As you monitor, telecoms companies; Do you think 3-hours worth of phone calls, being cut off 3 times and 80 minutes on WhatsApp (and counting) is good enough service from @virginmedia just to renew a contract ? #virginmedia

    @virginmedia No outages In the area. Some things connect but others constantly disconnect, or refuse to connect. Wi-Fi is slow other things are wires but still don't connect
