After all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?

@virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

@virginmedia I have tried every method to get a response and a solution from customer support and it's now another week gone by that we can't use the V6 box because you haven't sent me a small cable adapter. @Ofcom you could be more firm with companies that let customers down!

Good old virgin media. Here I am working away in important uni stuff and they once again go down. Until 6am apparently, according to the fault tracker. So that's my momentum lost, and now I have to do extra work tomorrow to catch up. Grand.

@virginmedia why does laying down the cables in the Eckington area, affect my Internet. It only runs for half an hour at a time if I'm lucky before cutting off for a few minutes! This is not good at all. When are you finishing the work!!!
