@virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

@virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

@virginmedia Every few months, I'm called by someone from Virgin "just calling to inform me of some new offers available to me as a special customer" etc. I've tried being polite I've tried being stern Now I just have to hang up on them Just stop already. If I want something, I'll call you.

@virginmedia Tbh I am pretty shocked that you would even send out refurbished boxes to customers without even telling them or denying that you do. If there’s an overall issue what are you doing about it? This is why I would prefer to speak to someone direct.
