@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia It’s quite funny because I play along until they either ask for bank details or to press a number. I then ask if they think I’m stupid a they proceed to explain until I tell them I think it’s a scam. Then for some unknown reason they hang up lol
