@OmbudServices It’s an issue with Virgin Mobile, (owned by Virgin Media). Are they signed up? It is a long standing issue with non-delivery by Virgin Mobile of SMS messages used by many online services as one-time passwords for authentication, impacting many customers. @virginmedia
