@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia Internet cut out at 10:30am yesterday. Got home called virgin. Unable fix it offered an Eng appt for Friday (I’m at work) and booked it in. Then said that’s all they could do and if I miss it I pay £25. 5 days without internet in 2022 at the amount I am paying is not forgivable

@Asherhinds @virginmedia Something internal to vm is either broken or hacked. It shouldn't be possible for an account to be hacked a second time in hours once changed with a PW generator. Has to be internal.
