    @weemazsmith @virginmedia Yes had that & it wasn't until I cancelled everything that I got the DD issue. If you don't want to leave them, ask for disconnection, they have a different attitude, but the issues re connection continued for me xx

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

    @virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

    @weemazsmith @virginmedia Oh god Maz, I left them 4 yrs ago, nothing but trouble & customer service were always rude & dismissive, I also found they were still taking direct debits for a mobile phone contract 2 months after it was terminated! Bin them!! Xx

    @tumness93 @virginmedia Same - every year I get a fix date since 2013 - over ultisation and old equipment ... but I get discount ... so tell them and log it all.

    @virginmedia oh look. More issues. Now my V6 box takes an age when playing TV shows I have recorded. Gives a blank screen then loading symbol.

    @BBCWatchdog can't believe you placed @virginmedia 4th in your comparison. Their customer service is the WORST! Non-UK based poor phone support, prices forever going up, and rubbish hardware.

    @virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

    @bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

    @virginmedia all sorted now. just frustrating when that happens (whether tech issue or not) and you get thrown back to the end of the queue. for what it's worth i work sales and if our team took 30min to get to clients we'd get grief... just hire more people maybe?

    @virginmedia Thank you very much for the offer. I finally got to speak to someone on the phone and I think they resolved it. WhatsApp support are generally helpful but really need better training given how many issues they created.

    Just cancelled my @NetflixUK account as they are unable to fix my issue with them incorrectly detecting a @virginmedia connection as a VPN. Pretty big fail for a company who’s share prices are tanking due to loss of subscribers
