    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    Been waiting 2 days for Virgin chat bot to contact me to sort out our service, so when do they text? 7am when I am sparko from wine hangover and the chat expires, so now I have to wait another 24 to 48hrs cheers @virginmedia

    @virginmedia No local issues but we were told weeks ago that improvements were coming to our local area as we were having issues. It doesn't take a restart of the router, when I play games I am just constantly disconnecting/reconnecting to the game. Been like this for 48 hours.

    @virginmedia No I haven't. This is a new problem within the last two weeks or so. Prior to that I did not have such poor broadband. I have not changed anything in the house. The PC and the router are still in exactly the same places.
