One of your engineers came out yesterday evening and provided a replacement router which fixed the problem. All the residents there will need replacements pls help them asap.

They now reckon that I owe over £200 and have unleashed debt collectors, although I did try and cancel them (no contract). I have a referral link for Sky if you like? Gives us both some money off I think
