@virginmedia Many a time! There is a problem with the lines in the road, which I understand takes time, but it’s been months and months. I have asked for compensation which I wil not get until the problem is fixed, which is ironic.

@virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

@virginmedia why is it so hard to make a complaint and get compensation from your company!! No phone line for years, poor tv service for months, and terrible customer service...I’m still waiting for my call back!! I refuse to ring and be on hold for hours AGAIN!!

@virginmedia Nope, I was advised to "monitor" situation and call back today (obviously a brush off).. No change WiFi strength is useless, tried calling back, but an IVR on the line apparently runs a test then hangs up. No way of contacting. This is a hardware issue... As I explained days ago

@virginmedia No better at all. Literally bang on 12pm, every single day, streaming on @Twitch is absolutely impossible. I've spoken to your customer service, they offered no advice or help whatsoever. And they pass me on to another dept and I get cut off. Do you cap your speeds at peak times?
