Chris Rand (@ChrisRandWrites) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandAfter all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?
-
Chris Rand (@ChrisRandWrites) reported from Huntingdon, England@virginmedia Nothing! I just wish you'd get rid of these magic support passwords nobody has. We just have to go through the charade on the phone of typing in random wrong codes until the system gives up. That's all. Thank you.
-
Matthew James (@LordyGibs) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@virginmedia Yeah that’s all I can do but it’s happening a lot lately! We have to work from home and it’s affecting our jobs due to poor WiFi.
-
Alan (@TheAlanSmith) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@virginmedia Employ @AppcheckNG to security scan your shit and carry out an audit. You’re obviously not doing it. And you should be.

Amit Puntambekar (@AmitP1992) reported from Fenstanton, England@IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.
-
Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.
-
#DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England@virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.
-
Marcus Deaves 🍸 (@MarcusDeaves) reported from Willingham, England@virginmedia your customer service is a cheap, lazy farce. Your ‘new sim’ won’t work. You have NO telephone support and your website is designed to frustrate. You’re killing me. #NotAVirgin #VirgInTheBin #HangYourHeadInShame
-

Mick Brown (@Lord_Drainlid) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@steveeejg It looks like to get a basic fibre service it might be around £25 and for higher speed from about £40 monthly. One test is will they charge to plug a home phone into a router and allow a landline no to be transferred? Virgin Media charges, putting the monthly rate up to about £55
-
