    @virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

    @bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

    @virginmedia No they said our walls our thick and the solution is to knock them down if we don’t want to upgrade. They tried to charge us to upgrade and then pay on top for the wifi pods. We are stuck with a hub that drops in and out daily

    @virginmedia I've tried everything! Even through mates rates and still can't help me. £51 for basic everything (and I mean basic) used to be £48 then three weeks after negotiating new contract you put it up by £3, I've given up!

    Not very cool @virginmedia I upgraded with a new offer package and you charge me £17 for getting the package I was never told that and if it was the case I wouldn’t have got the package!!!
