Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

Bin them!! Xx

BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

If you don't want to leave them, ask for disconnection, they have a different attitude, but the issues re connection continued for me xx
