    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @virginmedia Fix time was by 15:00. Yea and now it’s 15:00 I have service. Convenient. This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Where are these so called service improvements???

    @virginmedia If you read my tweet you would have noticed I said “up to 6 hours”. But all rolled up? Yeah could have been more than three days. This is planned loss of service and is really unacceptable but all we get are minimum wage PR Twitter employees trying to sound sympathetic.

    @virginmedia I asked to cancel my contract as the terms I accepted haven't been upheld by yourself... they said they'd try and get me a priority installation so I'm not waiting another 2/3 weeks and would ring me back to speak to me about it.

    Your crappy customer service is why you're losing customers, @virginmedia you need to understand that your customers have other choices now or you'll be dust once you lose your monopoly on the the fibreoptic services that other providers are catching up with.

    @virginmedia None of the many customer service people at VM I've spoken to about this seem to have the authority to close my account. I've authenticated several times and just get sent round in circles and given different tasks. That seems to include VM social media staff.
