@IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

Oh no @virginmedia I was told my account would be upgraded, so I specifically asked if I would keep all the recordings I’d made. I was told “yes”. Of course, they’ve all gone. You can take your box and your broadband and I’ll go to someone with better service. Very disappointed.

@virginmedia This is as a direct result of what I assume was scheduled work being carried out *SOMEWHERE* (not in my home or on my equipment) on the network. Why do you need to send someone to my home when you SHOULD be sending someone to rectify the mess-up where the work was carried out.
