    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

    @virginmedia hi. Is there any faults known in DN37 0LE ITV on 103 or 113 wont work. All other channels ok. Tried to check service status but that is down at the moment

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia Could you please highlight exactly what clause you want me to read ? I am a disabled mother of 3 with her daughter needing internet for gcse - which You can’t provide- she needs internet to study. I am NOT cancelling contract - you are - by not providing service that I pay for

    @virginmedia Care to give a reason reason for the outage today? 28/05/2026. Est fix of 5:05 pm and no concrete reason why is not acceptable as that wipes a whole day of work for those who wfm. Transparency and actual details shared with your customers would be nice.

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Awful. When my Nan died Barclaycard wrote and said she had to pay her bill. I'd already told them she'd died, but rang them again only to be told "we still need to speak to her". I replied "well you'd better know a good Medium because her ashes are in my hallway". Utter idiocy.

Your system failures are not what this poor chap wants to hear about. Branson should be looking at his licensing agreement with the clearly inept organisations behind Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia @rafthemaster They offer an awful service. When there was a national outage a fee weeks ago our main box coincidentally went off and stopped working. Spent nearly two hours on the phone waiting and then trying to explain our problem. We were promised a new box. Still waiting. Shocking service.
