    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia So my Broadband/phone is now £50. And a £3.50 price rise. But new customer can have it for £26.99... you robbing ungrateful bastids, existing customers obviously don't matter!! Time to look elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia Hi, I disabled 5ghz on the IP website because someone at ‘Ring Doorbell’ said it will only work on 2.4 but now none of my devices will connect to WiFi. I now can’t log back in to change it back to what it was. Is this something you can please help me with? Thanks

    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

    @virginmedia Yes I did, I lost connection to the chat, was unable to reconnect to it again and so spoke to your call centre again. Please provide me the complaints details. I was told by them that I was unable to make a complaint. If that is true then I’ll contact the ombudsman instead.

    @virginmedia Again… why should I have to pay for these.. when I’m paying for a service that is incomplete. If that is your final response on the subject then so be it. I will have no option but to consider moving to another Internet Service Provider.

    @virginmedia my broadband is down and I've spotted the cable where it goes into the ground has been cut. earliest available technician is next monday. Both me and my son are disabled and rely on broadband, is there any way to arrange earlier appt?
