@virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia Your outage update page is not updating to tell your customers they have now lost the 5 channels they could get. This is the only way of communicating with you today as website is down and can't contact through phone as ur cut off immediately
