    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @virginmedia They have apparently tried everything they can with the Hub 5 and told me I can’t even revert to the old hub 3 which we never had issue with. They don’t know what the problem is and I now have to wait until next Wednesday whilst trying to work from home! Not much of an upgrade!

    We’ll time to raise a complaint against @virginmedia - No communication from them about my contact ending, nearly doubles my wifi bill despite the fact the offer i was on (or very similar is still available). Not sure how companies are still allowed to do this!

    @andyg81 @virginmedia Andy, they are stalling. They're giving the same time for repairs (ie 4.40 or 9.40) and then act like it's the customer's fault! They are required by law to allow you to speak to a supervisor. Contact @Ofcom You are also entitled to a refund. Have they mentioned that?
