    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

    @virginmedia less than 3 minutes to answer a sales call, then in excess of 20minutes (3 times) when there’s a sniff of leaving. Bye bye 👋 to a 20yr customer.

    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @virginmedia So are you saying you’re not aware of any problems from London up to the midlands. Seems I’m the one to do all the checking for you. You know there’s a problem,explain it diagnose it and fix it,you’d have no problem chasing a missed payment.

    @virginmedia I have tried every method to get a response and a solution from customer support and it's now another week gone by that we can't use the V6 box because you haven't sent me a small cable adapter. @Ofcom you could be more firm with companies that let customers down!

    @U2justmeKT @JonAshman2 @virginmedia You just need to login to your router and change the WiFi channel to another one. Probably all are on the default setting. Think of it like analogue TV or Radio channels. The range of WiFi is up to 100m in the open.

    @virginmedia Yeah, tried that too. Most posts are pre-firmware update and refer to the "allow VPN passthrough" checkbox. If that was still there I wouldn't be having this issue!

    @virginmedia Just had a call from "VIRGIN" that my home network and devices have been compromised and they want to help me fix it. i.e remote onto my laptop. TOLD THEM WHERE TO GO since I'm in IT and he's talking CRAP and ill contact Virgin myself and he hung up. WE WARNED FOLKS!

    @virginmedia Internet issues all morning. Service status checker says no issues in the area & the automated number said to keep an eye on it for 24 hours after finding an intermittent issue. This is unacceptable. We pay a lot for your service and need the Internet for work

    @virginmedia Time to renew contract, meaning a ~£240/year increase. (~£33 to £53/month) If I was a new customer it'll be £28/month via Uswitch.... Looks like I'm off to find a new broadband supplier. Loyalty really means nothing these days!

    @virginmedia are a class act. They call to sell me a product but as soon as I go off script and mention a problem with one of their other media services the person cut me off and didn’t attempt to call me back. I’ve been waiting for over a week. @VirginMediaCC, I was sold a pup😡
