    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @virginmedia Yup. I rebooted multiple times.I also called your CS line last week and was told there was nothing you could do about the wifi reception in my home although the issue is not to do with wifi connection.Since the upgrade the reception has dropped even if when sitting by the router.
