@virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia The links aren’t working for me, unfortunately Why chance a delay by confirming an installation date before you’ve got the permits? The most annoying thing is a lack of anyone willing to make it up to us in any way, shape or form. £25 credit for a 2.5 week delay is pretty poor.

@virginmedia By email to the resolutions team. I have asked for escalation but keep getting the same unhelpful responses, mainly telling me to contact by telephone the departments whose incompetence was the cause of the complaint in the first place.

@virginmedia The housemate who's connection it is has been in contact many times, apparently on Monday he was told permission was needed from the account holder of the new connection, who jas not been contacted about that, and it also sounds too stupid to be true
