@guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

@virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

@virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia I have contacted that number and still no delivery even after explaining this is urgent. No delivery time, nothing.Can't get through to @yodel either. I have an open complaint which will be getting more added to it as this issue is still not resolved.

@virginmedia Can they though? It’s just a chat bot and then the same people who do the live chat who have taken almost a week and still managed to achieve nothing? Do you have any idea how hard it is for customers to get help or your staff to take ownership of a problem and sort it?

@virginmedia I’ve just spoken to someone and there were faults apparently but aren’t now 🤔 yet I still have issues..I’m now waiting for a call from a virtual engineer for more pointless trouble shooting I have already done over the phone..this is a waste of time! I need it resolved ASAP!
