@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia I started the text message process at 09:49am this morning. It is now 3:50pm and despite “speaking” initially to a consultant….I am still waiting to speak to someone in “Customer Relations” (cancellations!!) 6 hours!! 6 hours and I am still no closer to getting this sorted!!
