Let's get back to normal #KBF (@TMITV19) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.
-
#LITFL (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England@virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!
-
Porlus (@Porluss) reported from Hemingford Grey, England@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.
-
Colin Bower (@bowercolin) reported from Eaton Socon, England@virginmedia less than 3 minutes to answer a sales call, then in excess of 20minutes (3 times) when there’s a sniff of leaving. Bye bye 👋 to a 20yr customer.
-
Lou Campbell❤️⚽️ (@mrsloucampbell) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.
-
#DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England@virginmedia I have tried every method to get a response and a solution from customer support and it's now another week gone by that we can't use the V6 box because you haven't sent me a small cable adapter. @Ofcom you could be more firm with companies that let customers down!
-
Gordon Brown (@KTMGordo) reported from Saint Neots, EnglandOh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔
-
GTT* (@Gturv) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia No fault that describes my issue. Tried fault page but led to a dead link.

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gary Adams (@GazzaAdams) reported@UKDan86 @virginmedia I have read the T&Cs, Dan. Working from home isn't the basis of my complaint — paying for a broadband service that's been repeatedly intermittent for four weeks is. Virgin Media themselves acknowledge an ongoing fault. Whether I use my connection for work, Netflix or watching cat videos is irrelevant to expecting the service I'm paying for to actually work.
-
Andy 👥 ◣ ◢ 🐺(Bully) (@andybullyuk) reported@virginmedia @nicolajames38 What a stupid question , Of course shes a Virgin Media customer , Theres no other reason why she would be contacting you otherwise
-
Amanda Lee (@amandajlee_lee) reported@virginmedia @CliveR39 This is a joke @virginmedia mine has been like this for at least 2 weeks now and all I get is 'you can still watch it on the app', I pay a lot of money to be able to watch football! Your technician told me tonight you don't have a time frame to fix it! What is going on?
-
Craig Sutton (@CraigSu66242369) reported@virginmedia @alexand979677 Customers shouldn't have to compromise. We have all paid for a service which we are currently not getting. It's a disgrace really considering the cost. Maybe time for a change.
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@TheAFC0522 @virginmedia Its grounds to terminate the contract folks you can save lots of money bining these leaches off
-
Veronica Dodd (@Vonk9) reported@WHUbluesman @virginmedia They denied there was a problem when I rang. Sent out an engineer who told me there was a known problem. What's the excuse?????
-
Conjured Undead 🧟♂️ (@conjuredundead) reported@virginmedia . Can someone please give me an update on an intermittent service issue dating back to 30/7/26? We’ve been told there’s a service cable issue but no update on a “fix” and the disruption is costing me as I can’t work from home, because broadband is unstable. Thanks.
-
Cheryl Brown (@piacapa) reported@virginmedia awful service. Still waiting for my tech engineer to arrive - time given by a Virgin 12-4pm. Now told another engineer will be with me ‘shortly’ but no time given! Seriously considering switching to BT
-
Kevin (@1kevin010) reported@virginmedia My broadband is down, bn15 area, service status problem in my area, can you confirm please
-
Iain Sankey (@IainSankey) reported@NommeDeTwit @virginmedia They seem to favour new customers, so I expect I'll have to change again in 2 years or threaten to. It's really stupid that companies no longer reward loyalty.
