    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @BBCWatchdog can't believe you placed @virginmedia 4th in your comparison. Their customer service is the WORST! Non-UK based poor phone support, prices forever going up, and rubbish hardware.

    @virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

    @virginmedia Thanks rung them got no answers but mostly that it sounds like no one is coming and then got hung up on. This sounds like the beginning of us not having the greatest service afterall

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

    @virginmedia 7hours on a phone call to get 1 engineer to visit is beyond a joke your call centre have issues with not taking any notes or saying anything that is not on a script

    @virginmedia I signed up 3 weeks ago. The first team did the external work but your engineer came next day to say it needed redone. I want to cancel, I waited 40 mins on a support (premium call) the call was answered and then they cut me off. Can you contact me?!

    @virginmedia shocking service. My internet is down, lights flashing on router yet online service check states no issues. I have made multiple calls to now be told that the engineers did fix an issue but made it worse and will be back to look at issue tomorrow.
