I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

They are only interested in new customers and not retaining the ones they already have. I left, pay a fraction of what I used to, and will never do business with them again.
