@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@siraj2284 @virginmedia Exactly. Problem is with consumer based connection they have i believe a 72 hour SLA as opposed to the business connection which has a 24 hour SLA. This is so frustrating given I work from home. Then their business packages top speeds are really slow and more expensive!

@virginmedia, I'm trying to report a fault on my dad's TV service. The online help, after the troubleshooting steps, tells me to ring up. I've been on hold for 44 minutes so far. Do you know the current wait time please? I rang last night at 20:25 but it didn't get answered.
