@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia I was just on hold for an hour and when I got through to cancel my broadband the call handeler instead of speaking to cancellations put me directly through to the dept but they auto hung up on me. I don’t have time to spend hour calling back! Email or direct #?
