Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

At 66yrs old 4 calls to god knows where with limited English staff, expect me to crawl around checking cables, lied about outage and now given me a remote, can't up the volume and day 2 can't switch TV on. Appalling Customer Services.

I will give it a couple more months if it continues as it has done in the past I will cancel it. I have been with virgin for over 20 years.

I ring @virginmedia same lines as every time before. I always ask to speak witha manager but they are always in meetings.
