Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

Yesterday, I was told I couldn't be put through to the correct team but they would call me back within 24hours. That was 25 hours ago now. 🙄
