    @virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

    @virginmedia Could you please highlight exactly what clause you want me to read ? I am a disabled mother of 3 with her daughter needing internet for gcse - which You can’t provide- she needs internet to study. I am NOT cancelling contract - you are - by not providing service that I pay for

    @virginmedia So my Broadband/phone is now £50. And a £3.50 price rise. But new customer can have it for £26.99... you robbing ungrateful bastids, existing customers obviously don't matter!! Time to look elsewhere.

    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

    @rokokoprufei @virginmedia I had a slightly more techie issue with my ISP. They lied to me that they supported a feature that they actually didn't, and when i went to use it i found out. I just wanted to set up a Minecraft server for friends to log into without mucking around wiht changing IP addresses

    @virginmedia Your service is disgraceful. I joined less than a month ago and my internet has already failed twice. 1st time it was down for 3 days, now it’s been 2 days and could be a week. I want to leave your awful service, but you won’t let me. This is not what was promised!
