Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Steve Wright (@SWright1steve) reported@GrahamCompton @MartinSLewis @ao Reminds me of the 6 months I spent trying to cancel Virgin Media. Sky are almost as bad.
-
Richard Bignell (@NothingLane) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Nope, but much the same story. Dumped useless Virgin years ago. Now with @zeninternet. Once you start a contract, the price NEVER increases. They're a UK company, so absolutely no overseas call centres and the tech service has been first class.
-
Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reportedIt's becoming increasingly clear that @VirginMedia customer service is based on the premise that if you make it excruciatingly difficult to make a complaint and then follow it up, people will simply not bother.
-
Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported@Frugal_ways @O2 @virginmedia Frustrating isn’t it? Now imagine that’s the only way you can actually pay the bill and O2 force you onto a promise to pay to restore service, tell you that you must pay, and it’s still not fixed! (Long story. Disabled, only method I can use is via the app or website) thanks O2🙄
-
Mark 🇬🇧🏴 (@MrMarkW67) reported@virginmedia I’m really struggling with my Wi-Fi coverage at home. I have a security camera mounted right above my window, but it constantly drops connection due to weak signal. To make matters worse, I get virtually no Wi-Fi signal at all when I am sitting in my back garden, which is really frustrating. Given how close these areas are to the house, I shouldn't be losing connection like this. Could someone please check my Hub settings/signal or advise on getting Wi-Fi Pods to fix these dead zones? Thanks,
-
M (@s1hell) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Virgin tried to charge me £240 to cancel my dads service after he DIED, they are s bunch of shysters!

-
Andrea ™ 🏳️🌈 (@I_am_Leighton_) reportedApparently to change to a new contract within @virginmedia they have to leave me with no tv etc for 4 days even though I’m already with them. -
Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reportedI would contact you directly @virginmedia but your 'My Virgin Media' website won't allow me to sign in. I assume that this kind of obstructiveness is what got you fined so lavishly by @Ofcom
-
