    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    Thank you again @virginmedia for no showing for the 2nd time to install my internet. That's now 2 months since I purchased from you that I still have no internet. Then when I call your customer service, they put the phone down on me twice after trying to get an "update" for me.

    Anyone else found it impossible to close their @virginmedia account?! I've been bounced around from department to department for several months, put on hold for literally hours, and now have been chatting with various people on their WhatsApp help service for almost 3 days now!
