    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

    @virginmedia So are you saying you’re not aware of any problems from London up to the midlands. Seems I’m the one to do all the checking for you. You know there’s a problem,explain it diagnose it and fix it,you’d have no problem chasing a missed payment.

    Switched to @virginmedia March last year as needed decent broadband for WFH not had a single issue since. 2 days ago when i eventualy managed to speak to someone i removed the TV and kept the broadband now for the past 2 days the broadban has been **** i wonder why 👀👀👀
