Let's get back to normal #KBF (@TMITV19) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?
-
Gordon Brown (@KTMGordo) reported from Saint Neots, EnglandOh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

Doire Sheridan (@DoireSheridan) reported@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Ireland Derangement Syndrome on full display. Pointing out that a shoulder to the head, where the arm was pre-tucked, should have been a red card, and that slapping the ball down when there was a 2 vs 1 on the outside, should not send a grown-*** man into a fit of hysterics.
-
Simon Gallagher (@SiGallagher) reported@virginmedia I have DMed about an issue: please reply to me. And quickly so I don’t end up with 10 scam artist accounts replying to this.
-
Seph (@sephiroth17181) reported@RevQntmBigfoot @virginmedia the worst part for me is i explained clearly at least 6 times, but each rep was like "lets check wifi" "oh you need a wifi extender" i get more sense talking to the brick wall behind my monitor than any rep from virgin
-
Simon Vargeson (@Si_Vargeson) reported@virginmedia is it usual practice to delay installations without communicating to your new customers? R.L. MacMurray 🇬🇧 (@DeviateDefiant) reported@virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I've switched, I'm getting an Openreach FTTP line installed in a couple of weeks 👍 I've gone through BT, not sure if I'll stick with them, or just cancel within the 14 days - but that line gives me access to tons more ISPs. Latency will be way better than old Virgin coax too.
