    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @virginmedia Had to have a really tough call this evening to query a bill sent to my deceased father’s address. I want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Franco (no idea how else to identify him), but he was truly amazing and did everything he could 👏🏼

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia our internet is still down. Website says there is a fault, but our neighbours Virgin service was restored yesterday evening. I can’t find tel number or online chat on your website to find out more. Pls can we have an update

    @virginmedia @JamieGBarry Absolute pish !!! I had an introductory offer of £94 for 18 months !! Then it jumped to £205 😵😵. Exact same package. Looked at recontract - offered less services, slower broadband etc for £170. Don’t believe the recontract nonsense, it’s still expensive and a lesser service

    @virginmedia it would be easier trying to break into a bank that it would trying to access my virgin media and o2 account. You need a simple system. Simple log in to each with a code to link the accounts. Done once. Then finger print login. Its by far the worst ive ever seen

    @virginmedia I am in the HA0 area. TV channels constantly pixelating. When looking at your Service Status page, states resolve date of 18th May. Today is the 27th May. Are you going to compensate customers considering we pay for your service 1 mth in advance

    @Grahamthecabbie @virginmedia We had these issues for years and have now ditched them. Awful company, even worse customer service. Hidden rises constantly. Now with BT Openreach. Very happy, like chalk and cheese.

    @JShine06 @virginmedia I really feel for you they are the worst’s ever provider I had two years of complaining that we had problems with our internet and all they ever said was there are no problems in your area why don’t you upgrade no thanks we went to BT we have never had any problems with them

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia cancel your contract and get virgin media as a new customer in your wifes name, request install the day after your current contract ends....they will tell you you cant do it but i have been for 15 years
