    @virginmedia We had asked to speak to somebody else as the call handler was being repetitive and very very rude. He was talking to me like I was a child. He then cut off the call when we asked to speak to a manager. 50 mins on the phone were wasted, I would like to make a complaint

    @virginmedia Just tried your chat help feature but it was…frustrating…as as soon as I lost mobile signal the whole chat disappeared. The person on the other end of the chat said all the bills had disappeared now I have a new A/N - despite the latest bill only having recently been issued.
