@virginmedia It does now (6pm). Do you know why we don’t have service when others in area do? We have tried rebooting

@virginmedia I have tried every method to get a response and a solution from customer support and it's now another week gone by that we can't use the V6 box because you haven't sent me a small cable adapter. @Ofcom you could be more firm with companies that let customers down!

Just been DM'd by @OpenreachHelp to ask if there is anything ELSE they can help me with TODAY. After NOT being any help at all on FRIDAY. I think it's a parody account. Also @SkyUK didn't call as promised. God I wish we had @virginmedia round here.

For the 4th time this weekend, @virginmedia is down. 4th time in actually less than 2days! I’m back to work tomorrow - from home. Am I’m going to end up losing money due to this incompetence?? No confidence in this company.

@virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

@IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

@virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

Virgin Media comms: Send me a letter saying prices are going up (obvs), provide a link to visit if you wish to cancel, the webpage in question is little more than a phone number to call. Make pissed off customers jump through hoops. Genius.

@virginmedia You should change your compensation policy - it’s unfair that you don’t compensate customers when a problem is fixed within 2 days. I have not had consistent internet for 5 months and you’ve used this loophole to avoid giving me any compensation. My wifi is so bad :(
-
MaX
(@mrbio1984) reported
@virginmedia No the WiFi was completely down it couldn't be used at all, I was told that because it could be caused by city fibre it would be a long process for virgin to do the work and get city fibre to accept responsibility.
