    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia complete shambles. Three days running the wifi goes down for hours at a time. You’re quite happy to put your prices up but your service - particularly wifi - gets worse & worse. Do you have any idea of the disruption you are causing when people are trying to work?

    @virginmedia Hopefully this increase can also provide some staff as well to answer your phones 👍🏼 Never ending wait to be continually cut off. 5 calls at over 30 mins a pop to be cut off, did speak to one who then cut me off when transferring. Is there a complaints No? #poorcustomerservice

    @VirginMediaIE can someone at Virgin Media please help me? I’ve spent hours on the phone to tech support to have my broadband switched back on (it was incorrectly switched off when I cancelled my tv package on Monday).

    FFS @virginmedia didn't lay our broadband cable properly and someone working on our driveway has just cut through the cable. Cable wasn't put down properly - no casing and not dug into the sand underneath the bricks. Now no internet until Tuesday and we both work from home.

    No internet all night thanks to @virginmedia going down againnnn for the hundred thousand time seriously gonna have to look elsewhere extortionate price a rise in April and constant outages time to sever the connection for good 👍🏻
