    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @MartinSLewis @virginmedia My daughter has Virgin internet in a rental property and has to move elsewhere to a property that Virgin can’t connect to. They are making her pay a £250 disconnection fee! This is ridiculous when it them who can not provide a service!!

    @virginmedia Everything is still down. When I check my status using you website, it says there are no problems, but when I phone it acknowledges there is a problem - why the discrepancy. I registered for text updates and I received 1 saying it will be remedied by 6 last night then nothing!
