@virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

@virginmedia Yes, but I want to talk to someone instead as I’m still having issues and your software doesn’t catch them as the connection is back up by the time I’ve logged in and run them

@virginmedia Hi, I disabled 5ghz on the IP website because someone at ‘Ring Doorbell’ said it will only work on 2.4 but now none of my devices will connect to WiFi. I now can’t log back in to change it back to what it was. Is this something you can please help me with? Thanks

@virginmedia Had to have a really tough call this evening to query a bill sent to my deceased father’s address. I want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Franco (no idea how else to identify him), but he was truly amazing and did everything he could 👏🏼

@virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

In a constantly changing world we need something to rely on. @virginmedia can guarantee that you will be kept on hold long enough to see if you die waiting for help. #crapcustomerserviceasusual

@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia @mark_walsh_ADI You are pathetic @virginmedia, probably there is no engineer on site either, your customer service is a farce. I tried to put a complaint numerous times and it says registered as no “****”. Yes, four stars, and going onto my complaints “there is nothing to see here”.

@virginmedia What’s the point, they can’t help either! 2.5 months of trying to solve issues and now loosing all services completely and have to wait till Monday afternoon for when I need to work online over weekend. Selling packages you cannot deliver. Shocking customer support and service

@virginmedia Hi thanks for the reply. Our broadband and internet finally came back on Wednesday 21st. But it's awful, our internet keeps dropping out, internet radio keeps stopping, lost connection 4 times so far this morning, tv programmes on catch up keep freezing. It's so unreliable.

@virginmedia we left you having had such a bad customer service experience. We’ve tried to return your equipment on several occasions with no joy. You’ve now charged us £40 because you say you haven’t been able to collect it. This seems like a new low?

@virginmedia Standard & not helpful reply. Service cheacker check done multiple times last week. Each time it asks to reboot the Hub, which I have done each time. It works for some time and again internet goes back to the intermettent state.Worst part is you have closed avenues to complain
