@virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

@IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

@virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

@virginmedia Hi, I disabled 5ghz on the IP website because someone at ‘Ring Doorbell’ said it will only work on 2.4 but now none of my devices will connect to WiFi. I now can’t log back in to change it back to what it was. Is this something you can please help me with? Thanks

@virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

@virginmedia Yes, but I want to talk to someone instead as I’m still having issues and your software doesn’t catch them as the connection is back up by the time I’ve logged in and run them

@virginmedia Sorry but now not sorted. Now being told that I need to contact Netflix to cancel it. Makes no sense when I didn’t subscribe. Thankfully some nice guy from Newcastle is currently looking into it. Not ideal that this has happened though. Contract is up for renewal in May

@virginmedia They failed to understand the issue, failed to resolve it. And have insisted on reissuing the contract. I am now on the phone to faults who have again confirmed the box is faulty. They've agreed to send an engineer, but cannot do so as there is an issue on the system...
