I had also had several technical difficulties to which they delayed any actions to fix the tech issues; what was the issue? i was unable to change my email. I call their customer service dep and neither of them were able to help me. This happened on several occasions Where i had to wait WEEKS for very easy to solve problems. @virginmedia
