@virginmedia I have tried every method to get a response and a solution from customer support and it's now another week gone by that we can't use the V6 box because you haven't sent me a small cable adapter. @Ofcom you could be more firm with companies that let customers down!

@virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

@IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

@virginmedia Look of course I have Virgin broadband- why else would I contact you? That was a daft question. The issue was eventually resolved in 5 minutes when somebody called me back because I wanted to complain. Frustrating the first 2 people I spoke to somehow couldn't fix a simple issue.

@virginmedia No they can never put me through to the correct department. My 18 months was up. But I had moved address and disconnected in month 17. I waited until month 18 to ask to cancel. All I need is the box sent to my new house. My partner already had virgin account in that house.
