    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    @DjMadwon @virginmedia This thread serves as a demonstration of what a customer trying to simply speak to a human at VM has to go through. Although I haven't actually spoken to a human yet. Ridiculous that a communications company has such broken and outdated customer services. Not fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia If you just take a look at the info on that link @virginmedia it all comes back to 0345 454 1111 again. #Virginmedia says complain by phone to that number. But if Virginmedia don't answer the phone I can see how this is gonna end. There must by law be an easy way to cancel.

    @virginmedia Oh its a barrier alright, same as HAVING to call you at all when many switcher packages would just do this as part of the switch, but as you have your own infrastructure @Ofcom don't cover this. Being busy is one thing, charging me for (now 45 minutes) on an 0345 number is crap.
