  @IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

  @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

  @sephiroth17181 @virginmedia WiFi signal on my router is pretty decent tbh. I get 40Mbps (WiFi5) connection on my iPhone 14 Plus at farthest point of back garden (router is at front of the house), which is more than enough for browsing, YT, etc if get to sit out there on the bench

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Not disputing experiences with @virginmedia but we've been lucky; broadband was poor - upgrade FOC, don't use landline since it went VoIP - charge removed, cancelled TiVO - accepted my reasons, canx TV, upgrade BB, sent box to return set top - all went through no problems
