@virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

@virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia Still waiting: 2hrs on the phone yesterday, 2hrs today followed by 5hrs on WhatsApp and still nothing. Is this really how you treat paying customers? Thames Water answered the phone immediately, EDF in 2mins, BT in 4mins and Sky in 5mins, while VirginMedia is 9hrs & counting.

@virginmedia Yes, already done this…..no one can say what the issue is, when it’ll be fixed, etc…..I get more from the recorded message stating that it’s ‘a complex issue’. Manager won’t respond to my complaint, probably because they have no clue either.

@virginmedia I upgraded my mobile phone at the end of April and I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered, I have called numerous times and been told different things everytime I phone and the customer service I receive is terrible! How can I find out when I will get it?
