    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    @virginmedia You come out on the 22nd, told no service at property. Then you tell me another appointment booked for 22nd. Month without service. Want to cancel but can’t get to speak to anyone that can help. Online passed to different people then to a bot to get rid of me. Disgusting service

    @virginmedia No. Just acknowledgement saying it might take 28 days to investigate and offer a resolution, saying someone would contact me by phone or text (they haven’t yet). Hard to give timeline - none of the letters is dated.

    @virginmedia We no longer have an account? We have moved house...you were meant to attend on 22nd Dec couldn’t connect us as pre install work needed to be done. A new app booked for 22nd Jan - I just want to cancel! A month wait is ridiculous. I can’t get an alternative provider next week

    @virginmedia I’ve had an email with a solution - which is great (hopefully) within next 5 days. Also told that slow speeds due to a utilisation problem will be in my area until 18 Jan 2021. Ugh. Thanks for the Twitter help but accessing customer support has been ridiculously difficult.

    @virginmedia I have no internet, what’s worse is my phone reception is horrible. I’m trying to work from home but without internet I CAN’T WORK. I’ve rebooted my system, I’m running a CAT7 wire (brand new) to my computer and have previously had 5 engineers to my house, many complaints filed.
