    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia I just spent +40mins on your with customer services to correc, wrongly charged bills and disconnection thjat was meant to happen in Jan 2022. Got passed from agent to agent more than 8 times. In the end no solution, "We will call back tomorrow".

    @virginmedia Appalling experience… and still no resolution. Your phone staff do not have the tools to be able to fix the issues. They can only make notes ont he account. How can I escalate this and avoid paying a huge bill I didn’t agree to?

    @jsquires1990 @virginmedia The only reason I turn the wifi off on the hub is atm its unnecessary, I could turn it on and have no issues at all so could have it on purely to communicate with the stream

    @virginmedia Everyday at least twice a day for about a year internet goes down for 5 minutes randomly, plus £60 a month now is getting ridiculous since it was only £40 when it started
