@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia I just spent +40mins on your with customer services to correc, wrongly charged bills and disconnection thjat was meant to happen in Jan 2022. Got passed from agent to agent more than 8 times. In the end no solution, "We will call back tomorrow".

@virginmedia Everyday at least twice a day for about a year internet goes down for 5 minutes randomly, plus £60 a month now is getting ridiculous since it was only £40 when it started
