    @virginmedia I can see the vans outside my house, so i know they are working on it. It just never stops, always have trouble with virgin media, its becoming a joke now

    @virginmedia I finally spoke to someone and the issue may not be resolved fully until the 18th apparently. Not sure why I received a text to say the matter was resolved then!

    @virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

    @virginmedia been having issues with signal on my virgin mobile phone all week, read that it was suposed to have been resolved yesterday but still having intermittent issues this morning. No wonder I am rolling over 10GB of data when I don't get an opportunity to use it 😡

    @virginmedia Oh an engineer eventually came out and fixed it. Make matters worse you've put the price up from £38 to £50.50. The £5 Doesn't even cover that. We were told we'd get a full months refund now anyone we ring denies they even have it on record that we had an issue.

    @virginmedia in the last week since I have asked to cancel broadband I have had 5 abandoned calls from numbers which seem to be from you 08000526736 and 0345451098. Sort out your autodialler settings it is frustrating to have you hang up on answer. Complaint made to @Ofcom

    @CJGrannell @virginmedia Yes. In 1st hour, they sent me from website, to phone, back to website to WhatsApp. On WhatsApp I received automated questions* over 48 hours before a member of the Virgin team responded & resolved the issue. *I get the feeling no reply = bot cuts you off.

    @virginmedia Of course. Your switchboard is useless. You get passed around from pillar to post and no one helps. Each time I call I have to explain the problem again. All I receive is emails stating the installation has been delayed!
