  @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

Take your out of date equipment out of my home and I will move on to a better provider. For an 82 year old unacceptable.
