    @virginmedia Please could you provide an update as to why there’s no internet in the Wilmslow area again? I rely greatly on broadband to carry out my job, it’s unacceptable for this to happen without warning, time and time again, with no idea of when the service will resume.

    @virginmedia Do you not understand it is absolutely nothing to do with speed? It's the constant outages! Pretty easy to work out how that is useless to me. Also, yet another outage with fix time tomorrow. Pls don't reply with another useless generic response as they are no help at all.

    @virginmedia I’ve got 3 separate issues! Nobody cares, I can’t use live chat coz that Isn’t working either! I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

    Oh @virginmedia yesterday I upgraded my broadband speed for the kids & I to WFH effectively (double what it was) & sure enuff it’s now not working at all 😡 & been on hold 20 mins plus to a special tech line you bundled in for me ... kids next lesson in 10 mins!

    @virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

    Been on hold to Virgin Media for over 30 mins. Internet has been so intermittent for months and this week is the worst I've ever known it. Impossible for me to WFH with it like this. Missing deadlines and not able to speak to service users. Beyond frustrating.

    @virginmedia For months and months on end my WiFi has been in and out like the hokey bloody cokey. I've downloaded the signal check app and it tells me signal is great when it's clearly not. Trying my best to work from home but this is causing me unwelcome stress.

    @virginmedia yet another broadband install cancelled at the last minute. Spent 10’s of hours trying to speak to somebody and today I was assured that the service would be connected. Despicable company. Blame COVID all you like, but you’re just completely useless. OFCOM claim!!

    @virginmedia I did all of that this morning. When trying to change packages it only directs you to contacting you. I did the chat contact with the ‘bot’ who said it was transferring me to an expert that could help … after waiting for a response for 30 minutes I gave up as no one appeared 🤨

    @virginmedia hi, I'm not a customer so can't use your contact mechanisms which all require a ref number. I have a complaint though regarding one of your exchange boxes. Half the wires are hanging out and it's vibrating loudly making a racket in the house it is up against.

    @virginmedia They always say that there is no known problem, it rains we have no service for days on end. We wait for an engineer & the day before they are due there is the miracle repair which just happens & the engineer is cancelled. No service, no apology & no refund. It's awful!

    Switched from virgin to a BT based broadband last year to see if it had less downtime and the answer has been a resounding yes. Virgin Media your product sucks

    @Tina_Anobile @virginmedia Agreed. Mine is to go up by £12, which is just over a 20% increase. No way can this be justified. But, be a new customer, and get a deal at half the price of that for loyal customers..Time to move on.
