    Had it with the so called “Superhub” from @virginmedia. Google Nest WiFi ordered. The service is great - the router is terrible.

    @virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

    Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

    @virginmedia Nope. None. It’s worse now than that it was before - would happily take reduced speed for more reliable service. Suppose I’ll be phoning back to the tune of £50
