    @virginmedia its impossible to either cancel or negotiate a new deal. My partner has phoned 3 times today, twice he was cut off and the final time he was on hold for just under an hour. What are we supposed to do when the contract is coming to an end!!!

    @virginmedia My very first tweet was regarding the time I was on hold when calling that number, I waited an 1hr until someone in your team hung up on me. I then went through the messaging service and was put through to WhatsApp within half an hour. I have now been waiting since yesterday…
