    Just literally had the best conversation with a guy called Adam from the @virginmedia cancellations team. Called up to cancel my TiVo box and ended up signing up for another package but also having a proper good 20 minute convo with him about life, like I’ve known him years😂

    @virginmedia 220down 10up on pc but on xb1 it is 270down but the lag is the problem on Xb1 it is all over the place.

    @virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

    @virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

    @TylerTowers @virginmedia The service is Prada, the router is Poundland. Swap out the standard box for one that's worthy of the incoming signal. Don't waste time with all the tests they ask you to do Maybe @virginmedia should provide decent equipment in the first place #cheap #nasty
