Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

@virginmedia literally THE worst internet provider. Nothing but trouble since we switched from Sky. Engineers been out twice and still losing connection constantly. Had to turn off the WIFI to even tweet this 😡

Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

@virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

@virginmedia no Internet since 9.30am yesterday. Now advised it'll 'probably' be back up by tomorrow afternoon. But neighbours have said they've been told it'll be back on Sunday!!! Wish I'd never bothered staying with you and should have gone to BT instead.

@virginmedia Nothing personal DB but communication has been shocking with the same repetitive txt sent out every few hours, this has been ongoing since Wed evening & is awful. The fact we get compensation of up 2 £8 per day after 2 days without service is laughable 👋👋
