The package I am currently on is £89 for a new customer, but £129 for a loyal customer. The response back was “that’s all I can do”. Your response is almost as bad “don’t like it, raise a complaint”

The issue is being hung up on after an hour then having a call answered only to have to listen to dead air for over 30 minutes while whoever is supposed to be helping has forgotten to logout ....1/2

It can sometimes add up to an hour on my work day when I have to keep resetting the router and it makes absolutely no difference. Called your customer service line twice now and no joy!
