    @mascotmike @virginmedia I'm fuming with them. I have never experienced such awful customer services in all my life. We're going to cancel with them and go to the national press if they can't prove the "so called phone call". I think half their customers have similar problems.

    @virginmedia Trip haziest outside my house cables running to next door which were supposed to be temporary, unstable service, rattling router, some of these issues have been resolved. Others haven’t. I’ve asked for final response but no one will talk to me about this.

    @virginmedia That never happened. Just received an email stating that my online form had been received and it wa with the resolutions team. Apparently my complaint was never received as it doesn’t show on my account, yet I have email confirmation it was, although no contact from resolutions

    Oh my god @virginmedia you installed our super fast 500mg broadband this week and since then we have had HALF the download we had before. You are impossible to reach by phone. Been on hold for over an hour to be cut off. Today zero internet. Sort it out or we cancel. #hopeless

    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    @virginmedia what's the point in sending a letter stating if yr service hasn't resumed by 5pm ring this number. When they shut at 5pm. Poor service again from virgin media. Nearly 8pm and still no tele or broadband. What a joke of a company.

    @virginmedia Still not working after pinhole reset. No tv and green bar flashing on router. Spending silly amounts on data in an attempt to contact you when I already pay a lot of money each month. Next door just told it will be fixed Monday. unacceptable service!

    @virginmedia my TV and WiFi hasn’t recovered from a power cut earlier today (SK8). Done all normal checks/ procedures. Been on hold 1.5hours. Everyone in area having same problem and being told there’s ‘nothing wrong’. Nothing logged on postcode error website. Awful service!!

    @virginmedia still not working! Done another reboot, pinhole reset. Been waiting on the phone for another 30 minutes with no answer. Website still says no problems. Will 100% be leaving your services after this awful performance and lack of communication around a problem

    @virginmedia @Ofcom @CISASUK initial complaint was submitted on 10/12/20 where I was advised I would receive a letter in 10 days, chased it on 23/12/20 and was told I should of been advised 28 days and here we are....still without a letter!!! No surprise really #virginmedia #CustomerService

    @virginmedia I was told between Christmas and New year it was an issue identified in the area from the 17th Dec that would be rectified by the 4th Jan. I have had issues since the 26th Nov up until now and still nothing has changed. Gradually gotten worse 🤔

    @virginmedia "No network issues found" - it says that now and then later on I will be back down to 10mpbs at a push. I've rebooted it around 3 times now. Every time I do it, it's fine for a couple of hours and then it's poor again. Not acceptable
