@virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

@virginmedia. just payed £98 on a service that doesn't work properly. Been in and out since December. Customer service useless because the automated message tells us there's a problem. Even though service down say there's no issue. Seems to be getting worse instead of better
