    Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

    Hi @virginmedia, my neighbours and I are all having connection problems today but when one of us managed to speak to someone, was told that it all looked fine and is having a virtual technician calling. Seems a bit pointless if we're all struggling?

    @virginmedia I last spoke with them on 6/1 3x. They told me twice they would get someone to call me back. Never happened. I tried to call yesterday but had to hang up after being on hold for 30 minutes. I also tried the online chat help service but had no reply after waiting for 4 hours.

    @darrellac @virginmedia It’s a joke isn’t it. We have to reset our router every day to get it back up and running. I am considering switching to their business broadband which strangely seems to be £20 a month cheaper and allegedly you get 24hr fault resolution.

    It's been 20 years and @VirginMedia still have the worst customer service of any company I use for anything. It's nigh on impossible to get hold of them for anything without having to spend >1hr on it.
