@virginmedia I was also promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours on a phone call on Friday afternoon. I did not receive this phone call. This is absolutely disgusting and I expect something to be done. I rely on your service for my income as I work from home. (2/3)

@virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

@virginmedia See thread above, nothing changes except the time of the estimated fix. It must be very localised as not everyone in my area is affected. So if it is damaged cables, I haven’t seen anyone out repairing them over the weekend, it’s a joke

@virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

@bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

@virginmedia Activation or setup it's still extortionate. I was already a customer, I signed a new contract and upgraded. What activation is there really beyond allowing a higher speed to reach my house. Then suddenly there's deals with £0 setup fees? Which means the fees are pointless!

@virginmedia Several times over last 6 days - been offered 2 new deals in last 4 days which you have reneged on twice - no manager call backs despite several times being told they would therefore no option but to cancel. My contract with you is up on 18 February anyway! Hopeless service 😡

@virginmedia We clicked on report issue button this morning. Still down (no ip address) but have had numerous outages (3 times had to tether phone when wfh) whilst friends across road fine.. so how do we establish if router issue or not?
