    @virginmedia See thread above, nothing changes except the time of the estimated fix. It must be very localised as not everyone in my area is affected. So if it is damaged cables, I haven’t seen anyone out repairing them over the weekend, it’s a joke

    @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

    @virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

    @virginmedia Yes currently showing resolution time of 0230 04/11 this is a really poor service it has been off for the majority of the day

    @virginmedia No, I gave notice in October to cancel on the 12th March, and demanded a note be on my account to prevent further charges. I then called that date to confirm. That's when this bullshit about the impossible 30 day dance began. It's been non-stop tedium since then.

    @virginmedia Hey… I have been trying to get my issue sorted for a number of days… Told to contact LiveChat…LiveChat is busy…told to contact by phone, despite a human at the end of phone told me that I had to contact LiveChat! I am now on hold with ChatBot AND on phone!
