    .@virginmedia 6 days after I raised this & commitments from 3 different reps, no one has fixed this issue or got back to me. My elderly, vulnerable parents remain without a landline or internet because of YOUR error. Your inaction is making a bad situation terrifying for them.

    @virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

    @virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

    @virginmedia The wifi is working currently but regularly is broken or very very slow. I’ve rang 0345 454 1111 multiple times and 0800 052 1734 yesterday as well, in total I’ve rang 11 times and had no help at all.
