    I have virgin media but they don’t have a Customer service that you can speak to. Or email I’ve had a problem for over a month since an engineer messed about in the box in the street. Picture on tv keeps pixilated.

    @virginmedia I was also promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours on a phone call on Friday afternoon. I did not receive this phone call. This is absolutely disgusting and I expect something to be done. I rely on your service for my income as I work from home. (2/3)

    @bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

    @LennieThevan @virginmedia That sounds terrible Lennie. If you want to change a plan and save money they go out of their way to be unhelpful. However, if you want to spend more their customers service Is better.

    @virginmedia Already reported the broadband issues, and it's an issue where estimated fix times keep getting pushed back. With regards to mobile issues, this has been around the same length of time. The only way I've been able to get any connection at all is by switching to 3G

    @virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

    @virginmedia Hi, for the 2nd time it appears you’re trying to charge me for a call out when I wasn’t supposed to be charged, I’ve already called once about this and was told it was corrected but it’s happened again? I’ve had to cancel my DD until sorted as due to come out 2morrow

    @virginmedia You’re not understanding. I do contact when the issue is happening, your advisor then fixes it, but it then happens again within 24 hours. I need a ‘once and for all’ fix. Not this whack a mole approach you’ve had so far.

    @virginmedia Will they help if the Wi-Fi is working at the time I call? Because my issue is that when it is working, your advisors consider their work done despite telling them that it usually doesn’t last. And invariable, it doesn’t.

    @virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

    @virginmedia No as you person on 150 said you do not have a customer service that I could talk too. Your engineer said it was a fault at the box in street so I don’t know when it is fixed. But it’s not improve in the last month

    @virginmedia ok this is getting beyond a joke now. My Internet went down 21st March till 25th. Told me it was my end the problem. Engineer booked, you cancelled, then 2 days after 2 fix. Where is compensation. Still having problems. Checking what sky are offering. Please help.

    @virginmedia Hi. I understand faults can't be avoided . As it's technology . It unfortunately fails on occasions 😕. But please speak to broadcasters to get issues with multiple and ghost recordings stopped. Multiple copies same film sky cinema prem 401 & ghost recordings . No seas or eps 😕

    @virginmedia Surely if a national outage occurs 1. you'd know and 2. you'd put something out within 10 mins to acknowledge? Communicating this circa seven hours after an event affecting presumably tens of thousands of people in UK .... hmmm, not great? #VirginMediaoutage
