I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.
-
Carol Rowles (@CallyRaven) reported from Westhoughton, England@virginmedia And our Internet is down again this morning! So because its intermittent we don't get compensation, tried to call, can't get through (have to do it on mobile, our 'landline' is now internet reliant!)

Ray Morgan. NHS💙🇺🇦 (@Rayzor74) reported from Stockport, EnglandGood start to the day with @virginmedia informing me my monthly bill is increasing by £15/month and I have until the 17th of April to decide on my options. That is £180 annually. Having been firstly a Nynex customer and a Virgin customer since the takeover think it may be time
-
Mark Armstrong (@mark001282) reported from Manchester, England@virginmedia Don't give me your copy and pasted waffle. You have done nothing to help. You have been an absolute thorn in my side! "I'm so sorry you feel this way" is such an outdated and terrible response from a marketing point of view btw.
-

-
johnsonhomes (@johnsonhomes2) reported from Sale, England@virginmedia The guy I spoke to at VM yesterday said that she wouldn’t be eligible for a “disabled” phone line to be installed because it wasn’t claimed when they dug the front garden up 18 months ago. We were never given this as an option at the time, if we had we would have insisted on it.
-
Michael Clark (@michaelclark09) reported from Sale, England@Shredda @virginmedia Oh damn, that's peak. Might just be a coincidence then 🤔

🦔🦊Johnny1983 🦝🐱 (Big Animal Lover🐕🐶🐁) (@JohnnyDude1983) reported from Bury, England@virginmedia Hi. Is there a difference between cat 5E & cat6 & cat7 ethernet performance wise on your network 🤔. I'm using cat 6 ethernet from my hub 3.0 to your provided powerline booster . Then from powerline booster to my V6 box. I'm using cat7 ethernet from hub 3.0 to V6 🤔

Adam Gardiner 💙 (@_AdamGardiner) reported from Sale, England@virginmedia You’re not understanding. I do contact when the issue is happening, your advisor then fixes it, but it then happens again within 24 hours. I need a ‘once and for all’ fix. Not this whack a mole approach you’ve had so far.
