    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

    @virginmedia shocking customer service after recommending you to someone, you keep cancelling on them to install! You need to contact them directly ASAP and sort out your problem of your engineers cancelling jobs within 48 hrs. Get it sorted, never recommending you again!
