  @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

  @bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain.   @MelJanie @virginmedia Tellingly, the engineer who eventually came out (I'd already cancelled the service) said they still had to fit the back up line as they'd been fined £28 million by the regulator. Appalling customer service though.

  @DGardinerSPUD Yes of course i was at Wembley but did watch it back on DAZN and was brilliant Well tonight of course you were at the game but I had to watch from home and in 2nd half it went off twice to a black screen as in the picture had to come out and go back in, Never miseed any goals tho Since sky sports + launched when you now press the red button to watch games its been crap I am direct with sky and not with virgin media who also had problems with there service for over a week with sky sports +
