Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Radar68 Radar68 (@Radar68) reported

@virginmedia I’m out of contract and my bill has nearly trebled in the last 3 years. Generally happy with service, just not the silly increasing costs, especially in these money conscious times. What’s the best number to call you on to discuss the situation??

  • StacyL87 Stace (@StacyL87) reported

@virginmedia Yes .... I have entered 4 codes .. not working .... Selected the TV brand and entered a further 20 CODES! which didn't work hence the tweet.

  • MrFarhanAkram Farhan Akram (@MrFarhanAkram) reported

@virginmedia hello, service down in dunipace. i'm losing money as customers can't pay by card

  • DsRoland Roland Deschain (@DsRoland) reported

@virginmedia It may be fast, but you’ll need to be within about 6 feet of the router to get a decent WiFi signal.

  • rajrajerson Rajrajerson (@rajrajerson) reported

@andy_j_wood @virginmedia Don't get it, I got the boosters. Terrible, so terrible they dont take it back. worth buying a reputable brand

  • irnbug Irn Bug (@irnbug) reported

@virginmedia I'm currently getting around 100mbit and have been seeing it vary between 30mbit and 101mbit over last 7 days. However the issue is latency more than speed. Huge 10-15sec lags when loading a website then it all appears instantly. Same on multiple devices (OSX, iOS, Windows).

  • anotherdudley Adam Dudley (@anotherdudley) reported

@RSVPDesign @vmbusiness Seems like it’s patchy as I’ve customers on static IP services off and some online, must be a back IP block or GRE route fault but why are VM not being honest about it? Anyone who calls gets cut off… very very bad and frustrating for people trying to work

  • tharkin80 Tomàs parkin aka ;) (@tharkin80) reported

@virginmedia Help?? Are you having a laugh, you're an absolute sh** show of an organisation. Disaster after disaster after disaster, terrible customer service, terrible, after service, terrible information providers & crap staffing "Help", f, your probably drunk judging by your colleagues.

  • hausofdarkwah Darkwah (@hausofdarkwah) reported

@virginmedia A total non-response. I have been on the phone 4 times today to your staff. They have been useless. Your automated service - useless. I am a freelancer. No connectivity can mean no work at all. I spend more time chasing you than I do invoices. How is that okay?

  • jossmureddu Joss Mureddu (@jossmureddu) reported

@virginmedia You know what? No, I haven't. I haven't, because you're the service provider that needs to resolve the issue rather than ask me to post in the forums. I've given you adequate opportunity (Ind information) to resolve the issue, you're starting to take the Mick now.
