@virginmedia No advice at all! There is a network issue in the area, was initially told would be sorted early/mid Nov, now told Dec 6th. Completely misled by call centre who said new router would be sent out and now no history of order placed! Waiting to see refund on bill, no sign yet!

@Banished2Live @virginmedia Make them get it collected. They have enough vans on the road. They sent me something by mistake once and then threatened to fine me if I didn't take it to the post office...even after I explained my mobility issues. Eventually they got an engineer to pick it up.

@virginmedia My father is in hospital and cannot speak for himself at present. All I am trying to do is get him registered for the Virgin TV Go app so he can watch the service he is paying for, but this seems beyond your capabilities as your system doesn't recognise his details

@virginmedia had you out already to fix a box with the amber light of doom. Resolve was short lived and have not been able to watch tv for 3 months... Only signed up 6 months ago. Don't want another engineer out to do a temp fix on am obviously faulty box. How do I get a new one?

@virginmedia @virginmedia I have been told that they have opened a complaint and closed the complaint however it is now assigned to a manager and to be assured that someone will get back to me. You are asking me to pay £100 for a fault hub that was returned AND REPLACED years ago.

Proud to say I have successfully cancelled a @VirginMedia contract, which is notoriously difficult to do. You can't do it by email and they never answer their phones. Hint: write a letter, buy a stamp and drop it in a postbox. Retro wins every time.
