@virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

@virginmedia I never VM and Kelly's services to talk. I am doing VM and Kelly's job. Fyi VM sub contract to Kelly to carry out external installation. Only then can VM in house team carry out internal work. At this rate VM will not install till next xmas!
