@virginmedia Your extremely bad service. Who can I speak to please? I was on to your customer service team fro 2 hours yesterday and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Someone was supposed to call me back at 10am this morning but that’s not happened either. Whole thing is a car crash.

@virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

@virginmedia Believe me - we’ve spent £30 ethernet cables and it didnt work. We have a engineer coming out on monday so been told to mention it the mess thats been made on the wall. Could it be a problem with the new locator?

Can anyone help.. I’ve upgraded to Eir fibre.. since I did that I cannot get the Tp- Deco to work., they connect for setup and then go red .. they work fine with old virgin media broadband@eir #tpdeco
