    So many problems @virginmedia this year, poor system, poor WiFI, poor connections, poor customer service, all seem to be continually getting worse as does the response to complaints. Anyone else putting up with this poor quality? @skytv looking a clear future prospect

    I never been so mistreated by @virginmedia like I was today, the staff on the live chat literally "hang up" on me mid support... absolutely gutted, saved all the conversation and I will seek citizens advice over this, that is no way of treating a 6+ years costumer

    @virginmedia told by them today that problems with “catch up” service not something that was paid for so in effect had to put up with the poor performance, in the end offered a tenner! Perhaps there is a better solution, ie get rid of them & get someone who cares 🖕

    @virginmedia But that costumer service was abysmal, the person took ages to reply, and when it did, tried to sell me the same internet package I have for more than what I pay currently even...I don't want to have to upgrade my package to "fix" my internet, I just want the speeds I hired

    @virginmedia Terrible as always, you cannot deliver in this area, you’ve promised for a few years now but nothing changes, I’ve had to put us on unlimited data on the phones as the WiFi is not fit for purpose, I am on the highest speed apparently… shocking

    @virginmedia when your marketing team ring you and tell you that you have internet issues, advised I didn’t have any issues and the rude call handler just hung up. Rang from 01484313420. Not the best reflection for the company is it.

    @virginmedia Told yesterday that it is a local problem due to be resolved by 12th August, however that seems to be a standard reply which is now becoming tiresome. We have to wonder if @virginmedia have fallen back in the hi tech department & that we should move on to a more reliable provider

    @virginmedia Yes there are and there were all 3 times. Currently 4.00pm estimated to be fixed but that’s my Saturday pretty much gone without any service

    @virginmedia I ll try anything at this stage but ill not go away. Complaint is and they already know, there is outside work required to install the fibre, there is a team currently working on my stree at a different address. I need the work completed as my current provider ends next week.

    @virginmedia Clearly your algorithm prefers it customers cancel so you don't have to. The laugh of it is that you have go online to raise a complaint! Why do you not have an option in 150 to actually SPEAK to a customer service advisor ?

    @virginmedia Speeds look good on samknows. Any ideas why these are so much less on my own routers? Never been an issue before, in fact usually the reverse!
