    @virginmedia what's the best way to report a fault without having to go to offshore fault peeps and go through off the turn off switch on again? My WiFi is horrific, and only affects WiFi intermittent service and it disables. Done all the usuals it's knackered WiFi on router.

    Hi at @virginmedia do you have a contact email address for complaints. Your internet service over the past month has been absolutely awful! Pay for 350mb broadband and currently at the moment having it drop maybe 10-15 times a day and lose all connections.

    @virginmedia No i can't see it, scan says no issues as the issue is only with WiFi. It's down again its insane. Doing full reset to factory setting see if that helps. But no link to report fault on my account

    @virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

    @harrisonmp They wrote to me about my complaint saying they’d been trying to contact me, they haven’t unless they’re still using the wrong mobile number which I’ve informed them about. We’ll ignore the fact that my landline is with them. I just wish someone @virginmedia would take ownership

    @virginmedia I tried the number you gave me, when I press the numbers on my phone keypad to select the options, I just get "sorry, didn't catch that". I work as an IT Tech for a remote support MSP, I'm almost 100% sure this issue isn't my end.

    @virginmedia No know faults. It goes off most evenings about 9 maybe a bit latter sometimes and in the day lots of times we can't use it. At the moment it's OK again. We have dad this issuse for about 8 months with maybe a 2 month working then goes down again.

    @virginmedia @Ofcom why can technical issues not be discussed/resolved in chat or by email for VM? it seems like a deliberate nefarious tactic to put people off complaining by forcing them to be on a call for 3+ hours every time. It's 2021, why can I not get in touch by email?
