    @virginmedia Yes, tried last night and your service status page was actually down. Today I checked and it showed no issues, I run the diagnostic and no issues either. Came back up late this afternoon.

    @MartinSLewis I'm not sure if you can help me but here goes , in August I ended my contract with @virginmedia & to cut a long story short they still owe me £87 .+ They sent me a cheque in my maiden name so I returned it with a second copy of my marriage cert same as in 2015 1.

    @virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

    @virginmedia No as you person on 150 said you do not have a customer service that I could talk too. Your engineer said it was a fault at the box in street so I don’t know when it is fixed. But it’s not improve in the last month

    Anyone else having the same issue? Just got the following update. This is ridiculous! Virgin Media Outage Update - Description: Service update. Broadband, Voice and TV fault F012285465. The estimated repair time is now: 18/05/2026 10:10:00. 🙀🙀🙀 @virginmedia time to switch?
