    @virginmedia 220down 10up on pc but on xb1 it is 270down but the lag is the problem on Xb1 it is all over the place.

    Just literally had the best conversation with a guy called Adam from the @virginmedia cancellations team. Called up to cancel my TiVo box and ended up signing up for another package but also having a proper good 20 minute convo with him about life, like I’ve known him years😂

    @virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

    @virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

    @virginmedia No idea. I’ve heard nothing so assume not. Customer service on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and it cost me £15 for the privilege. Still can’t access Netflix, no email, no option in my account. 4 months and several IT tickets later, never heard anything.

    @virginmedia Nope tried all that just get messed about. Upgraded package 2 weeks ago, been told I would get WiFi boosters and that I need a hub 5. Already have a hub 5 and been told on 3 occasions they. Netflix still doesn't work haven't had an activation email, its not on my virgin media app

    @virginmedia A week Thursday, Sunday, then again Tuesday or Wednesday this week. They just grind you down until you give up, I hear it all the time. Well I'm not giving up! Going to halve my direct debit as I'm only getting half a service.

    @virginmedia broadband, tv, phone down in CM1 1RU since y’day PM. Text/app said will be fixed 00:40 this am, then put back to 12:00, then 4pm, and then 9pm. Status on the app just changed to 10am 2moro. What’s going on?! What refund will be made (+ expenses incurred!)
