    @virginmedia Wi-Fi only as far as I can tell. Apparently the ONLY solution is for me to pay extra every month for pods… why should I pay extra to make the service I pay for already, work? It’s never been a reliable connection and horrendous reach from the start - your engineer made it worse!

    @virginmedia My TV,Xbox,ps5,phones, laptops and tablets all connect fine but the same day I changed hubs my smart lights and old echo dot wouldn't connect to my network I had to buy the latest echo dot which thankfully connected fine,its not a service issue it's probably a hub hardware issue

What I loved the experts on the phone from abroad said it was my router, or me doing wrong. Finally found -an error with cable outside communicating to inside box!
