  @SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

  @virginmedia we’ve had complete loss of internet since 2/5/26 due to broken cable, yet no proper fix or technician visit despite repeated promises. Instead, you sent someone to “clean router” & logged it as speed issue not total outage. It is unacceptable. Plz resolve urgently

  @virginmedia I’ve been without wifi for 10 days. All I am being told is that they don’t know when it’ll be fixed. I work from home and have been unable to get anything done because I need wifi. I’m a week behind. I need it fixing asap. The problem isn’t my end it’s yours.
