    @virginmedia I’m at work. I couldn’t therefore tell you. However, the issue is with your router, it’s not fit for purpose. It constantly reboots because it has a bug

    @virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

    @virginmedia Still down, well over 48 hours later. But we won't see any compensation from Virgin since they fraudulently marked the issue as fixed and immediately opened a new one so they can claim its not the same outage and they can claim don't have to pay compensation.

    @virginmedia I've lost count of how many times my Internet drops out. No information on your website about work or issues with the network. Takes 45 mins to an hour for it to re connect. Not good enough.
