    @virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

    @virginmedia I’m at work. I couldn’t therefore tell you. However, the issue is with your router, it’s not fit for purpose. It constantly reboots because it has a bug

    @virginmedia my sisters Internet has not been working since 15th November. Your customer care keeps scheduling appointments after long wait times but no one shows up. In one instance they said it’s schedule and then when she called again, someone else said nothing is scheduled.

    @virginmedia I am currently online with someone in chat. They tell me that I have to spk with someone in 'faults'. When I phone the number, the line recognises my mobile number and tells me they are trying to fix an intermittent fault. I do not get an option to speak with anyone. 3 months!

    @virginmedia No. I've spent the entire day in support chats, and the best they could do was to raise a complaint on my behalf. Apparently because there's an open work order to port my phone to my new provider on my agreed cut-over date, it makes it impossible to raise one to reconnect me.

    @virginmedia Part of the issue is that your team cannot discuss the complaint when I called them back following your first 'response' to my complaint. See above re your complaints process being dismal. You're just evidencing it more so.
