@virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

@virginmedia Requested a free booster, which comes in two parts, which duly arrived and I installed them. Then got an envelope telling me to return something, another letter explaining what came later. I am now confused but keeping the boosters. Does that help?

No on demand or catch up for 2 days, now on day 3 and have no TV at all @virginmedia apparently we have an issue in our area but the time it will be fixed by has changed for the last 3 days. No on demand I can cope but no TV at all, that's a bit much.
