@virginmedia Already reported the broadband issues, and it's an issue where estimated fix times keep getting pushed back. With regards to mobile issues, this has been around the same length of time. The only way I've been able to get any connection at all is by switching to 3G

@virginmedia That number is a automated response not a customer service agent and an utter waste of time

@virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

@virginmedia Hi there, I was told I would receive my replacement broadband by today and still no indication of when it’s going to arrive. Any help?

@virginmedia Will they help if the Wi-Fi is working at the time I call? Because my issue is that when it is working, your advisors consider their work done despite telling them that it usually doesn’t last. And invariable, it doesn’t.

@virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

@virginmedia No as you person on 150 said you do not have a customer service that I could talk too. Your engineer said it was a fault at the box in street so I don’t know when it is fixed. But it’s not improve in the last month

@virginmedia You’re not understanding. I do contact when the issue is happening, your advisor then fixes it, but it then happens again within 24 hours. I need a ‘once and for all’ fix. Not this whack a mole approach you’ve had so far.

@LennieThevan @virginmedia That sounds terrible Lennie. If you want to change a plan and save money they go out of their way to be unhelpful. However, if you want to spend more their customers service Is better.

@SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

@virginmedia after 26 years as a loyal cable customer it is time to say goodbye. It would seem that loyalty is not rewarded, and you don't want low use customers

I have virgin media but they don’t have a Customer service that you can speak to. Or email I’ve had a problem for over a month since an engineer messed about in the box in the street. Picture on tv keeps pixilated.

@virginmedia I was also promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours on a phone call on Friday afternoon. I did not receive this phone call. This is absolutely disgusting and I expect something to be done. I rely on your service for my income as I work from home. (2/3)

@virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

-
kevin brown
(@kevinbrown360) reported
@virginmedia @AudreyBroon We really do not have the appetite to spend an hour on the phone waiting in a queue to have someone take details of our complaint, and then get another email saying “we tried to call…” when there is no evidence of it. You really need to review your processes.

-
Luke Nancarrow
(@nanyk89) reported
@virginmedia Is there no escalation that can be made by yourselves via complaint processes that can have a call made out to myself if I provide details? Seems pointless to call the same people for the 6th time in a day only to be cut off, put on hold for 40+ minutes or fobbed off
-
nigellawrence

@virginmedia And frankly, you keep repeating that you are very sorry and this is not the service etc, Nothing changes. Words are hollow - then again, it is not your work that is suffering as a consequence

@virginmedia You did this to me when you had to admit to that 2 day mass outage at start of Covid, you booked me an appointment and when 92% of your service was down you finally tweeted about it. Your systems claimed it was at my END that time too
