    And even better - my ping is higher than mount Everest & and the lag is throwing me back to 2008! But apparently there’s nothing wrong… well why would i waste my time ringing if there isnt a problem? @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Your extremely bad service. Who can I speak to please? I was on to your customer service team fro 2 hours yesterday and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Someone was supposed to call me back at 10am this morning but that’s not happened either. Whole thing is a car crash.

    @virginmedia Believe me - we’ve spent £30 ethernet cables and it didnt work. We have a engineer coming out on monday so been told to mention it the mess thats been made on the wall. Could it be a problem with the new locator?

    @virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

    @virginmedia I have tv service fault C133. Done your online check it says call you. I call you, automated tells me an texts me link to do online check which tells me to call you.. repeat.. in a loop an now been sat on phone waiting 38mins for someone to answe

    @Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia Sorry, last tweet on this. Sounds like a Radio Times ad but other mesh network products are available. I picked the Google one because the management app had good reviews & I've found it to be great. Install was also very easy.

    @virginmedia It just drops out all the time. Using your online checker it says that there is a network issue coming into the home. Told me to check the connections / reboot rooter etc (which I've done several times) and nothin has improved.

    Joke trying to get a hold of @virginmedia been on hold now for 55 minutes trying to change my package before they shockling try and charge me £135 a month. No help online either as that service is currently unavailable #poorservice

    @Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but this is the same response I have been getting from the call centre when I’ve called and logged this and on Twitter . Like a lot off people I’m working from home and can not afford wifi to go down . Virgin media has not in the last month come out and resolved this
