  @virginmedia I spoke to your customer service team on 2nd January who advised all issues had been resolved and my sim card was being sent out by royal mail delivery. Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.

  @GameRiot Exactly, who doesn't have the internet in 2026, virgin Media internet went down and was fixed for me with in 4 hours. If you don't log on you don't lose your games, just need to sign back in to play.

  @virginmedia Well I’m at work now but it was working then going off for a couple minutes then back on all day. Then about 9pm went off for 20 mins then back on. Went on your page to check the service and it was saying nothing was wrong.
