    @virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

    @virginmedia Telephone support have provided a few excuses: your walls are too thick, you have too many devices connected, your speed is only 100mb... None of these explain why when only connecting one device in the same room as the router, my connection drops every now and again.
