@virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

@virginmedia Yes, reported on Friday, technician is coming on Monday. My mobile data is 3Mbp, signal is at 1 bar. Every single time there is a bit of wind I have to deal with this. I am working from home and I can't even use the hot-spot. A joke.

@virginmedia I've been having multiple internet drop outs (multiple machines on LAN) since you did work in the WD18 area. Restarting router hasn't helped. It's affecting our work. Phone service says you're having problems in the area but link to status page says no issues?
