  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia Your equipment is so cheap and crap, a massive company like Virgin Media, and we can only use this pathetic hub 3, 500mbps of pure shite, can't wait to see the back of you, P.S. it's not what goes into the router, it's the unstable jitter and ping that comes out. 🖕

  • BigChrisPearson Chris Pearson (@BigChrisPearson) reported from Manchester, England

@virginmedia #broadband service levels in M45 area on a Sunday have been dreadful recently. Get a grip. Paying for a service, not flashing free and red lights

  • R1chardHughes ℝ𝕚𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕕 🇾🇪 (@R1chardHughes) reported from Rochdale, England

@virginmedia Nope. Doesn't work on the App on my phone nor my desktop.

  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia It's not the services that is the problem, it is online gaming with the hub3 it can't handle gaming, it is a cheap piece of crap, I know internet companies don't give out good routers, but if it's the only one I can use, surely it should be good enough, I'm sick of resetting it.

  • penny62132920 Lorraine Glover (@penny62132920) reported from Strines, England

Just saved ten pound a month just by ringing #virginmedia great service

  • KazF2010 Karen Jacqueline (@KazF2010) reported from Westhoughton, England

@Netflixhelps No error message but it takes ages to load and then will pause..... and not play...... never know such a slow service considering I'm paying extra for this on @virginmedia

  • Natchanxo Nat Chan 🐝 (@Natchanxo) reported from Walkden, England

why are VM so SHITE. Had an agent tell me to BIN my new sim card as I didn’t need it & I can use my old sim card. I’m now paying for 2 sim cards and ones in the BIN...now they’re telling me I have to pay an ‘exit’ fee to ‘cancel’ the contract 😡 @virginmedia

  • ria_louise Marija McGuinness (@ria_louise) reported from Stockport, England

@virginmedia why do you allow paying customers to wait only an hour have no service hurry up or I’ll cancel

  • KazF2010 Karen Jacqueline (@KazF2010) reported from Westhoughton, England

@virginmedia Instead of providing all these "upgrades" to the service how about just providing a SERVICE that we pay for 🤬

  • NickyMcCallan Nicky McCallan 🐝 (@NickyMcCallan) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@virginmedia WiFi down, TV signal keeps freezing and the online Service Checker says there is an issue in our area. Again! This is happening at least twice a week if not more.

  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

  • SRDcrofty83 Paul Croft (@SRDcrofty83) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia Any time estimate when I will receive both tv and internet not had any since 5pm yesterday I've also logged loss of service too

  • Rochethewriter Martin Paul Roche (@Rochethewriter) reported from Delph, England

@virginmedia Sadly not. I was advised to wait until today when some quota/allowance kicked in for the 1st of the month to renew my contract. 'Ash' promised to call back between 9 & 10. Still waiting. And apparently its now costing me more because I never renewed! My fault then. Go figure.

  • R1chardHughes ℝ𝕚𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕕 🇾🇪 (@R1chardHughes) reported from Rochdale, England

@virginmedia There isn't. It's a log in issue where it continuously says the password is wrong when it isn't wrong.

  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia I hope this upgrade that is coming at the end of January is for a tried and tested hub 4, fu@k the 1 Gig speed, that's no use if your equipment only fires on 2 cylinders like the hub 3, read forums or stick it up your thick stupid ignorant useless arse.

LINCOLN LN5 AREA IS YOUR WIFI DOWN 10.40am Thursday 19th August 2021 @virginmedia

  • StuartMetcalfe2 Stuart Metcalfe (@StuartMetcalfe2) reported

@VMWhistleBlower @virginmedia Thats absolutely my thoughts too. Better service with Ryanair! Apart from holding them at gunpoint I can't physically do anymore. 5 weeks without Internet and counting. Everytime an engineer turns up and can't do the job I get sent to the back of the que. Very frustrating

  • VikRobins Vicky Jones (Robins) (@VikRobins) reported

@virginmedia We seem to be getting more faults than ever in our area, its not ideal when half our Development are WFH and are relying on the same service provided by Virgin.

  • Huriye Huriye (@Huriye) reported

So @virginmedia changed their PAYG policies without informing those of us who use it. I didn't use my balance within 180 days so they suspended my account, deleted my number and my phone can no longer make calls. After half an hour with a so called Customer Services operator,

  • CallmeLaura5 Laura ✌🏻 (@CallmeLaura5) reported

@virginmedia But you aren’t here to help tho! I’ve been told you can’t waive the termination fees, even tho I can tag people whose termination fees you waived. So you pick and choose when you help.

  • RF34303722 RF (@RF34303722) reported

@virginmedia BTW I'm happy to pay for a new router. But this isn't even an option it appears. The problem has persisted since Sunday. It's now down again. How is 7 days a good enough response time?

  • StuartMetcalfe2 Stuart Metcalfe (@StuartMetcalfe2) reported

@virginmedia Please can't you pass my complaint on. Or give me the information how to make a formal complaint. Your customer service team won't give me that information either or have the training for yo lodge a formal complaint.

  • interaction0410 Clive McCarthy🇪🇺 (@interaction0410) reported

@virginmedia The service status has been updated, the system is down and it will take 4 1/2 hours to fix. That’s half a day work lost , this is not good enough as this happens regularly, I will not phone your teams on the Indian subcontinent as last time I was plagued with Nuisence calls

  • izzyneumand izzy (@izzyneumand) reported

@VMWhistleBlower @virginmedia Yes I have put a complaint in already (yesterday). I will end my contract with them at the end of the month and would be good to get no EDF or another goodwill gesture. Thanks for your advice!

  • Ronbus87 Colin Farthing (@Ronbus87) reported

@O2 But as @o2 and @virginmedia have joined forces and my Internet is down until 18:00 I'm having to hotspot from my data to carry on working. Would my data be unlimited for at least this time?
