@virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

@v @virginmedia Internet issue has been open since August and it’s been a comedy of errors. Several engineers have been round each setting off a chain of farcical call-outs. Clowns! Each time I get sent a survey that is designed to get the feedback they want. Not good enough!

@virginmedia TF7 4af over 50 houses have no internet or it keeps switching off. Think customers have a right to know what’s happened for it to be taking this long to fix. Issues since Friday and told next money will be sorted when most households run off internet and work from home!
