  @virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

  @elliviant £32 for 500mb down/up with Virgin Media , they tried making me pay £60 a month , rang them up and told them i was leaving and they put the price down for 3 years

  @Derek959Derek @RayJones34 All the big 3 providers do it via the Good Things Foundation, apart from EE and BT who have there own arrangements for helping with data poverty. These help people on benefits so official status and a NI number is needed . Virgin Media O2 Vodaphone 3 do it via Databank .

  @1RavC @virginmedia I’ve been without broadband for 22 days but because they know it’s an outage in our area a @virginmedia engineer has been “on their way” since 27 July. Have pursued every available line of enquiry but no information as to what the ****** is the reason for it not being fixed

  @colonbarbarian @virginmedia @SkyUK I got a deal of them via email a few years back. Gigabyte sports movies there hole package for £60. Then my bill came in around 190. They tired to get out of it by saying I never accept it. About 6 hours on the phone and they finally said they where.

  @virginmedia 3rd street-wide outage this year in LS6 tonight. Surveyors have confirmed my property is infra-locked with zero Openreach/Altnet access. Virgin holds a total monopoly here, yet the local street infrastructure is failing. Shambolic really, I need this escalating.
