  @virginmedia Unbelievable, you've sent me a dongle to connect a landline too the broadband on the 6th , so the phone line isnt going to work, though not much help on 150 as they abruptly cut you off. Website is also down.

  @MartinSLewis I'm not sure if you can help me but here goes , in August I ended my contract with @virginmedia & to cut a long story short they still owe me £87 .+ They sent me a cheque in my maiden name so I returned it with a second copy of my marriage cert same as in 2015 1.

  @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

  @SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

  @virginmedia This issue has been around for over 2 weeks, your CS staff are telling customers including staff members there is no issue and "just swap out to the stream boxes" which does not fix the problem! Between Virgin and @skytv there should be a months bill reimbursed for each issue!!
