    @virginmedia for the past 18 months I’ve paid £99 a month for the oomph package, just been told it’s going up to £139 a month for same package yet new customers get it for £89 a month! How can you justify this ? Don’t want to leave but no help from customer services

    @virginmedia I have had no WiFi for 2 days. I received a card asking me to ring and quote RPBLOCK but I can’t get through on your phone lines. We can’t sign in online because the original email address used is no longer in use. How can I get this resolved? 🙄

    Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

    @virginmedia Last time was last week and they told me that they still working on construction to bring the fiber to the property and can take another 1 or 2 months. That is not normal an 8 months wait to get the service.
