@virginmedia every night midnight to 00.15 we lose signal. You are a joke costing my home business our livelihood especially in these difficult times. Looking for new supplier though been with you 12 years. You should be ashamed.

Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

Why is @virginmedia so appalling? Broadband been off for 48 hours, but they manage to take their monthly payment without a problem which gets more expensive each month..if your thinking of virgin think again!

@MickFerry @virginmedia Infuriating. We are going through it at the minute. They want £120 of us a month as a valued customer and a NEW customer gets same package £50 less.
