@virginmedia That I need 3 WiFi pods and there is a speed fault which he can’t fix You only supply 1 pod every 7 days and it takes an hour of my life to get it sorted in your ineffective customer service phone system (use sales number for shortcut to at gets answered!)

@virginmedia #advertisingstandards please ask VM to take down the words reliable while advertising their services with main sporting events. They are not. How do your rate reliable. I think 7 days without service is shameful and not reliable
