@virginmedia in the last week since I have asked to cancel broadband I have had 5 abandoned calls from numbers which seem to be from you 08000526736 and 0345451098. Sort out your autodialler settings it is frustrating to have you hang up on answer. Complaint made to @Ofcom

@virginmedia Oh an engineer eventually came out and fixed it. Make matters worse you've put the price up from £38 to £50.50. The £5 Doesn't even cover that. We were told we'd get a full months refund now anyone we ring denies they even have it on record that we had an issue.

@virginmedia been having issues with signal on my virgin mobile phone all week, read that it was suposed to have been resolved yesterday but still having intermittent issues this morning. No wonder I am rolling over 10GB of data when I don't get an opportunity to use it 😡

@virginmedia I finally spoke to someone and the issue may not be resolved fully until the 18th apparently. Not sure why I received a text to say the matter was resolved then!

@virginmedia The automated message still says repairs are ongoing. The same message for the past 3 days, yet I received a text earlier that the issue was rectified.

@virginmedia All the problems were ironed out. Yesterday was the big day. We waited but nothing, not even a call or email to explain why the installation team didn’t turn up.

@virginmedia No "chat" options on that link that I could see. Status is showing as having a problem, so it's not my kit. Signal is too poor for me to use phone for chatting, anyway. Let's see if things clear up soon...

@virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

@virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

@virginmedia Guys, you’ve done the hard work clearing the mess under the pavements. All your teams now have to do is run the cable through connecting us to the hub down the street.

@virginmedia Of course.. and I've called customer service 3 times, only to be told a performance issue on your network is causing my WiFi issues.. absolutely no idea how they came to that conclusion, especially given I told them I dont have any issues when using a network cable in the hub!!

@virginmedia It’s been mostly the wifi, luckily my Ethernet connection has been fine but wifi no. Obviously I need wifi for my phone but it’s been way too slow and constantly on a slow loading speed. I’ve not got long with vm anyway so I’m probably just gunna switch to BT

I have been waiting on the @virginmedia chat to complain for over 1.5 hrs. It told me it would be up to 45 mins! The service from virgin media is poor. They avoid dealing with customers. I got through yesterday just before closing & someone hung up on me so they could go home!
