    Hi at @virginmedia do you have a contact email address for complaints. Your internet service over the past month has been absolutely awful! Pay for 350mb broadband and currently at the moment having it drop maybe 10-15 times a day and lose all connections.

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. Your @virginmedia text bot clearly stated your aim for a human to ring me back within 4 hours - it’s now over 120 hours. May I suggest you update your message, also can you confirm I’ll receive the promised phone call or should I cancel my subscription?

    @harrisonmp They wrote to me about my complaint saying they’d been trying to contact me, they haven’t unless they’re still using the wrong mobile number which I’ve informed them about. We’ll ignore the fact that my landline is with them. I just wish someone @virginmedia would take ownership

    @virginmedia finally after 1:10 mins on the phone. We have a possible resolution. Whilst the tech on the line was very apologetic and helpful, the waiting, lack of response and overall service is appalling.

    @virginmedia what's the best way to report a fault without having to go to offshore fault peeps and go through off the turn off switch on again? My WiFi is horrific, and only affects WiFi intermittent service and it disables. Done all the usuals it's knackered WiFi on router.

    @virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

    @virginmedia No i can't see it, scan says no issues as the issue is only with WiFi. It's down again its insane. Doing full reset to factory setting see if that helps. But no link to report fault on my account

    @virginmedia Also I seen an engineer come out to one of my neighbours along the streets mine started to get worse shortly what he has done is just change the cabinet so it’s now my problem easy fix right saved you money ? no ! I’m about to dip and not pay a penny

    @virginmedia Service just feels so inconsistent. Tried to upload a 2gb file, yes quite big but I do upload most days files that size, most days 15 mins but can be a lot longer. Got to 40% loaded earlier and stopped, restart , now taking est 25 minutes. I'd pay good money for a decent service

    @virginmedia Its been horrendous customer service. On the phone you want to charge me more as thr price has gone up since I placed the order! That’s pretty rubbish. Phone team said hang up and use web chat! @bluelightcard your members don’t have that much time!
