    @virginmedia I have a complaint on going for damage to the inside of my property caused by the installation.I have spoken to various people and had managers at my house to look at the installation which was done incorrectly . I am waiting for a call back from a manager still

    @virginmedia In the last 4 weeks I can’t get any internet if more than a 5m away from hub/extender. Shows and full signal strength. Your technical support team need to send me at least 1 more extender.

    @virginmedia My complaint regarding the damage to my property following the incorrect installation of cables at my property has not yet been resolved. Apparently, my complaint has been escalated to a manager but I am yet to receive a formal apology or formal acknowledgement 1/2

    So currently I have just had a call with @virginmedia and after explaining my issue for them to then put me on hold and then end the call. I have called them again to now be waiting on hold for 15 plus minutes. Not trying to out them, I just want my speeds looked at :'(

    @virginmedia Email stating new installation 25th March!!!! Not acceptable. We've waited almost 3 weeks already (existing customer) and due to YOUR failure, we have to wait another month. Please take responsibility and get a new and sensible installation date booked in for us now please.
