@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

@virginmedia I've already got an engineer booked for Thursday, as I've previously said 4 days for an engineer to attend my property is a joke. I pay for a service and expect said service to work. I'm a plumber, imagine if I told a customer to wait 4 days for me to attend a burst pipe.
