@virginmedia I’m sure you’re perfectly in line with your code. It’s just you have zero concern for customers or desire to provide them with any useful information. If you said “it’s a node down in Farringdon and 1000 homes are affected but it’ll be back tonight” that would reassure customers.

@virginmedia So you have no idea how many customers are out right now in central London? So you cannot tell me if it’s a big problem or a small problem. Therefore there’s zero confidence that it’ll be fixed. Last time this happened it took 12 days to fix with exactly the same comms as now. 😡
