    @virginmedia It's not the holding times that are the issue...it is being hung up on every time. 10 times in a row I have been on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected. How else can I cancel! I refuse to pay for a service I wont be using.

    @virginmedia Seems virgin decided to cancel my entire 25 year old contract after I switched to sky then renegotiated after you called me saying you didn’t want me to leave. Lost my 25 year old landline number in the process and now 72 hours before I get services back. Amazing service.

    @virginmedia what a bunch of incompetents. I cancel my service with you in Feb 20 for terrible customer service, you pick up my equipment in April all confirmed by email. I check my bank you have been charging me monthly since Feb though I have no contract/router etc. 1/2
