@virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

@Steady_ @virginmedia I told them I'm leaving because I wasn't receiving the service i payed for, they tried to keep me as a customer but i just put my foot down. They ended my contract early and waived the cancellation fee. If you buy an item that's faulty you'd want a refund, this is no different.

Anyone wondering do not touch @virginmedia absolutely the worst. ISP I have ever encountered! Zero support! Spoke to them about the issue! As everyone knows who knows me I’m a tech nerd! Do NOT go near them
