@virginmedia I will but I have to say the response that I’m getting from the online chat is poor. I’ve raised the issue about being misled on the contract, but my only options are to pay more money for the kids tv or leave...and pay more money. Never had such poor service in the years with VM

@virginmedia slowly but surely disliking this service provider. 2 keyworkers working from home and kids = crashes most mid morning to lunchtime. Teams and discussions turn into 1 in 5 words heard and guessing games. Sort it out, been a ctr forever but really considering a move.
