    @virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

    @virginmedia Requiring someone to pay for 30 days of service is a breach of Regulation 29. I could understand it if we weren't in the statutory 14 day cooling off period, but we are. Regulation 29 says we should be able to cancel "without any liability (i.e. payment)".

    @virginmedia It has nothing to do with planning permission there’s engineers working in our area my house doesn’t seem to be getting done your customer service team can’t give me a straight answer of when the engineer is going to come the date has been changed 4 times now
