@virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

@craftymillie @virginmedia They tried that with us, phone up, complain and threaten to leave, you need to be brave enough to go through with it just encase, but ours is now down to 35 quid for 12 months then it goes up to 45 next april, then it will be 60 again in 2 years, cancel time again
