Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

@virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

People on @virginmedia beware that there is a scam going around where somebody with an Asian accent is ringing up saying "they are calling from the technical department of virgin media" they are trying to get your information please just hang up. I've just had this scam myself

@virginmedia Hi there, Service going down is a daily occurance. 0345 number was engaged today! Then 5 times directed to use sms link & cut off. The sound quality is so bad, when you do eventually get through, you get cut off again! But it's literally impossible to cancel!
