-
Phoebe (@TTPhoebe) reported from Manchester, EnglandAnyone available at @virginmedia please? Your website is shocking for trying to get in touch with customer services / live chat. Thanks

🦔🦊Johnny1983 🦝🐱 (Big Animal Lover🐕🐶🐁) (@JohnnyDude1983) reported from Bury, England@virginmedia Hi. Is there a difference between cat 5E & cat6 & cat7 ethernet performance wise on your network 🤔. I'm using cat 6 ethernet from my hub 3.0 to your provided powerline booster . Then from powerline booster to my V6 box. I'm using cat7 ethernet from hub 3.0 to V6 🤔

-
johnsonhomes (@johnsonhomes2) reported from Sale, England@virginmedia If that was the only issue than yes that would be the logical next step. But as you’ll see from the previous tweets and email sent on Wednesday it isn’t. All the issues need dealing with in the round or otherwise I’ll have to cancel and go back to sky.
-
Scott Moseley (@roslers_vest) reported from Rochdale, England@virginmedia Yes currently showing resolution time of 0230 04/11 this is a really poor service it has been off for the majority of the day
-
David (@Aldehulme) reported from Oldham, England@virginmedia I need to speak to somebody regarding a broadband problem without you running a check that will cut me off the internet. How do I get past this to speak to a person?
-
kevin.james (@pillbo01) reported from Bolton, England@virginmedia No as you person on 150 said you do not have a customer service that I could talk too. Your engineer said it was a fault at the box in street so I don’t know when it is fixed. But it’s not improve in the last month
-
Mark Armstrong (@mark001282) reported from Manchester, England@virginmedia I spoke to your customer service team on 2nd January who advised all issues had been resolved and my sim card was being sent out by royal mail delivery. Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.
-
Paul Regent (@PaulRegent1) reported from Bolton, England@virginmedia no internet available in Bolton - must be an outage as, although coverage is very poor, it isn’t usually this poor!!
-
Adam Gardiner 💙 (@_AdamGardiner) reported from Sale, England@virginmedia You’re not understanding. I do contact when the issue is happening, your advisor then fixes it, but it then happens again within 24 hours. I need a ‘once and for all’ fix. Not this whack a mole approach you’ve had so far.
-
(っ◔◡◔)っ 💛 ɪɢɢʏ ᴘᴜᴘ 🧡 🔜 Doggy Weekend 🐶 (@IggyPup7) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England@PowerBoar @virginmedia @virginhelp they are as bad unfortunately just changed shape … still same poor up to 20wifi devices connection. and they giving customers their hubs they received from others who returned them regardless faulty or not … it’s terrible 😣
-
Scott Moseley (@roslers_vest) reported from Rochdale, England@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience
-
Simon Manning 🇪🇺 #FBPE (@SiManM20) reported from Manchester, England@virginmedia Will do. That was your cue to step in and offer some ‘customer service’ btw.
-
Hazbullins (@Hasbullins) reported from Salford, England@virginmedia New call of duty released today and your Internet service is down. Are you taking the full piss out of me here? Wankers
-
Mark Armstrong (@mark001282) reported from Manchester, England@virginmedia Don't give me your copy and pasted waffle. You have done nothing to help. You have been an absolute thorn in my side! "I'm so sorry you feel this way" is such an outdated and terrible response from a marketing point of view btw.
