    Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

    Impossible to arrange a house move with @virginmedia ! So far website doesn't work. So they tell you to use the contact us chat, which I've sat on for over 4 hours without a response. I've also tried calling, so far more than 3 hours no response or cut off 😡 #poorservice

    Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

    @virginmedia I'm currently using a WiFi service but that's a BT Openzone one as I'm in the town centre, so it's not the devices that are faulty, I think it's via ethernet connection, although I'm not 100% as I'm not the best with this stuff

    @El_Emiratis @virginmedia I’ve never come across any company as bad. I reported the issue on day one in feb and still no resolve. I’ve sent to 3rd party review and heard nothing from them either so might have to be ombudsmen next. Shocking customer service from @virginmedia

    @virginmedia … and lay a new cable. So the proposed solution by the engineer is that we take out a contract with another provider in the meantime to make sure I can continue to work from home. Your engineer this morning was not at fault but this demonstrates incredible incompetence…
