    @virginmedia So Internet on and off for a week! No phones working, no xbox, no laptop!! And the customer service assistant SIGHED!! More than once!! Not Happy! Have to wait until Wednesday now for a technician!! Leaving as soon as contract is up. Thanks!!

    @Steph_Doyle @virginmedia I've heard this a lot with Virgin. My suggestion would be to ring the number (or press the number for the option) for purchasing Virgin Broadband instead. I bet you'll get through 10x quicker. From there, you can instruct them to help you as necessary.
