Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

@virginmedia Im trying not work so can’t call. I’ve already run all the diagnostic checks the site tells me to do. I’ve rebooted the hub and as I already said at least 6 other people are having the exact same issue as me so unless everyones hub failed at once it’s likely the issue is signals

@virginmedia It's around the BB1 area of Blackburn that it's really bad all the time, it's so bad my bus pass won't load on my phone, no network etc, 8 mile walk if they won't let me on.
