I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours, the time has since changed and is currently at 8pm this evening. I work from home so need my internet back up and running before Monday morning. This is disgraceful

I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together
