Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

Once again @virginmedia tried to ring you but your customer care is shocking. I know of over 100 people plus in the Bolton area with continuing pixelating on ur TV Service which means you cannot watch TV! This needs sorting ASAP! Shocking service and unacceptable with what I pay!

@virginmedia I’ve checked my emails but unfortunately not. I may have a paper copy at home. Although, customer service informed me my final bill was about £68 and confirmed that this was paid. This debt relates to a charge of £218.
