    Oh my god @virginmedia you installed our super fast 500mg broadband this week and since then we have had HALF the download we had before. You are impossible to reach by phone. Been on hold for over an hour to be cut off. Today zero internet. Sort it out or we cancel. #hopeless

    @virginmedia what's the point in sending a letter stating if yr service hasn't resumed by 5pm ring this number. When they shut at 5pm. Poor service again from virgin media. Nearly 8pm and still no tele or broadband. What a joke of a company.

    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    @virginmedia Your ‘efforts at customer service’ don’t appear to be working since I’ve not had a reply to my last tweet or Facebook message. But I am nothing if not persistent so I WILL keep trying until someone at virgin takes responsibility for offering some customer service #virginmedia

    Thanks EE. Do you do home broadband cos @virginmedia are shockingly bad and has the WORST #customerservice I’ve had the misfortune to experience. #jobsworths apparently the machine Einstein “won’t let them” send out an engineer to fix the prob they caused.

    @virginmedia Trip haziest outside my house cables running to next door which were supposed to be temporary, unstable service, rattling router, some of these issues have been resolved. Others haven’t. I’ve asked for final response but no one will talk to me about this.

    @virginmedia Thanks. I’m doing online checks at the moment. There are no problems in the area according to your checks. Just seems to happen a lot. It’s very frustrating and trying to speak to someone takes forever.

    @IanSlaterPhoto1 @libertygal72 Nope, the bank issue you a new PIN, it's not the same as knowing what your old PIN was. The issue isn't do much the post, it's storing passwords in plain text which @virginmedia have repeatedly claimed they don't do.

    @virginmedia But it keeps happening time after time and it is so difficult to get through to a human being (someone in a call centre in India) & when you do there’s no explanation of why it keeps happening. I run two small businesses and am reliant on a god quality reliable internet service.

    @virginmedia It is affecting both. It drops out completely. Its not at high useage times only either. It drops out even when no devices are in use eg 5am. It is just not up to the job, we need wifi that is reliable and doesnt constanly let us down. So frustrating

    @virginmedia Most of the time it says service is fine but I don’t have internet at that point so I can’t see how it is. Simple your service is shocking so what are my steps? Why do I have to work with the app when you have experts who should investigate.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service from @virginmedia. First of all they disconnected our internet on the wrong day and after 2 hours in the phone to them yesterday, I was told that a manger would ring back today before 1pm and guess what...NO PHONE CALL! Appalling!

    @virginmedia Technical issue wise I’ve got 5 channels that are pixilated/ broke up unwatchable - rebooted over and over, left the box off for a bit, changed cables but no fix.
