@virginmedia Still on the phone. Just found out the eng that was supposed to come today to fixed the frayed cables outside was a no show. Also all my smart lights have stopped working meaning the local network (not broadband) has gone down. Finally you’ve agreed to issue a deadlock letter.

@virginmedia Take this morning for example. You could have checked on previous interactions. But because you couldn’t be bothered, I’ve had to explain again. So. Take that as another example of how poor both your customer service team are and you, individually..

@virginmedia presenting barriers to cancelling after contract has expired! Appropriate notice provided. On hold for 40 minutes to get through told to call back! Barriers to cancelling, especially where a customer could be financially vulnerable is wrong! Great business practices

@virginmedia Advice was for service to work you need to sit within 5 metres of router with no walls……in a 5 bed house the 6 of us have to sit in the same room?? Really??

@virginmedia FFS, read the tweets rather than just asking standard questions. I’ve reported it, I’ve had engineers, I’m logging it. The only thing you do is send me bills and acknowledge you have a problem. For months now this remains the typical #VirginMedia service. #FAIL

Ade Hartland

@virginmedia According to that then, 7 days no service - 2 days ? = 5 days @£8.40 = £42 I appreciate things can’t work perfectly 100% of the time but if you’re paying for a service that’s not working, surely there should be a refund.

@virginmedia Yes, I recently made changes to my contract and was advised these would bring down the monthly bill. However, that has not been the case.
