@virginmedia Had to wait on phone for 1 hour tonight to get the rudest support ever, I had to hang up on her, seriously garbage hub 3 for gaming, I need to quit @virginmedia get an internet that supports console gaming, unlike this crap.👎👎

@virginmedia Hi! Follow-up to my prob yesterday, Housemove has been delayed, VM discon 16/09, I've now asked for 1 final mnth. >1hr on phone with 3x outbound call centres yesterday; still not clear if 1) Service will be Reactivated today & 2) will be for one month, not 12/24. Ta!

@virginmedia Absolute lag every game every night, and it's getting worse, I tried to explain to the support lady on my PC I get 350mbps on my console I get 600mbps something not right there, it took me 1 hour to get through to support on the phone and I'm not being spoken to like that!!!

@virginmedia your customer service is abysmal. I am fed up of chatting to a robot or someone in india repeatedly asking me the same questions and getting absolutely nowhere. 3 engineer visits, many phonecalls, online chats (some not even answered) and still got nowhere.

@virginmedia Virgin generously said if I pay nearly £150 I can leave! I declined.. although i would have the £2 offered as compensation but I think I'll spend that on half a starbucks. I'll wait till my contract is up & im free. sky from what i can gather will be gaining shit loads of peeps!

@virginmedia It's pretty much a long story so would be better to talk. New customer on the pay nothing for 3 months deal. My dad was taken seriously ill and given a month to live. I asked to cancel in cooling off period. Emailed, tried to call. Spoke to Rashid the guy on my doorstep. Nothing.

@virginmedia I asked Rashid to cancel for me he said he would delay. He didn't. I haven't installed or used and in no state due to a bereavement to sort this out. Even your no reply email service replied to me so I have a date. Don't think I have signed a DD agreement or the contract.

@virginmedia VERY happy customer for eight years, only disconnecting as not available and new address but the last 24hrs have been a nightmare. The offshore call centres simply seem to have no facility to understand something like this which is off script. 1/2

@virginmedia If I run diagnostics via the website it says no issues detected. I called 4th June to be told because there was an area issue no diagnostics could be run until after 10th June when that should be fixed. I called today, the call handler apparently did some testing 2/
