    @virginmedia Hi, for the 2nd time it appears you’re trying to charge me for a call out when I wasn’t supposed to be charged, I’ve already called once about this and was told it was corrected but it’s happened again? I’ve had to cancel my DD until sorted as due to come out 2morrow

    @virginmedia my broadband was “delivered” today by Yodel but the package is no where to be seen and wasn’t attempted (I’ve been in all day waiting). I can’t get any help from them, please help!! 😭

    @virginmedia I’ve just connected a new router for faster speeds and it isn’t working. I’ve called up and your customer services person who told me contradictory information, put me on hold and then hung up on me.

    Good start to the day with @virginmedia informing me my monthly bill is increasing by £15/month and I have until the 17th of April to decide on my options. That is £180 annually. Having been firstly a Nynex customer and a Virgin customer since the takeover think it may be time

    @virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

    I have virgin media but they don’t have a Customer service that you can speak to. Or email I’ve had a problem for over a month since an engineer messed about in the box in the street. Picture on tv keeps pixilated.

    @virginmedia No it’s not, and it has now transpired that your customer services agent told me a direct lie that there was a fault in my area when there is not. Someone else has now booked an engineer to come out - next Wednesday. I can’t even have my heating on as that’s controlled vía wifi

    A man in his 40s has died after being struck by his van near Luke’s Bridge in Gortnaleck, Grange, Co Sligo. The collision happened at around 3.55pm yesterday (Saturday). Gardaí said the incident involved “a van and a pedestrian, the owner of the vehicle”. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and Gardai are appealing for witnesses.  More on Virgin Media PLAY.

    @virginmedia @_JIMBO55 You still have not got it ! A customer has problems with your service who has messaged, emailed and called VM but you still have not dealt with their issues. Take your out of date equipment out of my home and I will move on to a better provider. For an 82 year old unacceptable.
