Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@virginmedia Tbh I'm getting tired of calling in. I keep getting told that the issue will be fixed by 10am the next day - and it does get fixed - but it's back down again by 10:30pm the same evening. This is the third day on the trot now. I work from home and need my internet to work.
