    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

That has a status information page, which will tell you if someone else has already reported it, and a report a problem button if they haven’t. We have very few tv channels at the moment, but the status is aware and says they should fix it by 15:00

    @MyNwo @andy_ambrose59 @virginmedia Prior to my issue on a direct connection to router, not wifi, my speeds were on average 550 consistently. In the last 3 weeks I have barely been getting 10% of that speed. Technical help said its the router that they dont have in stock

    @virginmedia @shazcow55 Instead of the copy and paste answer why not tell us what the issue is and what is being done about it. Not the "our engineers are working hard to fix the issue" how do we know that they are not all sat round drinking tea.
