    @nrgloz @virginmedia Your paying 75% of what we are for 35% of the d/speed there. Neighbour has just switched to Brsk - it’s full #fttp so 1Gb both up/down rather than the 52Mb UL Virgin offer via DOCSIS. £40pm

    @PowerBoar @virginmedia @virginhelp they are as bad unfortunately just changed shape … still same poor up to 20wifi devices connection. and they giving customers their hubs they received from others who returned them regardless faulty or not … it’s terrible 😣

    Wow @virginmedia your services have gone off thu no fault of mine yet I have to wait 6 days for you to fix your faulty equipment!! Cancellation pending due to total lack of customer service! I have been a customer since day one and never have I exp such a lack of cust care

    @virginmedia I looked and that says it’s from the day I registered the total loss of service which was yesterday but really it should be from Friday afternoon when I did the online chat. If I DM you can you check?

    @virginmedia I’ve just connected a new router for faster speeds and it isn’t working. I’ve called up and your customer services person who told me contradictory information, put me on hold and then hung up on me.

    @Ofcom calling cisas Monday as virgin media holding me in a contract for broadband that hasn't worked properly for 2 years and last 2 months unusable online ,engineers don't turn up sometimes and when do ,say we don't know what to do and leave ,promise work never done

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads

    @virginmedia What with the losing channels right left and center, pass few months seen about 5-6 channels, latest one That's TV, price up, channels down, what are you replacing them with, Rewind would be a good one to start with.

Condolences don't cut it when all thats needed is for your numpty call centre staff to have the ability to deal sensitively with the issue. They clearly see your clients as admin not human beings.
