    @virginmedia going from bad to worse, trouble with new Hub 4, now tried for two days to get engineer to attend and sort out the faulty phone line for an elderly. & vulnerable relative, appallingly bad customer service, all they do is blame Covid. They are a complete disgrace!

    @virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

    @virginmedia Hi thanks for trying to help, much appreciated. As you suggested I downloaded the Virgin Connect App but that relates just to Hub 3 not the latest Hub 4 that we have now been given. All Ok now though with the exception of the Teckin WI-FI plugs which will not connect?

    @virginmedia within the last hour I've had three phone calls claiming to be from Virgin Media technical support saying there's a problem with our internet speed. Each time when I respond I will ring VM direct on 150 they hang up. I'm ex-directory have you been hacked?

    @virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

    @virginmedia It’s a hub 3, the green WiFi light is flashing on and off... it speed and it actual connections ... devices that had no problem connecting when were on 100mb ... upgraded paying 30% more for 200mb and the connectivity around the house is shocking ... 😓

    Hi @virginmedia I am paying for the gig1 fibre broadband package and have been getting ridiculusly slow speeds cut in half the past few days and around 0.2mb upload speeds making it impossible for me to work. The website says that everything is fine. Any advice would be great

    @virginmedia Back up yesterday thanks - although intermittent today. Have rebooted & checked for known issues. Local social media in area also reporting poor WiFi. Would just like a consistent service please!
