@virginmedia Just finished a phone call. No engineer until tomorrow which leaves my vulnerable mum without a phone. Completely unacceptable service. Spoke to a manager who wouldn't allow me to take this further.

@virginmedia It was affecting the wireless connection on and off for over 6 hrs to the point where I switched wifi off on my phone! I'll not hold my breath for today but I'll certainly be in touch if this problem Carrie's on today!

@virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

@virginmedia But the package I have is old now it doesn't exist. I don't have HD channel for itv2. And pay so much basic phone line and Internet so pay over odds. Price increases on an outdated package. You think 10 years as a customer I could upgrade my package to a current TV one

@virginmedia have made me feel really unimportant. They’ve advertised their 360 box (perfect for my new UHD tv) for new customers but not me? I have every single tv channel, phone, a mobile and 200mbps broadband through them. My contract ends in May. @skytv can you help?
