@christop_hall @virginmedia Yes. Had Virgin cable TV for a number of years and enjoyed it but costs kept rising. When I reduced services the cost went up! So decided to cancel and just do Freeview. Then the real "leaving problems" began. Nightmare. Never regretted going though and Freeview is fine.

@virginmedia Calling virgin media over 5 times, being made to wait in a queue, then promised to send me a remote but never do. I called in October 2022 it is now February 2023. One operator even said I have the basic package and that is why they are not obliged to send out the remote!! ….
