@virginmedia Will they help if the Wi-Fi is working at the time I call? Because my issue is that when it is working, your advisors consider their work done despite telling them that it usually doesn’t last. And invariable, it doesn’t.

@virginmedia Maybe it's just premiers that I can't watch, The Bride, The Running Man etc.... I can watch older stuff. That's poor form!

@virginmedia You say you have identified the problem & an engineer is on their way, but shocking nothing has been fixed it fixed date went from the 18th to 20th to 26 to the 21th then to 26th to 29th and now its the 5th. I'm paying for 1 Gig and get 40mb.

  • MacTech2023
    Simon's Mac Tech 2026 (@MacTech2023) reported

@PeteUK7 @virginmedia All calls are recorded so a complaint would be upheld if any of th things people are saying is actually true.

  • ProfChocCaXe
    ProfessorChocolateCaXe (@ProfChocCaXe) reported

@PeteUK7 @olivetreedogs @virginmedia You believe in a fake "disease" with an almost 100% survival rate, the microscopic number of people who DID die had serious underlying health conditions anyway (notable example: George Floyd), that had "no symptoms" list as a symptom but you would still get anyway even if you were vaccinated from people who weren't vaccinated and was so "dangerous" that the entire economy had to shut down and everyone would be forced to stay at home unless they were out rioting for BLM.

  • katie4249
    Catherine 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧 (@katie4249) reported

@virginmedia Internet down in PA2 again. Third time in two weeks !

  • freeITstafford
    Free I.T. Stafford (@freeITstafford) reported

@JamieGBarry @virginmedia I tried that trick, and they told me my address will be stored and I'll always be classed as "existing" even if I moved provider then came back, so I would never be eligible for a "new customer" deal. The only way to be a "new customer" is to move house and recontract.

  • PeteDomican
    Pete Domican (@PeteDomican) reported

@Grumpus04164070 @PeteUK7 @virginmedia After my father died, one company said ‘we’ll keep his customer account on file, in case he wants to reopen his account’.
