@virginmedia The thing is that for nearly 24 hours the "engineer was on their way" so they were probably still having coffee when we thought (and been told by VM on twitter) that the issue was getting fixed. You are just here to BS your customers aren't you? The evidence seems like it.

@virginmedia Now close to 30 hours without service and the hotspot keeps cutting out. Impacting my work immensely, the time to fix is still 21:00 due to 'damage caused to fibre cables'. This weekend might have to work to catch-up at this rate and it going be so hot! How accurate is this fix?
