Try to log in, and that isn’t working either!!!!! What the hell is going on. I moved from sky to get away from this, and not it happened again

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for over 10yrs. I am absolutely livid with Virgin I need to upgrade by broadband. I was offered an upgrade but keep my old tv boxes and pay an installation fee. As a new customer I would get new equipment and no fee. Where is the loyalty?
