    @virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

    .@virginmedia 6 days after I raised this & commitments from 3 different reps, no one has fixed this issue or got back to me. My elderly, vulnerable parents remain without a landline or internet because of YOUR error. Your inaction is making a bad situation terrifying for them.

    @virginmedia So my question is,how can you not fix a simple delivery system,that’s broken in a week? Why is it that your staffs go to solution to any problem is to cancel and re-order (on my 4th contract now)? Why can I not pick a device up? Why does every resolution take 3-5 working days?

    @virginmedia As I said before: I don't think so. Why when you supposedly have a Customer Service dept am I the one making all the enquiries? VM email today said they'll look into my complaint within 28 days. I'll probably be with BT before then.

    @virginmedia And lo and behold,come the 18th and I still have no tracking number. By this time, it was beyond surreal.I contacted your team again and they’ve decided to cancel the order again!!And have promised to send an engineer in to install my TV,just to ensure that the device is deliverd

    @virginmedia - no internet for 2 days - you advise your working on network - works for 6 hours on third day then stops - you advise it’s my hub - technician booked for 8-12 - 15mins later you text advising technician booked 4-7 - come on guys, it’s not good enough!
