    @virginmedia Nothing shows up which clearly shows me that then every time I’ve called and been told it’s definitely been escalated nothing has been logged at all - I’ve spoken to at least 4 representatives since january which is when most recent complaint raised

    @virginmedia Yes, and it is a different issue every time. How, in a capital city, is this happening everyday, with your engineers unable to do anything to improve the situation. …and what about that refund, as we are paying for internet which we are not getting?
