    @virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

    @virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

    @Baileysbear @virginmedia My internet has been in the KB’s for several days now. Have just been speaking to some clown via chat, who sent me a link to the main VM website. KNOWING it’s down. The hub is faulty! I’ve been with virgin for 7 yrs now I think. Can’t call either! ******* Disgraceful!!
