@virginmedia yet another broadband install cancelled at the last minute. Spent 10’s of hours trying to speak to somebody and today I was assured that the service would be connected. Despicable company. Blame COVID all you like, but you’re just completely useless. OFCOM claim!!

Oh @virginmedia yesterday I upgraded my broadband speed for the kids & I to WFH effectively (double what it was) & sure enuff it’s now not working at all 😡 & been on hold 20 mins plus to a special tech line you bundled in for me ... kids next lesson in 10 mins!

@RabnawazA @virginmedia Yes my partners zoom meetings crash even though we got a 300 Mb line the Wi-Fi signal is not that great and we got boosters what we tend to do is use mobile data for the rest of us but we are in the fortunate situation that we can

@virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

Been on hold to Virgin Media for over 30 mins. Internet has been so intermittent for months and this week is the worst I've ever known it. Impossible for me to WFH with it like this. Missing deadlines and not able to speak to service users. Beyond frustrating.

@virginmedia For months and months on end my WiFi has been in and out like the hokey bloody cokey. I've downloaded the signal check app and it tells me signal is great when it's clearly not. Trying my best to work from home but this is causing me unwelcome stress.

@virginmedia I’ve got 3 separate issues! Nobody cares, I can’t use live chat coz that Isn’t working either! I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

@virginmedia Yep. Checked all that, used the app and it says everything is great. I called the customer service line yesterday and it said it needed to send something down the line but nothing happened.

@virginmedia had an email stating increased price on Netflix. I selected to change the package to a lower price option and you just cancelled my subscription! I have also endured 5 minutes of automated messages to be then greeted with ‘sorry we are closed!’ Jokers. Just fix it.

@virginmedia Team have been useless, and when cold calling virgin media team called the other day trying to sell stuff when I advised that we weren't interested until you fix the issue she hung up. Refuse to upgrade us to a hub 4 & keep using second hand hub 3s which are garbage products.

@virginmedia At this point it could be either and/or both. It takes hours to get in touch with anyone and then I just get cut off or disconnected from chat. No one has a whole day to spend trying to get in touch with you. Your customer service is TERRIBLE.

@premierinn I just canceled an upcoming stay of 9 nights because your Wi-Fi is so abominable. Your corporate decision to outsource connectivity to @VirginMedia was a poor one, esp. considering how little responsibility on-site staff has.
