    @virginmedia I have tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human however the automated rubbish doesn’t let me get there. It just tells me there is a problem that you are trying to fix. Clearly I am aware there is a problem and has been for sometime I have done all usual diagnostics my end

    @virginmedia We have been experiencing issues with our hub. We often lose connection and then the connection is not very strong at all when connected. This has been happening for a couple of weeks. Please advise further.

    @virginmedia Estimated fix time, it’s been going on for 4+ weeks and yes that is the number I am calling. It reset everything and did tests and currently running HOWEVER the next drop will be 5pmish as per the norm. It last went off at 14:53. I need a human being & cant speak to one

    @MotoNutJob @virginmedia Should be that if your provider can’t fix the problem within 24hrs you should be allowed to terminate the contract at no cost to yourself & they must give you a Uk contact number because the Bombay warriors are F..kg useless at sorting a problem

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria First time I used the box upstairs in the bedroom it wouldn't download the software , the wifi from the router is awful everything drops out, if I'm honest the service is terrible, got sold virgin at my front door hyping it up and its poo

    @virginmedia Restarted twice, no problems with Internet at all. It started randomly on Monday night I thought it was going down but no it's like its telling me Internet is working but no thanks. Router is stuck where it is next to TV don't want flashing x

    Service from @virginmedia is disgusting for existing customers! Dial 150 hold for 20mins someone answers but can hardly speak English then hang up when I ask for a new deal #customerservice try calling back & it’s busy so “sorry can’t help today call tomorrow 8am some of us work!

    @virginmedia @davekeenandev Also down in PA11 and getting an "all clear" from the phone line 0800 561 0061 and myvirginmedia. myVM gives an all clear. Showing the flashing-red-phone error on the hub. Rebooted my hub three times. Still not working - for about an hour.

    Took time out today to sort some issues with @VirginMediaIE and @AskAIB customer support. I called AIB and went on live chat to Virgin. 53 mins and counting waiting on AIB and 1 hour 25 mins and counting waiting on Virgin Media. Is this the norm? It's frustrating.
