@virginmedia Estimated fix time, it’s been going on for 4+ weeks and yes that is the number I am calling. It reset everything and did tests and currently running HOWEVER the next drop will be 5pmish as per the norm. It last went off at 14:53. I need a human being & cant speak to one

@MotoNutJob @virginmedia Should be that if your provider can’t fix the problem within 24hrs you should be allowed to terminate the contract at no cost to yourself & they must give you a Uk contact number because the Bombay warriors are F..kg useless at sorting a problem

Took time out today to sort some issues with @VirginMediaIE and @AskAIB customer support. I called AIB and went on live chat to Virgin. 53 mins and counting waiting on AIB and 1 hour 25 mins and counting waiting on Virgin Media. Is this the norm? It's frustrating.
