@v @virginmedia Internet issue has been open since August and it’s been a comedy of errors. Several engineers have been round each setting off a chain of farcical call-outs. Clowns! Each time I get sent a survey that is designed to get the feedback they want. Not good enough!

@virginmedia unhappy I have to wait until next Thursday for someone to come fix 2 of my 3 tv boxes because of the outage they had on Thursday just gone. Customer service is not very good and nobody seems to listen given the amount of calls I made to them . Not happy

@virginmedia That's not my query. It's the ridiculous scripted reply by letter to my complaint. Going to ombudsman as that is not how you handle a complaint. Sky will have a new customer when my contract is up!

@virginmedia you need to get your call centre staff to explain things properly. I downgraded due to financial and health and wasn't told it's yet another month in front even thought I will lose that part of the service in 2 days. Absolutely raging.
