@virginmedia It's pretty annoying to phone support, wait 30 minutes to get through, then listen to someone who only knows the basics, reboot, pinhole in the back of the router, plus we can't understand each other. No point in calling support, my contract finishes soon, I look forward to that.

@virginmedia I know there is more to think about at the moment, but, my upload speed was down to 2.6meg and it fluctuates around 2meg to 6 it was 25meg last week is it something you are doing, I have reset everything many times but it makes no difference.

@VirginAtlantic Thank you! You are the only people I can get a reply from! @richardbranson & Virgin can do customer service, while @ExpediaUK @Expedia won’t reply to any social media or phones. It’s like you are sat with your fingers in your ears trying not to listen and hope this all goes away

@virginmedia after 23 year and 20 months of being a cable customer in various names I have just cancelled my subscription. You are offering new customers some very good deals yet I am not allowed them. I know your broadband is quicker but I don't need it.

@virginmedia honestly has the worst customer service. Mobile sim hasn't been working since August 2021 - they offered £100 compensation, but haven't heard from them since. Internet has been awful for the last 4 weeks. Multiple emails and calls, all ignored. #VirginMedia

Well once again @virginmedia have done nothing promised to refund me the £500+ they had been taking out of our account over a year ago. They have admitted liability and on countless occasions stated that a cheque is in the post only for it not to arrive. Unacceptable service!

@virginmedia Honestly I’m fed up with the whole setup, if you can contact me why can’t someone who can fix it, you know I’ve been with VM over 20 years, and if I changed they would probably set it up quicker than VM is taking anti fix it, my bill was took off today £132 for a bad service 😡

@virginmedia is the worst help I’ve ever received. I contacted them on the 14th October to say I needed a longer coax cable. 5 conversations later and promises of when delivery will be and GUESS WHAT still no cable!! Even though one was on a 72 hour delivery! JOKE
