@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

@virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

@virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

@virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

I cut off the DD for Virgin Media broadband over a year ago while it was still in the cheap opening offer year because they kept cutting off, sometimes a whole day at a time & had terrible customer service. I moved to BT & haven't had a problem sine. Now I'm #FasterCloser
