    @virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

    .@virginmedia 6 days after I raised this & commitments from 3 different reps, no one has fixed this issue or got back to me. My elderly, vulnerable parents remain without a landline or internet because of YOUR error. Your inaction is making a bad situation terrifying for them.

    @virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

    @talk2stfu @virginmedia They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with so I sympathise. They keep closing my complaints without resolution or contact. I have asked over 10 times for a deadlock letter and they just close the complaint. There is absolutely no escalation process.
