@virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

@virginmedia And in the same lockdown, my Virgin Home broadband was mysteriously cancelled/disconnected. Nobody could tell me why and I had to jump through hoops to become a new customer after more than 15 years with Virgin.
