    @virginmedia No advice at all! There is a network issue in the area, was initially told would be sorted early/mid Nov, now told Dec 6th. Completely misled by call centre who said new router would be sent out and now no history of order placed! Waiting to see refund on bill, no sign yet!

    @virginmedia Hi team, I checked and no issues in my area and I also ran the kit test via the MVM app and no network issues found. The connection doesn’t seem to the issue, it is the lack of bandwidth.
