    @virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

    @virginmedia finally after 1:10 mins on the phone. We have a possible resolution. Whilst the tech on the line was very apologetic and helpful, the waiting, lack of response and overall service is appalling.

    @virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

    @virginmedia @CarersUK I did already. They just tell me the same thing. To reset router and it does fix it for about an hour. And if I call if there's no issue there and then , they don't care

    @virginmedia Called 3 times, 1. Only new customers get discounts. £72 is the best I can do 🤬 2. £64 is best I can do, I've spoken manager, take it or leave it. I won't hold it for you.🤬 3. £60 and double my broadband speed 👍 apparently not all advisors get discounts 🤬 WTF IS GOING ON🤬🤬

    @virginmedia for the last week our wireless broadband has been terrible for stability & speed, dropping out and needing to be reset 3-4 times a day. How do I request a new hub or engineer visit? The website ‘help’ just sends me in a loop of fixes I’ve already done

    @virginmedia Terrible and we had no internet ....AGAIN for most of the morning. I'm a technophobe and finding it difficult to respond to texts and prompts. All we want is a reliable service. If it's US could you please arrange for an engineer to visit? Ta.

    And so it seems the Tranent Festival of Roadworks has broken the Virgin Media cables. No broadband or TV. If I never see SGN or Scottish Water roadworks again it won’t be a moment too soon.
