    @virginmedia I raised a complaint and the response was due to the package I was put on the PS4 wasn’t available. I just can’t understand how it’s now my fault I specified I wanted the PS4 it was the main reason for signing up.

    @virginmedia @Whats_UpWithU Virgin arent sorry Parry they are just arse holes who over sell their service, and these customer service on here have had months to sort out issues, but they told their service is acceptable however the trading standards dont agree and I’m preparing to sue them for fraud
