    @virginmedia Yes, tried last night and your service status page was actually down. Today I checked and it showed no issues, I run the diagnostic and no issues either. Came back up late this afternoon.

    @virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

    @MartinSLewis I'm not sure if you can help me but here goes , in August I ended my contract with @virginmedia & to cut a long story short they still owe me £87 .+ They sent me a cheque in my maiden name so I returned it with a second copy of my marriage cert same as in 2015 1.

    @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

    @virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

    @virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

    Don’t ever get Virgin Media internet/WIFI it’s SO garbage & keeps going off especially when your watching something WTF & apparently it’s the most up to date & according to them it’s the best NO it’s not plus it’s expensive for being SO c**p 🤬💷😤

    @virginmedia Wifi broadband and wired both down. I ran tests everything shows “working” fine and my router is fine but it’s not nothing has worked since 3am not getting any help or anything tired of this roundabout

    @virginmedia @VioletaT_ Policy means that as long as service is active for a few minutes every 2 days they consider that acceptable! 15 minutes a month. We had 4 cuts last month over 5 days and no comp! Add to this their engineers have an incentive to report it as fixed when it is not. Remedy reset!

    @virginmedia Fuming. Been on the phone to customer service an hour & a half. Being passed from pillar to post. "We're running checks" *************** if you ask me. In the meantime my mobile bill is going through the roof. Im going elsewhere now. Worst customer service I know.
