@virginmedia No that’s the problem nobody can tell me!! It’s 103 days since my services were switched off( after my 30days notice) 16th February my services were switched off. I just keep being told that numerous requests have been made to send my refund cheque!

@virginmedia Ring the no you gave me. Passsed on to Krishia. Told me cheque has been requested but doesn’t know why never been sent. Asked me to wait 7days and she will ring me back to see If I have received it. So no further forward!! Such a Dire Company!!

@virginmedia The current issue has been resolved but the signal has been on and off for weeks now, horrendous especially when it forces me to not be able to work from home and have to travel 30 miles to the office. Seriously considering a change of provider after lockdown is over.

@EmmettGraham @virginmedia I actually took the option of “Are You Thinking Of Leaving Us” earlier. I was answered quite quickly, but nothing was resolved. I was, as usual transferred to somebody else and then on hold for 10mins. Still nothing resolved with my issue, Good Luck to you.
