    @virginmedia No advice at all! There is a network issue in the area, was initially told would be sorted early/mid Nov, now told Dec 6th. Completely misled by call centre who said new router would be sent out and now no history of order placed! Waiting to see refund on bill, no sign yet!

    AWFUL SERVICE. Wrote to @virginmedia about my mobile; no response so rang 789 who cut me off 3 times as they couldn't put me through to that office in Swansea. Direct number online was wrong. On 4th call logged complaint; they to ring me back in 3 days. Not holding my breath.

    @virginmedia I need some technical help as my equipment is faulty. Tried all the resets and followed advise but box keeps going into standby. Also not been loading any tv planner or what’s up next for weeks. The box is over 7 years old. Think a technician would be helpful

    @virginmedia disappointed in the service received. got broadband installed and the outside cabling from the exchange is an absolute disgrace... cable exposed, running over fences at head height, no conduit protection. Numerous attempts to contact to fix and nothing.

    @virginmedia yes daughter did spend quite a while on the VOIP phone that is on the router last night, the customer service rep did end up asking to press the reset (I said the phone will go off) she asked are you sure to reset, yes, phone went off and nobody owned up to the call-rubbish staff

You are paid for a service and have duty to inform customers so they can make alternative arrangements.

    @virginmedia my broadband dropped about 20 minutes ago. I am in the GU21 area. Are there known issues? Nothing on the status page. I work from home so this is quite an issue. Have done all usual checks and rebooted just got green flashing light
