    @putasinghonit @virginmedia Reminds me of when Vodafone sold my mum an iPhone for me on the promise it had good coverage in our area and upon discovering the signal was appalling the guy on the other side of the phone said “well you won’t live in that house forever”.     @virginmedia I was waiting for an arranged pick up that hasn't happened on Friday. Now sent back via Collect+ as I don't want to get charged, as you let me down on collection. Happy chat, as getting emails complaining I haven't returned it... And will be charged

    @virginmedia no TV or internet all day. Even my phone internet been playing up, hardly had that as I'm on 02, which you are partnered with. 10am tomorrow it says to be fixed now, no other updates on the issue or help. Very poor.

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @virginmedia internet has been so so poor the past few weeks. No good when you use streaming channels for TV viewing, constantly cutting out for 10 minutes at a time, pay enough for it too!

    @virginmedia We desperately need Virgin to check the fibre lines and the cabinet that my whole street is connected to. We ALL have this problem, and it’s seeming to go completely ignored by the Virgin Media team that is in charge of my area. It’s appalling and disappointing.
