    @virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

    @virginmedia That doesn't tell me anything. Just that the engineers ".. are working hard to fix it....." The service has been down since 7 last night. And no idea when it will be fixed. With zero redress after 4 incidents in a little over a week. Poor.

    @johntweedie @frednfrank I've switched the router to Modem to get the signal to the 2nd floor loft. Allied to the self installed mesh network, that works well. The signal isn't now the issue. Being without services from @virginmedia 3 times in just over a week, is.

    Dear @virginmedia please stop lying to your customers. Constant reboots are nothing to do with where my box has been placed for the last 10 years, and no matter how many times I unplug the cable and wait 50mins for customer services to answer you keep repeating the lies.

    @virginmedia TV,2 tablets and 2 phones. I spent nearly an hour talking to disney help centre and they said it must be Internet provider as its working on data. They asked if I had IPV6 and to make sure my IP address was static as that could cause issues.

    @virginmedia Yes I can expand, your website claims that there are no issues with Broadband but the Internet is covered by people having the same issues in the same area as me with no Broadband.
