    @virginmedia Already reported the broadband issues, and it's an issue where estimated fix times keep getting pushed back. With regards to mobile issues, this has been around the same length of time. The only way I've been able to get any connection at all is by switching to 3G

    @virginmedia Yeah I've seen that already thanks, but it's not going to help the kids with accessing homework online. no I am not on a B account as of yet as I have only just started out in the last week 😑 but even if I was on a B account it would still be off so doesn't make any difference

    @virginmedia Hi. Is there a difference between cat 5E & cat6 & cat7 ethernet performance wise on your network 🤔. I'm using cat 6 ethernet from my hub 3.0 to your provided powerline booster . Then from powerline booster to my V6 box. I'm using cat7 ethernet from hub 3.0 to V6 🤔

    @virginmedia useless we are trying to cancel and for past 2 weeks now since we have moved home. We have been pushed from pillar to post, been laughed at by customer service. Since we moved we have we've been promised someone will come and sort it.

    I have virgin media but they don’t have a Customer service that you can speak to. Or email I’ve had a problem for over a month since an engineer messed about in the box in the street. Picture on tv keeps pixilated.

    @virginmedia please sort out the issues with the WiFi, Internet, broadband or whatever the term us these days. It is constantly slow or not working. Having to use mobile data is not an effective substitute for the service I am paying for.

    @virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

    @virginmedia No as you person on 150 said you do not have a customer service that I could talk too. Your engineer said it was a fault at the box in street so I don’t know when it is fixed. But it’s not improve in the last month

    @virginmedia No, that's not possible as the yoga device does not have wired port. The WiFi just needs sorting out. Its been terrible for weeks @virginmedia

    Not very often I say good things about @virginmedia but todays service was excellent. Peter sorted out Wi-fi problem, wavered the set up fee, and arranged a new hub after lots of line tests. Thank you. (But will have no service for 6 days in all.🙄 Refund?)

    With the intro of new dedicated Gigabit lines in my street I can't wait to switch over and leave Virgin Media for good. 3x internet has gone down this week and I just called VM. The systems there are down and gotta call back in 3hrs..... useless

    @bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

    @virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

    @virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

    @virginmedia Thanks for that, on trying to log back in I am told someone else is logged into the settings page and only one log in at a time. How long will it be before it lets me back in? (I am assuming this was my previous login.)

    @virginmedia I signed up with VM business and presumed as you are the same company it would be handled. Residential have continued charging me for a service they have not been providing.

    @virginmedia my sim only contract has finished and I can get over 2x more data for less than I pay currently with another provider but was told it couldn’t be matched because it was £1 over “approved” discount. It seems daft to lose a customer over £1…help!

    @virginmedia Channel 827 called Colors Rishtey UK has no audio. It's been happening for days. I've restarted the box and checked the cables. Audio is gone. No issues on other channels. TV and all other equipment working fine. What's happening? Can this be fixed?
