But I have not seen one engineer or van anywhere near the main port/box for Virgin to try and fix this since 0900 today. The time has just been going back and back allday

It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

With regards to mobile issues, this has been around the same length of time. The only way I've been able to get any connection at all is by switching to 3G

Had sales people knocking on the door ring doorbell showed one of them spitting at my front door. Called them to report it wasn't interested and told them to never come again still put flyers in the door.

Even Virgin media got handouts.
