@virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

@virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

@virginmedia DO NOT listen to their customers. Six times I have asked them to contact me after 6.00 pm only for their staff to ring me while I am in work and are really rude when I say its not convenient to talk. @virginmedia do one and stop harrassing me

1 week ago today, I signed up to @virginmedia as a new customer for the next 3 years. I purchased the iPhone 11 pro max. Was told it would be here Thursday. Ok, not the 24 hours I thought but could live with that. Thursday returned to sender. Online help was a waste of space

Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

Experience @virginmedia? Appalling! V. clearly outlined requirements were seemingly ignored by the difficult to understand phone operator. After sale discovered deal differed to what I thought agreed. After complaint, no solution was offered. I cancelled all. #badcustomerservice

@virginmedia This why my first tweet asked for router recommendations so I can disable my VM router's WiFi and user a secondary router to handle the WiFi since you are incapable of fixing this issue and I want to watch stream TV and have video calls without interruption.

@virginmedia Complaint ref C-280322937 Rang call centre last night to try resolve this. First advisor put me on hold to speak to her manager. Then said she was still waiting put me on hold again to then pass the buck on to another advisor. Who then took my details put me on hold & hung up.

@virginmedia Hello, it's wired and wireless devices. I don't seem to have much 4G or telephone reception either. I have turned everything off and on again and reset it as per instructions on the app. It's still not working.
