    @virginmedia I start watching movies on the sky store, then around 20-30 minutes in its says there's a connection issue and disconnects completely, not allowing me to get back on. It comes back on about 5 minutes later.

    @virginmedia It’s not broadband issues - it’s on my mobile phone, which is the only internet connection I have. They’ve given me a lot of conflicting information, randomly changing numbers in the settings then changing them back again a couple of days later. It’s still not working.

    The apps on Virgin Media's V6 box are dogshit. Beyond the terrible interface on them, the live match on Prime Video is a full 45 seconds behind the mobile and Xbox apps. I pay a small fortune to Virgin each month so I expect some basic quality control.

    @virginmedia Speeds are all over the place currently. Between 17 and 60 mbps over Ethernet and wifi. Should be up near the 350 mark. Service status and online tests reporting no issues. Really? Come on.
