@virginmedia receive a final account for £63 and that would be the end of things. The final account never arrived however the outstanding account has been passed to BPOB collections who bumped it up to £269.96. I have paid the account off, so sincerely hope that Mr Branson 1/3

@virginmedia I’m not bothered now we have left . The guy who answered the phone couldn’t be less interested . Every thing he was saying was on a card . He was very un professional and didn’t understand English fully . So he can’t be bothered to help I can’t be bothered .

@virginmedia what's the point in sending a letter stating if yr service hasn't resumed by 5pm ring this number. When they shut at 5pm. Poor service again from virgin media. Nearly 8pm and still no tele or broadband. What a joke of a company.

@virginmedia To reset our hubs. They advised me there are no known issues. The whole estate (ls27 ofl) has had 15 days of dropping out. As I write I am getting 2.3mbps through Wi-fi and 25 to 30 mbps through ethernet . I am paying for 200mbps.

@virginmedia @ffscout_az I don’t have issues with your service. I’m a BT customer. I have issues because your contractors cut through the fibre to my house. They owned up to it and logged a job with Openreach but I’m still waiting for a fix. Why aren’t you pulling the stops out to help?
