@virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

@virginmedia No as you person on 150 said you do not have a customer service that I could talk too. Your engineer said it was a fault at the box in street so I don’t know when it is fixed. But it’s not improve in the last month

@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

@bluecitygirl232 @virginmedia I had the same issue with them in December always down not reliable couldn’t WFH so binned them off went to BT and fingers crossed not had an issue to date

@bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

@virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work 😤

@virginmedia A manager can’t call us back for 24 hours and we have no sound on our TV, which we pay you A LOT of our hard earned money for. We aren’t available to take a call tomorrow as we are working. This isn’t acceptable at all. You cannot expect us to continue to pay, awful service.

@virginmedia It is the ethernet clip which needs replacing not the wire. All i am trying to ask is to arrange a visit so an engineer can also look black spots and grey areas where the signal is not too great. There are plenty of packet drops as well in router log file. Is that too difficult?

@virginmedia The install completed on 5th of August. SIM cut off on 5th September. Still not reconnected despite assurances it would take 3-5 days. Customer services not taking this seriously. No managers have called. No compensation. This month’s bill is £145 for a week cut off from mobile.

What is going on with @virginmedia ? Total blackout from 12.30 until 8.30am then again from 11.30am, still ongoing. We have issues quite regularly but generally just for an hour or 2. Think I'll be heading back to Sky once this contract comes to an end.
