Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service ๐

The virgin mobile service i had was moved to o2 and I cant hot-spot as they say a mast is down. EN1 area. Any update on service?
