@MotoNutJob @virginmedia Should be that if your provider can’t fix the problem within 24hrs you should be allowed to terminate the contract at no cost to yourself & they must give you a Uk contact number because the Bombay warriors are F..kg useless at sorting a problem

Service from @virginmedia is disgusting for existing customers! Dial 150 hold for 20mins someone answers but can hardly speak English then hang up when I ask for a new deal #customerservice try calling back & it’s busy so “sorry can’t help today call tomorrow 8am some of us work!

@virginmedia for the past 2-3 weeks I have had issues with on demand content, and the broadband. When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

@WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

@virginmedia Hi thank you however a good start would be you to know your client base. Some of us are just not tech savvy and being talked to like an idiot is not the way to win hearts and minds let alone customer loyalty. Felt very undermined and very disappointed.

@virginmedia Yes, rebooted as per advice we receive every time 😒 We've experienced the same issue repeatedly since the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" upgrade. Repeated outages however status always reports that there is no issue.

@virginmedia I was sold the increased broadband package from virgin with the suggestion this could resolve the issue. Was this just a lie from the sales team then? I was also told that my tv package would be the same, which included kids tv. So now I’m paying extra each month for less?

@virginmedia Well, they are sending a replacement hub. It will just be a refurbished v2ac hub, not a v4 or even a v3. Customer Support didn't know that Virgin Media Connect App doesn't work with the 2ac.
