    Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia DO NOT listen to their customers. Six times I have asked them to contact me after 6.00 pm only for their staff to ring me while I am in work and are really rude when I say its not convenient to talk. @virginmedia do one and stop harrassing me

    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    @virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

    @virginmedia It says not on there but when I call the support number there is a recorded message saying there is an issue and engineers are working on it.....been same all week.

    @virginmedia hello our box attached to our outside wall is broken and won’t close, wires could be exposed and with the weather changing the water could get in. This has been since we moved in, in April

    @virginmedia It’s working now. I don’t need to check the service status page, I just open my road’s whatsapp and see many many other people are having problems! Every day there’s an issue. Roll on January because it looks like BT is the way forward

    @virginmedia I have reported them although it comes from richmond hub failure, not my modem. Proof is that service comes and goes. Online customer service came back 3 days after asking if still a problem. Emailed CEO, e-mail sent to his executive committee, promised a call. Still waiting...

    @AnIndividualist @virginmedia We have same problems we have only just gone to virgin thinking about changing already, we were with BT who were good but virgin begged us to join because of the 500mb download speed, so far seen max speed 30mb what a joke ??? Virgin I think will lose lots of business

    @virginmedia is the best contact for help with my UK virgin mobile account / SIM? My SIM has been disconnected (as new SIM was sent out) but I’m overseas. I can’t access my account or call without an active phone no. Going around in circles - PLEASE HELP.
