@virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

@MarkLangshaw @virginmedia Having similar issues. Sold service last month and cabling work hasn’t been done. Installation guy turns up and tells me he can’t do the job. Cabling scheduled to happen on the 8th and moves back a day all the time. Nobody can tell me who’s doing the cabling and when. Ludicrous.
