    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia DO NOT listen to their customers. Six times I have asked them to contact me after 6.00 pm only for their staff to ring me while I am in work and are really rude when I say its not convenient to talk. @virginmedia do one and stop harrassing me

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

    Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    @virginmedia Still no further on in trying to cancel, so I guess all we can do is write a letter and cancel the Direct Debit. It does seem strange that you can easily take the money from an account you suggest does not exist?

    @virginmedia I’m having issues signing in with my saved info. So hit change password and never received the promised email from @virginmedia to do this so am unable to do this, or seemingly speak to a human and am unable to view lots of content on Twitter. Still. Are you telling me others
