@MotoNutJob @virginmedia Should be that if your provider can’t fix the problem within 24hrs you should be allowed to terminate the contract at no cost to yourself & they must give you a Uk contact number because the Bombay warriors are F..kg useless at sorting a problem

@virginmedia Yes, rebooted as per advice we receive every time 😒 We've experienced the same issue repeatedly since the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" upgrade. Repeated outages however status always reports that there is no issue.

@virginmedia What's the process for registering a phone for repair under warranty? Twice now with same issue, tried your chat bot (utterly useless) now in queue for 2 hours for someone called Leslie. Booked repair last week, no box has arrived. Virgin, you're a mess & a disgrace.

@m_v_bridgman @virginmedia I have the same issues. My junction box is across the road from me and in a very very sorry state I.e no door cover, the last time virgin repaired it they just put tape around it to hold it together. Virgin just don’t care about hardware only money it seems.

@virginmedia I couldn't get through to you to lodge one. Also, I have zero interest in being managed through your de-escalation script. The service is below the advertised level and has had too many faults.

@virginmedia ...just tell us a bulldozer driver has cut through the cables, or there's been a fire at the exchange, and for f@%ks sake build more resilience into your network. I was at IT Orofessional for 35 years. If I had a network as non-resluent as Vurgin's, I wouldn't have lasted long!
