    Service from @virginmedia is disgusting for existing customers! Dial 150 hold for 20mins someone answers but can hardly speak English then hang up when I ask for a new deal #customerservice try calling back & it’s busy so “sorry can’t help today call tomorrow 8am some of us work!

    @MotoNutJob @virginmedia Should be that if your provider can’t fix the problem within 24hrs you should be allowed to terminate the contract at no cost to yourself & they must give you a Uk contact number because the Bombay warriors are F..kg useless at sorting a problem

    @virginmedia Yes, rebooted as per advice we receive every time 😒 We've experienced the same issue repeatedly since the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" upgrade. Repeated outages however status always reports that there is no issue.

    @glynmoody It’s hard to imagine @virginmedia really came up with this. This is confusing & illogically written, which in turn gives social engineers enough ammunition to make their job much easier. I’d imagine #virginmedia meant well, but never worked w/ #infosec to validate this approach.
