    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia It says not on there but when I call the support number there is a recorded message saying there is an issue and engineers are working on it.....been same all week.

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia Engineer came to install cabling upstairs in our bedroom, and left sawdust everywhere. We have people in the house that have breathing difficulties so this isn’t really acceptable at all. I’ve managed to log a complaint via My Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia It says today at 10am but no idea if it’s actually fixed as couldn’t risk staying at home to try to work today given it was not working all weekend. Is anyone able to say what has caused this issue and if it is now fixed?

    @virginmedia If it rains heavy...our broadband goes. We chased fault issues and they say no faults could be found. Called up and it was impossible to get an engineer. Generally increase has been a couple of pounds. £9 is alot.

    @virginmedia I am a current customer. It was just removed. I am on the phone with my 15th person, have a complaints ticket and nobody has contacted me back for 2 weeks on this.

    @virginmedia No, I don't want to spend another hour on the phone. I want someone, a named individual, to take responsibility and contact me. That is what competent firms with decent customer services do.
