@virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

@virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

@virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

@virginmedia my white cable does not plug snugly into the wall, just seems to be a slight mismatch in size but they do connect. I assume this is why my internet speed is 1/10th what it should be but not sure of a solution
