    Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

    @virginmedia DO NOT listen to their customers. Six times I have asked them to contact me after 6.00 pm only for their staff to ring me while I am in work and are really rude when I say its not convenient to talk. @virginmedia do one and stop harrassing me

    Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

    @virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

    @virginmedia So I stayed with you for another 12 months. With a clean account, our first bill in July reduced by £19 to £28. Paid the July amount, had a reminder to pay the August figure of £47, which had doubled from somewhere. WTF was my reaction. Paid £47. Not paying rest.

    @virginmedia I have had no WiFi for 2 days. I received a card asking me to ring and quote RPBLOCK but I can’t get through on your phone lines. We can’t sign in online because the original email address used is no longer in use. How can I get this resolved? 🙄

    @virginmedia Yep I keep checking and it keeps saying its down in my area. That's now since Saturday night. With no fix in sight. No hard wired no WiFi nothing. Alexa can't even talk. Not to mention my boiler works via WiFi which means I can't even turn my radiators on to dry my work cloths.

    @virginmedia The problem is not receiving marketing communication but that you've been phoning twice a day most days for a week. The option shouldn't be a binary choice between harassment and no communication. What are the @Ofcom regulations on cold calling customers?
