    Since the latest updates my @LGUK TV keeps losing signal. It could be a coincidence and our @virginmedia broadband might be being rubbish, but the disconnections at random are getting tiresome.

    @virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia it’s no excuse and with the gas works I can only presume they have gone through a network cable. But I have not seen one engineer or van anywhere near the main port/box for Virgin to try and fix this since 0900 today. The time has just been going back and back allday

    Unsolicited sales call from @virginmedia offering me an upgrade but pay more! Why would I pay more when the services you already provide are slow & outdated with zero customer service. Prove it works & then maybe 🤔 but £99 a month is already too much!

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    Well @virginmedia what a disgrace! Phone, internet and tv down from 0905 to current time and now saying next estimated time back up 2300!!! Two people working from home and loss of pay for both! And now no tv for #ENGvSCO match!

    @virginmedia Having now wired the TV in via an ethernet powerline kit, the problem is definitely with the Internet, I'm afraid... as the Chromecast on the WiFi system in the same tv is cutting out periodically when the TV isn't. Do you do WiFi boosters or something similar?

    @cliffchapman @LGUK @virginmedia It'd be a challenge as the broadband is upstairs in the front of the house and the TV is downstairs at the back. But the connection has been v reliable... and seems to be elsewhere on other devices. The TV also keeps losing my Galaxy S10 signal too, so I think it's the problem.

    @virginmedia I've spent nearly 4 hours on the phone to different people in call centres worldwide with no luck. Funnily though when I get through to someone to say I'm leaving I get through to someone up the road who tells me the problem is my hub has packed in and someone wil come out !

    @virginmedia Although you claim to have repaired the cause of service outages in Reading, it is still down. It comes on occasionally, then drops. This is the third day of broken internet. When are you actually going to put it right?
