    @virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

    Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

    1 week ago today, I signed up to @virginmedia as a new customer for the next 3 years. I purchased the iPhone 11 pro max. Was told it would be here Thursday. Ok, not the 24 hours I thought but could live with that. Thursday returned to sender. Online help was a waste of space

    @virginmedia Sent this reply yesterday, but it was attached to another sub-thread: It occasionally happens when watching live TV, but recorded shows seem particularly bad. We have checked all of the cables and tried rebooting the box. Rebooting seems to help temporarily, but problems persist

    @virginmedia I don’t have permission to do works and your advisor is telling me I have to pay to come out of the contract. 1. A year of poor service 2. Damage on install 3. Horrific support literally rubbish! And you want to charge me to stop contract you can’t fulfill without damaging home.

    @virginmedia Both wifi and ethernet connections. Network connection dropping constantly and unresponsive devices. I checked my post code on the app /website but I get a different answer every time. I called 0800 561 0061 who say there are issues but I dont know who to believe. .

    @virginmedia unbelievable virgin. after 5 months of phoning you, due to an overcharge of £32 a month on my account, it still hasn't been updated online, so my bill is still wrong now you've suspended my services but you can't produce a correct bill. Outstanding customer service.
