Once again @virginmedia tried to ring you but your customer care is shocking. I know of over 100 people plus in the Bolton area with continuing pixelating on ur TV Service which means you cannot watch TV! This needs sorting ASAP! Shocking service and unacceptable with what I pay!

Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

@virginmedia Doesn't wash am afraid, the wi-fi is awful in several rooms including one in room adjacent to the wi-fi, and the booster Virgin sent made it worse. Tried to get this dealt with on a number of occasions.
