    @virginmedia just received letter saying you are doing nothing about complaint. It said it was about complaint handling. It WASN'T! It was about being told one thing on phone by two separate customer agents and billed differently on account! Im going straight to ombudsman #inept

    @virginmedia I was promised a reply by a manager after one of your staff on Twitter did a live chat gave me a resolution which was complete and utter nonsense. She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

    @virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

    @LaCrecerelle @virginmedia I literally got exactly the same thing from them today. Been waiting 91 days for them to install our broadband and so far they've missed all 7 appointments! It's been high priority for 2 months and each time they just reschedule it a couple weeks down the line. Unacceptable!
