    @virginmedia presenting barriers to cancelling after contract has expired! Appropriate notice provided. On hold for 40 minutes to get through told to call back! Barriers to cancelling, especially where a customer could be financially vulnerable is wrong! Great business practices

    @virginmedia I have tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human however the automated rubbish doesn’t let me get there. It just tells me there is a problem that you are trying to fix. Clearly I am aware there is a problem and has been for sometime I have done all usual diagnostics my end

    @virginmedia It was my partner who tried calling. She eventually got through but received no help at all. We’ve emailed Tom Mockeridge tonight so hopefully this will go through the executive complaints process

    @virginmedia well come home from working away on Friday with a lot of emails to reply to. To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia Estimated fix time, it’s been going on for 4+ weeks and yes that is the number I am calling. It reset everything and did tests and currently running HOWEVER the next drop will be 5pmish as per the norm. It last went off at 14:53. I need a human being & cant speak to one

    @virginmedia Well we don’t have a tracking number and we haven’t heard anything back since we returned the faulty phone. We also tried the text messaging service but also takes ages to get a reply.

    @fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland 🤣🤣

    Over 40 minutes (and waiting mainly on hold) for @skytv to sort out the fact I can’t download any content. I’m apparently a “Diamond Customer” as I’ve been with sky for about 20 years. Not for much longer. @virginmedia what offers do you have for disgruntled Sky customers?

    @virginmedia Here’s the problem. There is no connection to the internet. Seriously how is your service so incredibly bad. Every single week there’s and issue. Pages don’t load. Devices can’t connect. It absolutely pathetic. And this is not down to anybody changing anything at home.

    @virginmedia Many many times. It tells me you are working on it and hard luck, it’ll be 8 hours. You « fix » it. It crashes the next day. You admit it’s your fault. Be honest with your customers and tell us how many days we have to prepare for with no broadband.
