@virginmedia My complaint regarding the damage to my property following the incorrect installation of cables at my property has not yet been resolved. Apparently, my complaint has been escalated to a manager but I am yet to receive a formal apology or formal acknowledgement 1/2

@Virgin @virginmedia Want to have a good game with @virginmedia then think again, shite, don't bother, it's bad enough when you know more about the router than the support, but whatever settings you put in the router it makes no difference, it is still crap!!.

@virginmedia Had YEARS of poor broadband & tv, with many new routers, engineer visits & complaints with no improvement. I found out that VM have a solution to the issues - their Pod Mesh system. But I have to pay extra for it, after years of paying full price for poor service!!

@virginmedia I suppose VirginMedia’s conception of ‘as soon as we can’ is different to mine. People rely on your service to conduct business. What this shows is that VirginMedia can’t be counted on to provide adequate support to keep customers connected.
