@virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

.@virginmedia 6 days after I raised this & commitments from 3 different reps, no one has fixed this issue or got back to me. My elderly, vulnerable parents remain without a landline or internet because of YOUR error. Your inaction is making a bad situation terrifying for them.

@virginmedia It saying my postcode is invalid for some reason. A neighbour has said his is down too apparently a virgin team have cut through the fibre whilst doing repairs. Nobody can come till Saturday which is a joke I have 2 young children 1 that cant access her schoolwork. Nightmare.

@virginmedia I don't know if you are familiar with the concept of 'Treating the customer fairly'? It means helping a customer solve their problems, without putting obstacles in the way. Your customer service is the opposite: obstructive, uncooperative, unhelpful and not even vaguely fair.

@virginmedia Any ETA on when the Connect app is going to be compatible with Hub4? Seems a bit overdue and I’ve had to purchase a 3rd party extender for my tiny 2-bedroom flat which I never needed to do with Hub3 since the app could tune it.

@virginmedia Not at all. I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone yesterday, to explain why I needed an engineer (it's weak signal from the box - as explained the last time the engineer supposedly fixed it). Instead, I was sent a text. I had to wait 24 hours to be told that yes I need an engineer
