    @virginmedia Oh an engineer eventually came out and fixed it. Make matters worse you've put the price up from £38 to £50.50. The £5 Doesn't even cover that. We were told we'd get a full months refund now anyone we ring denies they even have it on record that we had an issue.

    @virginmedia Its with a cable connection. Only yesterday I had a engineer out as the router was faulty with red/green lights showing. He changed it for a new hub which is showing a white light. Later that night when I went online the nets really slow n its taking forever 2 open anything on yt

    @virginmedia I have already spoken to this team and they said any installation has been cancelled and pre contract/provision, supply of service has been cancelled as my instruction, although after response from the resolution team, I now don't believe that they have cancelled the service 🙄

    @virginmedia Additionally I am now in the process of writing to Ofcom. The service or lack of it from Virgin Media is unacceptable. All I want is the truth and confirmation that the contract has been cancelled.
