@virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

@virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

Just literally had the best conversation with a guy called Adam from the @virginmedia cancellations team. Called up to cancel my TiVo box and ended up signing up for another package but also having a proper good 20 minute convo with him about life, like I’ve known him years😂

@bigevilboss @virginmedia I often encounter people who actively use the WiFi modem from their provider and then moan when it doesn’t work properly. Never use your provider’s WiFi, they are universally bad. Replace it with a dedicated router that has just one job. I speak as someone who has a mesh :)

@virginmedia Yes, which is @YodelOnline . But it is also the sender's responsibility to ensure it reaches the customers. Not the customer's responsibility to chase virgin media's suppliers. As @YodelOnline have confirmed, they cannot release any information to me as I'm not the sender.
