    @virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

    So no surprise the incompetence of @virginmedia at resolving a simple issue...downgrading my package. Notified them on 10/10....after over 6 phone calls, incompetent staff, non existent manager call backs n collections calls.....official Resolver complaint done! @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Did it on 10/10...nothing showed, called again 17/10 and yes it finally showed online but till this date it still isnt actioned as no new bill has been generated either. Told not to pay and now arrears and bad mark on cred file.

    @virginmedia Should be receiving 4g fine in my area I have reset setting changed SIM card. Manually adjusted network checked other settings.

    @virginmedia No "chat" options on that link that I could see. Status is showing as having a problem, so it's not my kit. Signal is too poor for me to use phone for chatting, anyway. Let's see if things clear up soon...

    @virginmedia I finally spoke to someone and the issue may not be resolved fully until the 18th apparently. Not sure why I received a text to say the matter was resolved then!

    @virginmedia Been on the phone for 50 minutes now and keep getting passed back and forth to different departments then she cut me off again. I am not getting the service I pay for. Fix this now or I’m leaving. I also want to complain about your appalling customer service

    @virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

    @virginmedia been having issues with signal on my virgin mobile phone all week, read that it was suposed to have been resolved yesterday but still having intermittent issues this morning. No wonder I am rolling over 10GB of data when I don't get an opportunity to use it 😡

    @virginmedia No, i had an engineer out a few weeks ago, said there is low signal to the area, it was a big problem and it should be fixed, told me he would let me know, ive heard nothing!! Since then WIFI range is lower here.

    @virginmedia No!!!! Still no internet! Time changed last night to being fixed by 12noon today! Let’s see if that happens or you extend it again! Seriously wtf is going on???!!! We’re getting towards 24hr now not great during a lockdown 😒 not great any day
