@virginmedia So I stayed with you for another 12 months. With a clean account, our first bill in July reduced by £19 to £28. Paid the July amount, had a reminder to pay the August figure of £47, which had doubled from somewhere. WTF was my reaction. Paid £47. Not paying rest.

@virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

1 week ago today, I signed up to @virginmedia as a new customer for the next 3 years. I purchased the iPhone 11 pro max. Was told it would be here Thursday. Ok, not the 24 hours I thought but could live with that. Thursday returned to sender. Online help was a waste of space

Had to buy 60GB of data over the last 3 months because of your awful wifi. @virginmedia The service checker says it’s fine though, and I can’t even login or restart the router because I don’t have one- my wifi is provided through my landlord.
