    @virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

    @virginmedia finally after 1:10 mins on the phone. We have a possible resolution. Whilst the tech on the line was very apologetic and helpful, the waiting, lack of response and overall service is appalling.

    Hi at @virginmedia do you have a contact email address for complaints. Your internet service over the past month has been absolutely awful! Pay for 350mb broadband and currently at the moment having it drop maybe 10-15 times a day and lose all connections.

    @virginmedia I got text update at 3:13 pm that service is restored; observing intermittent issues connecting to internet since then.. now the service status shows no fault but certainly there is some.

    @virginmedia are your call centre staff ***************? Ones just been an idiot to me sounded like he couldn't be arsed while ones just sent me down a line that rings out constantly for 20 minutes. Both asked me different security questions and one flat out refused

    @ThirdUncle2 @virginmedia Exactly the same happened to me just, even had one of the call centre staff say I would've get a dead line when I told her I definitely will. She still transferred me down a dead line. Got told that changing provider isn't a good enough excuse to leave. Its my choice! 😡

    When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

    @virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

    @virginmedia Sorry but you shouldn't have to be told by your own customers that you have a problem before you realise something is very wrong. Your system "monitoring" failed badly. Plus, trying to find a "service status" for mobile network on your website is night impossible.

    @virginmedia no service (broadband) at all since 4pm?? Phone waiting time over an hour? Unable to use the website without broadband?? How on earth does a customer contact you? Expect a cancelled DD and a parcel containing your equipment left in the street. Absolute crap.

    @virginmedia how many times do I get promised a call back by a manager before my problem is resolved nothing but lies is that how you train your staff customer service stinks at virgin media so many people are upset with their service

    @wendsgh @virginmedia Oh Wendy that’s awful they’re getting to that point. Customer service has been non-existent just being passed around. Being without internet at the moment is really difficult, they just want it finished! Such a shame as the speeds are meant to be great! Hope you’re okay lovely.
