Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

Hi @virginmedia for several days I’ve been messaging you trying to move my services to another address. You can’t speak to anybody, and nobody replies to my messages! Appalling service! I will want reimbursement for the days that my services won’t be available at my new property

Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

Impossible to arrange a house move with @virginmedia ! So far website doesn't work. So they tell you to use the contact us chat, which I've sat on for over 4 hours without a response. I've also tried calling, so far more than 3 hours no response or cut off 😡 #poorservice

@virginmedia 1 tv went off showing error code. Other tv working. On website tried to sort with code. Didn't work, phoned 150 no luck as told service closed. On website it states Saturday 8-8pm. Not impressed as was on red button watching tennis. I need my big screen.
