    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @Danielle869 @virginmedia I agree. The service my 85 year old dad received was appalling. Moved to Sky, when @virginmedia asked how they could keep custom, our reply “ wouldn’t have if it was free”.

    @virginmedia I have a complaint on going for damage to the inside of my property caused by the installation.I have spoken to various people and had managers at my house to look at the installation which was done incorrectly . I am waiting for a call back from a manager still

    @virginmedia how long you going to take to fix the Fibre in Wolverhampton? Honestly your service isn't good enough to be having issues and me staying and paying for it. WiFi is terrible, even your own engineers say to buy a different Hub.

    @virginmedia The 3 departments we were passed between couldnt work out the issue we are having so they said they would pass us on to an engineer who would call back within 4 hours .. this was at 930 this morning and still waiting
