    @BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

    @virginmedia @Buttonscro You sent me a deadlock letter without even the first complaint being addressed For years your operatives have been saying they have noted my account with requests. Last op o spoke to they said no we don't do that don't have the time standard notes etc. So merely lied

    @virginmedia Yes I am still having problems. I managed to get through after 1hr 30min. Sending new V6 box which will take 5 days. So can’t watch TV for 5 days! Also when I signed up was told I would receive an Xbox, still not arrived after a month. Regretting signing up now.
