@virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....

  • PeteUK7
    Pete 😷 #COVIDisAirborne (@PeteUK7) reported

@nathanial332 @virginmedia I obviously don't think that. This isn't about me - it's about their systems being woeful. An email from me and nothing changes. They can sweep it away and continue this terrible service. Feedback from hundreds and they might just take it seriously enough to see where there systems could be improved.

  • perfectme1122
    PerfectMe (@perfectme1122) reported

@virginmedia Called to cancel contract. Given offer of £32 for 2 years. Checked contract to find it rose to £36 in April ‘27 and £40 in April ‘28. Customer service rep insisted it was inflation rise but contract states it’s in addition to. Contract now cancelled after 15+yrs 😕.

@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Been with them before never again. Same goes for BT. I will never contact again these 2 companies. They use vendetta in their own customers. Virgin tried to get me in debt, BT got me in debt of £962 for an upgrade I didnt even had the chance to use one single time.

  • noelle_nole1
Noëlle Ombre de la Rue (@noelle_nole1) reported

@PeteUK7 @virginmedia The most frustrating for me was trying to cancel my husband’s mobile phone contract. In the end I lost it and told them they could sue his estate. As if by magic a supervisor appeared and sorted it out.

@PeteUK7 @IDHDRUM @virginmedia Win95 wouldve taken 3 weeks, not 3 months, theyre lying ******* trying to save face for their disgusting behaviour. Theyre predators, mis-selling + overcharging for services they simply arent (+ never) providing + their service as a whole is worse than running on timed dial up.
