    @virginmedia why is your internet so rubbish? We get a bit of rain and wind and the whole TV goes off with no connectivity its woeful. We have sat here for a few hours now with no tv at all and were paying £49 a month for wifi that doesnt work!!!

    So I first get a call claiming to be from @skytv about tech issue on my broadband I said how’s can that be (I’m not with them) they hang up. Not more than 30 mins later same type of call claiming to be @virginmedia about same issue. Numbers calling me are 01639686677, 01793635483

    @virginmedia The text messaging team that says it aims to respond within 4 hours but hasn’t responded to me since 11am yesterday? Basically I have no option now but to sit on hold in a queue for 30+ mins to fix a problem you’ve created by not upgrading me. Your customer service is awful.

    Really not at all impressed with @virginmedia I’m not a customer, but called them this morning about someone using my identity for one of their accounts. Said they’d put me through, but just been cut off after 41 minutes on hold. Do they take ID fraud seriously?

    @AidyDews @ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia That’s exactly what happened to me. Upgraded to 500mg and the speed/coverage got worse. They ended up giving me 1 Gig for the price of 500mg & a hub4 because they couldn’t fix it. Took me about 10 hours & years off my life to sort out. Nightmare.

    @virginmedia After weeks of a landline service being non-existent I was assured this would be fixed yesterday, it's not! Vulnerable isolating person relies on this to keep in touch and in emergencies. Not good enough yet again. Fed up of feeling fobbed off!

    @virginmedia The new Hub 3 arrived on my doorstep the day before the engineer. It solved the problem so was back up and running witching 10 minutes. I replied to the SMS to cancel the appointment. It shouldn’t be so difficult for customers to help themselves

    @virginmedia I recently upgraded to the Maxit TV and 1GB Internet package. I also have multi room but the TV upstairs doesn't connect or show channels and says its not been connected to my Tivo box for 30 days. Error Code M58? This has occurred since the upgrade. Can you help??

    @virginmedia The issue is that I'm getting slow speeds even in my living room and that's where the router is. The customer service agent advised that it was an issue with the router as I can't reset it. He also advised that he was concerned that I was getting 16mbs broadband speed
