    @Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

    Do you ever get off the phone to @virginmedia and wanna scream. Been a customer for 15yrs just in this property alone yet they patronise me by saying I have to pay extra each month is my WiFi is to reach upstairs or kitchen (my house is tiny)

    @virginmedia I keep getting told that there are no issues, but when I run the test, this is what I get! The test results were inconclusive We'd be happy to investigate further.

    @virginmedia No it was workmen from Kier replacing all the fibre cables from City Fibre. It was fixed Saturday afternoon but that wasn’t due to virgin, I couldn’t speak to anyone at all to help me on Friday, I lost a days wages as I couldn’t work from home as no internet too

    @DosFox1 @virginmedia we had so much trouble with them, and such poor customer service, that as soon as we got out of contract we went right back to BT, who offered cheaper rates and better guaranteed speeds. smooth sailing since then, although when it comes to contract renewal i’ll be keeping an eye

    @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.
