    @SkyHelpTeam I’m on Facebook Messenger and three times I appear to have been passed around to another agent, three time’s being asked to provide my name and info. Then get told someone will be with me. This is really poor customer service. Come back @virginmedia, all is forgiven.

    @virginmedia Been with Virgin for 5 days of dreadful customer service, how can a mobile set up result in loss of all subscribed tv channels, held in queue for over an hour is the norm, will be cancelling my contract due to this total mismanagement #VirginMediaSucks

    @virginmedia Yes virgin media website is down ,and quick pay site on virgin media is a scrambled thing ,tried 4 times now ,still scrambled ,but now keeps saying I need to sign in ,but won't accept the sign in ,keeps wanting me to enter security question then just signs out automatically .

    @virginmedia This is the 6th “complex” issue that’s happened during weekends this year! and countless other days ..... and that’s why I called yesterday to cancel, your service is obviously not fit for purpose and you have the cheek to put the price up too

    Moved from @virginmedia to @SkyUK but phone number hasn’t moved. @virginmedia say it’s possible to still port it and the response from @SkyUK - we don’t know how to do that, hang up and try to speak to someone else after 3 hours on the phone 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia I’ve had no service all day as have other people in the street.... not the first time I’ve had to sit on the weekend and miss my team live on tv for which I pay a good deal of money for, I don’t need to check a checker to tell me your service isn’t working

    @virginmedia Hi RCG, I say hours, was just short of an hour! All sorted now. My gripe is there should be a cancel/leave option on the website saves ringing up and waiting when you are leaving no matter what.

    @ANIM3TA @virginmedia Doing it to my sister been charging her for all Bollywood showcase along with box nation , only found out about it this past month ,phoned up to say she has never known she had them ,never viewed ,, refusing to cancel them off ,won't listen or nothing ..appalling virgin

    @virginmedia Person at the insurance line have said there has been a complaint 04/05/22, virgin contacted insurance team and confirmed no insurance. I tried giving the person the IMEI number they say they cannot check via this. They require a policy number which customer service won’t give me

    @EGX @virginmedia Thanks for the reply -Yeah, I gave it a go but it doesn't recognise my log in details. I called Virgin Mobile & they said I was not eligible. It was for customers with Broadband, Landline or TV only. Sadly as a Mobile customer I was not eligible :(

    @virginmedia They are dropping out the WiFi isn’t as strong as it should be, even the hard wired is not working, we have chase led for work and called several times, no one can help up, the man told me yesterday that they can’t even send someone to look at it even though this has been months!

    @virginmedia Same issue I had yesterday I can’t get through to anyone on the call. Only an automated message saying an engineer is aware of the issue and are working on it. I can’t keep going to town to do my work this is ridiculous
