    @virginmedia standard day again today WiFi has failed over 6 times on the phone for an hour and get cut off again!! If I could get through I would cancel may just have to stop paying my bill you might contact me then #poorservice #nointernet #p

    @virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

    @virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

    When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

    @virginmedia I’ve spend another 90 minutes this morning trying to get through to you after being told last week I would receive a call back within a few hours and I’m still waiting. Have you got a number which I can get through on and cancel. Worst service I’ve ever received

    @virginmedia Very poor service I'm afraid! What's the point of a Special Offer if it doesn't help the Customer? A special offer should be at least half the price not that pathetic £9 off a £31 package! It should be open to negotiation with an Operator not a bloody computer saying no!

    if the speeds are not to bad tethering i will stick to it slightly longer term if not i have already spoken to @SkyUK about a possible broadband only deal that would still represent a £30-£40 saving per month over @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I haven't confirmed there isn't a problem I telling you I have issues with the Internet reaching my bedrooms so no need to patronise me. Your service cannot provide me to cover a basic house with broadband which it should and not worth the cost and I will chose another company
