Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.
-
Tim Jackson (@TimmyJ1972) reported from Garston, England@virginmedia To be honest, the issue is an intermittent fault. My wife works from home and the broadband just drops out numerous times a day. Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, EnglandDay 42 of no service from @virginmedia. Engineer meant to be coming again today, think I’ve more chance of a unicorn showing up to be fair. 🦄

-
Tracey Russell (@TraceyR16154277) reported@rpd_pacer @claireroberts01 @virginmedia I left Virgin Media a couple of years ago, after being with them for 20 years. Customer service is non existent, I got sick of trying to deal with Indian call centre staff who barely understood English. The equipment was crap and waiting weeks for engineers was a joke.
-
HRCastle (@hrcastle) reported@virginmedia @mjpenn7 Can you please confirm if there is an outage in BH21 area, as no one is replying to my DMs

ShirleySarah🌹🎸🦊🦔🐦⚽ (@ShirleySarah70) reportedWhat rude people they are @virginmedia Was on the phone, finally someone will collect the old modem. However, I will be cancelling my tv and landline services. Will keep VM broadband until such time as I can source a suitable alternative. Disconnection fee to pay.
-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia Still no refund though! Seems like what you said about registering an outage (which I did on the website) - and my in-law's registered as well, resulted in nothing being refunded to either. When should this be expected?
-
Vicky Leigh (@vickiferris) reportedI call customer services and then told oh they do 360 boxes for existing customers but if it worked OK then the box was fine. However the email says the boz will work and look OK until it doesn't so I ask for a replacement or engineer to check it (4) @virginmedia
-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @kimtaylor18 In 2026 I cannot understand why people want to pay for a TV service that you can subscribe to yourself. I have Virgin 1Gb then I subscribe to Netflix Amazon Prime & Disney, when it's F1 season I subscribe to Sky sports but I can cancel when I want at no extra charge
-
DÏE BLUE BARON (@duke_olaf) reported@virginmedia No service in the BS14 area Bristol at all
