@virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

@virginmedia @virginhelp We have just signed up for a broadband/phone package. We were recommended by a friend. They never gave us a code though as they are a pensioner. We were told to simply give her details in but the operative would not accept. Can we still get a code after?

@virginmedia I'm checking online and it's saying there is an issue with the TV, but saying broadband is fine. I've had constant disconnections throughout the day for 2 weeks now. It works for a few minutes then goes off. What is going on?

@virginmedia Was Thursday or Friday but you never call me back when you say you will, so I'm not confident it will be completed unless I keep chasing it up.

@CruisingTheCut I’ve had very few issues with virgin media - depends if you need TV though. Otherwise I’ve heard very good things about over the air using the three network or EE.

@virginmedia Sorry but now not sorted. Now being told that I need to contact Netflix to cancel it. Makes no sense when I didn’t subscribe. Thankfully some nice guy from Newcastle is currently looking into it. Not ideal that this has happened though. Contract is up for renewal in May

@virginmedia I made a service call on 9th January as there was a technical issue. This was the date Netflix was added, without any discussion at all about Netflix. Why would I add a service I already pay for? Doesn’t make sense

@virginmedia Im at a loss to understand why Virgin Media added Netflix to my account without my authorisation yet claim only Netflix can cancel it. I already have an existing contract with Netflix. Lots of hassle and expense I can do without purely down to an error from Virgin Media
-

@virginmedia They failed to understand the issue, failed to resolve it. And have insisted on reissuing the contract. I am now on the phone to faults who have again confirmed the box is faulty. They've agreed to send an engineer, but cannot do so as there is an issue on the system...
