@virginmedia The main thing here is that not one person who I have come into contact with in your organisation wants to take ownership of the problem and try and resolve it which is the essence of customer service. It’s a massive fail.

@virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

@virginmedia No @virginmedia it seems like a local box issue (maybe a line / router - diagnostics suggest not) - but it's not the first time this week, and my 10 year old is now pretty good at fault diagnosis due to the frequency of the failures...

@virginmedia I'm afraid I'm losing my patience with your call line. On hold 45 minutes to try and sort a problem with my WiFi, finally spoke to someone for 5 mins, said they couldn't deal with it and will transfer, on hold again for a further 10 mins until someone cut me off.

@virginmedia I already have. This doesn't help. I still have no services. I still have no refund. I still have no help. Nobody wants to take ownership. Last time PZ met me in a chat online and sorted out the issue for me. Why can't someone be as proactive as her?
