@virginmedia It was dreadful on Thursday. It’s been happening for several weeks but it was literally every few minutes on Thursday. I didn’t take a call on Friday so hopefully it has stopped. The staff weren’t helpful. They just hang up and don’t help to resolve the problem!

@virginmedia No issues on TV service. Problem entirely on broadband. Frequent packet loss and fragmented delivery. Makes watching streamed content impossible - especially in the evening when service is worse. Broadband currently running around 30Mbps - should be 150 plus.
