@Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

Do you ever get off the phone to @virginmedia and wanna scream. Been a customer for 15yrs just in this property alone yet they patronise me by saying I have to pay extra each month is my WiFi is to reach upstairs or kitchen (my house is tiny)

@virginmedia near impossible to deal with your pre-site inspection. You keep moving it to a day I'm not home and then when I phone to schedule it on a day I'm home, "the system wont let you do this" Going to have to cancel the install because this is unworkable.
