-
Anne McCormack (@1AnneMcCormack) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England@virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.
-
Elisabeth Hilton (@elisabethhilto4) reported from Lowton, England@virginmedia Trying to make a complaint - signed up to a deal I clearly asked not to be. Your website doesn’t work and can’t get through on the phone. Can someone please dm me with a way to speak to someone urgently

-
Tim Jackson (@TimmyJ1972) reported from Garston, England@virginmedia To be honest, the issue is an intermittent fault. My wife works from home and the broadband just drops out numerous times a day. Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine
-
Emma (@EmmaZhaan64) reported from Roby, England@virginmedia according to your representative my wifi is working perfectly and I don’t have any issues! That’s a bit odd considering I no service what so ever!

oatcake (@tdog1410) reported@Benleo @virginmedia entered my pensioner mother in law into a new contract because she paid her bill the month after her original contract ended and cause she now moved to BT chasing her for hundreds of pounds for a contract she never entered into
-
Andy Form (@AndyFormUK) reported@Benleo @virginmedia We have an issue that’s been going on for 12months. As soon as my wife uses her laptop everything else in the house stop working, Xbox, streaming, even phones. I have 350 GB package and was told I need to upgrade my package to the top one to “fix” the issue. 10 plus calls, hours on hold been past from different departments, engineer visits that don’t turn up and engineers that turn up and say there is a issue with it and someone will be touch when it’s fixed. £40 goodwill I was offered and a call 2 months ago, I’ve even up trying.
-
Carrie (@IamCarrieagain) reported@virginmedia You turned off my router remotely and you can turn it back on until I am well enough to deal with trying to set up the new one. Thought of indirect discrimination under EA 2010? How about the fact your were not up front about your service changes/consequences too?
-
D (@idczn) reportedThe only contract I ever signed with Virgin Media was in 2018, and it continues to this day. I have never changed or upgraded it; I only occasionally tried to report home network connection issues. It turns out that in November 2024, a two-year contract was accepted, which I only found out about in 2025 when I wanted to cancel their services. I couldn't leave them XD However, checking who did this on my behalf and when (because it certainly wasn't me) was impossible, as I had no way to log into my Virgin account Now I cansee- the accepted contract has different number? There is no any signature of mine- and information that was sent to e-mail: back then controlled by hacker
-
ShirleySarah🌹🎸🦊🦔🐦⚽ (@ShirleySarah70) reported@JaneVCarroll @virginmedia Theyve been downright rude to me on the phone today. As soon as I can cancel my services with them the better. A customer of over 20 years and because I'm a mature 72 year old woman they speak to me as if I'm stupid. Cancelling next week.
