    @virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.

    Hi @virginmedia, my dear old mum has been on the phone for 20 minutes because her broadband has gone down. Your advisors keep saying to reset the hub and disconnecting before it's sorted. Any ideas? Still using the crap one you sent years ago despite her recontracting

    @virginmedia It’s to our address, we need a full repull and was told it would be done within 48hrs. This issue has been going on for months, they were just telling me to reboot the hub.

    @BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!

    @virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

    @virginmedia @beckykeating97 No we can’t as you are refusing to acknowledge it’s an area issue. It all went down at the exact time an engineer was working on one house in the street. It’s now been 24hours with absolutely NO service

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia I made the move at the start of the year. Despite a 1GB BB connection, the WiFi across the house is terrible (and I have 2 boosters!)

    @virginmedia I have no idea how to do it. Sorry, it worked perfectly well with the TiVo box. The problem is obviously the new 360 system. Can you arrange for it to revert back or get an engineer out please?

    @virginmedia I was specifically told yesterday that there is a problem in the area and to expect it fixed by 5.08. I still have no internet, and the outage is still not acknowledged on the website so I can't check on progress. Oh, and you're not responding to my DMs 😡

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia I changed to virgin once. Lasted 6 months. They charged me for services I didn’t ask for or use took bigger payments than they should have and not one person on the phone spoke clear enough English for you to understand. Absolute **** show of a company
