@virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

@virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

@virginmedia Hi, yea we’ve done all the recommended stages, including service status. Our particular issue is that on TV Guide there is no programme list as it just says To be announced against every channel. Further more we are unable to record any programmes.
