    @virginmedia I reported a total loss of service on 31/8. It was finally fixed this morning. After no shows, lies and weeks between visits. They have not even offered to cover the cost of my last 3 dd’s which I wish I hadn’t paid as I had no service whatsoever

    @virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....

    @virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.

    @virginmedia advice please! I’ve been a customer for over ten years and am also an o2 customer and my account is now going up by another £12 per month on a pretty basic package! Phoned twice and been told that someone will get back to me with a new price package - still nothing

    @jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.

    @virginmedia No, they just left. Rang your customer service they are now telling me the problem is internal. I’ve had no internet since July, no tv since August. It’s beyond a joke now. 5 visits I’ve had.

    @virginmedia can someone help me please? I’m about to lose my ****. Never ever known anything like this company. Now telling me lies on WhatsApp. Saying i logged an issue weeks after engineers had already been out to find the fault. Refusing compensation after 4 mths no service.

    @virginmedia @GeoffJonners Why should that matter. An existing customers should be offered the same renewal deal whether online or by speaking to an agent. But of course that's not the case - and even the online renewal offer goes up or down every couple of days. Time the regulators got to grips with it.

    @virginmedia this is STILL happening after months my phone number has been incorrectly linked to somebody else’s account and i’m continuing to receive repeated phone calls, payment warnings, suspension notices and account messages intended for another customer despite repeatedly reporting it how has this still not been resolved?

    @virginmedia Any reason an engineer hadn't managed to fix our internet issue and instead delayed the fix estimate twice now leaving us without internet for 2 weeks and trying to charge us £700 to leave when your not providing your service?
