    @virginmedia Simply by reconnecting my services after saying that you were happy to rearrange the bill payment date and my services would be unaffected. I have been told this is impossible though so cant see it happening. Its really bad customer service IMO.

    Absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service and attitude of ‘Stefan’ from @virginmedia - rude, unhelpful and decided to end the call by hanging up instead of following my request to speak to a manager.

    @virginmedia I’ve had issues during my 12month contract & I still rang up to renew. I was then told I wasn’t entitled to any new customer deals & I’d have to pay a £1 more a month for your budget service compared to what a new customer would pay for your top package.

    @virginmedia Nothing so far but our WiFi went down not so long ago, you upgrade us. Our box never turned up then there was a problem in the area (forever reoccurring) which wouldn’t be fixed for several days. Not good when you run a business from home

    @virginmedia Any deal that a new customer can get would be fine :) I don’t think it’s fair a customer that’s been with you for 10 years who already has all the equipment needed should pay more for less

    Superfast broadband you say @virginmedia but no connection for virtually the past 2 days in the WA7 area. Each time a time is set for fix estimate it changes by an hour or even more, last night extended from 11pm to 8am and now saying 10.05am. Not good enough!!!! #shambles

    @MattTRFC @Stemac2010 @virginmedia Yes Matt, I was shocked too I had no choice but to hand my 30days notice in, I’ve been with them since 2009 no way I’m paying £1 more a month for 100mb compared to what a new customer would pay for 300mb!

    @virginmedia Yeah we’ve been a customer for years, I know how to do that. The issue was that we got a new package (router, TiVo, landline) that got installed on Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening the package was cancelled for no reason

    @virginmedia The technical nature of faults isn't the issue, it's the routine nature of service loss at the same times this week. They're either linked (and the fixes have been substandard) or you have four different issues in a week (indicating that your infrastructure is unreliable).

    @virginmedia I have to move house far earlier than expected due to my husbands posting (HM Forces) and you are unable to provide the service at our new address. We are being charged an early disconnection fee because of this. I would gladly stay with Virgin if it was available but I can't.

    @virginmedia I am not happy with the service ive had over the past week I wanted to upgrade to tv360 was told on the 4th it was done but now checking the order was told I had cancelled (I hadn’t ) and that it can’t be done as I am on the oomph bundle the top package #wastedweek
