@Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

@virginmedia So engineer came round, apparently found fault outside and said will be back n left.. nothing since.. service from Virgin Media is terrible. Have also contact via WhatsApp but that’s about as much use as a chocolate fireguard Just left in limbo now..
