@virginmedia Okay, but with respect, the problem is your call centre say different stuff every time, which inevitably bears no resemblance to reality. Later, VM deny those conversations ever took place and there is no written evidence to back up what was agreed. That's what I am after here?

@virginmedia To be honest, the issue is an intermittent fault. My wife works from home and the broadband just drops out numerous times a day. Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine

@BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!

@virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?

@virginmedia It’s almost like they are doing it on purpose, why mess with things that are working? Had 0 issues all day just for you to mess it up once again. Tired of this company
-

@virginmedia Which is more amusing the reason your team wouldn’t fix our issue is they said it was a BT / open reach line when in fact they have told us there is NO fibre line only copper line !
-
Ade Hartland
(@AdeHartland) reported
@virginmedia I have spoken to my neighbour, who said though they did have an issue, their services are all up and running. They had an engineer and noticed one up the road. If it’s a area fault why hasn’t any of the engineers checked with us to see if ours is OK?
-

@virginmedia It just asks me to login then nothing happens

@virginmedia So there’s new issues just randomly popping up? Company is ***************. It’s been off for 2 weeks. There has clearly been a fix that happened this morning, 0 packet loss all day to it completely falling apart. It’s been getting 60% packet loss for the past 2 weeks.

@virginmedia So, Kelly's communications did not turn up today as previously promised by @virginmedia I've called customer services and been told someone will come on the 3rd February, however, they made it sound as if this would be a virgin engineer rather than Kelly's whom we're waiting on
-

@virginmedia Says there is no issues in my area, says my hub isn’t connected? Yesterday it was saying issues in the Street now it’s issues in my home? Starting to think you don’t know what’s going on.
-
aliciaaaa♡

@virginmedia We would love to call that number but every time we speak or get to a certain point they point the phone down on us which has happened again just !!
-
Ade Hartland
(@AdeHartland) reported
@virginmedia Yes, but they can’t come until Friday 20th Jan. Doesn’t make sense that my direct neighbour has had an engineer? Wouldn’t it make sense to check our service too, if it’s an area fault like we’re being told?
