    @virginmedia I want to cancel my contract, why cant I do this over live chat or online without someone keeping me on the phone trying to sell me a deal that is far worse than you signed me up with!! Offer me a good deal to keep me, or just let me cancel without fuss, Sort it out!

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @virginmedia I rang support yesterday and they said an ongoing issue that could take up to a week and when I follow your link it says no known issues. #mixedmessages

    @virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

    @Danielle869 @virginmedia I agree. The service my 85 year old dad received was appalling. Moved to Sky, when @virginmedia asked how they could keep custom, our reply “ wouldn’t have if it was free”.

    So, at the end of my @virginmedia contract, question is, stick or twist, cost is going up and I do wonder what @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam could offer as a returning customer, we shall see!

    4th time complaining to @virginmedia and still NO reply and not dealt with at all. 3 complaint forms submitted and 1 letter. Now with the @financialombuds but going to take a while because of large volumes of complaints 😕🙄 just want my credit file updating! 😡

    @virginmedia And please don’t ask me to call the number as I have phoned several times and tried the web chat but it’s impossible to get a reply. My last call was cut off after holding for 48 minutes. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

    So @virginmedia called tonight to offer us a tv package, once I said our router was poor and the signal strength was weak he hung up!! Very strange....

    @virginmedia Performed 2-3 times in the past month. Same issue exists. How can the hub range reduce. We had perfect coverage through the entire house with a steady 150mb signal... we then upgraded and an engineer came to balance the signal but things were immediately worse. So many complaints
