-
Ray Waring (@RayWaring) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia Sorry I really don’t get it. A few hours ago I was told that your team would investigate etc. Now you’re telling you don’t have any access so I’m left to hang on with no one from VM being able to update me. Is that it?
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.
-
murf (@JohnMurphy9172) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia Just managed to get hold of someone, and apparently after over 10 years of no problems I now need WiFi boosters at an extra cost to myself all of a sudden, they couldn't tell me why just trying to squeeze more money out of me
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia It’s to our address, we need a full repull and was told it would be done within 48hrs. This issue has been going on for months, they were just telling me to reboot the hub.

Anne McCormack (@1AnneMcCormack) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England@virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.

Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.
-
Jonesy (@RWBJ1997) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia your customer service team is proper shite. Your router is in the bin outside ours

-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.
-
Billzy (@Billzy79) reported from Liverpool, England@Jacedafaceis @virginmedia Yes. Been out to lake district, and 4G mobile phone signal was quick and more reliable than the broadband. And people thought it was normal.
-
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia So I had loss of service but not complete even tho the service I had wasn't enough to even complete a 15 minute online training. Great. Even though you only have cold water, would you still get a bath? Nah don't think you would
-
Capitã Nat (@NatashaVic) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia Can I speak to a human, please? It’s impossible to speak to anyone here. -
Bill Kilvington 💙 FCODP, FRCA (@BillKilvington) reported@virginmedia This isn't working is it. Asking if I'm available 'now' to answer security questions, when I respond yes you didn't get back to me for 3 hours. When, oddly I was no longer available. Very poor.

GeekyHairyBestia (@GeekyHairy) reported@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Your lucky you got dial up speeds bro. I’m lucky if I get 3-6mb on the GB package and that’s when I have a connection. But yeah customer service has got worse and worse. To point you can not contract or make a claim. Good luck dealing with them,m. Lost my job because of them 🤬
-
A S Murray 🦔 (@AsTrubludru) reported@ZDangermouse @virginmedia If you have a decent data plan, you can use your phone as a hot spot for your smart tv. I’ve done it for an Xbox a few times when my internet went out. Games are a little slow, but Netflix and other streaming services were good when I did it.
