    @virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

    @virginmedia So I’ve scanned the living room ok Come up to the bedroom above the router, can’t find it! And doesn’t find it anywhere else upstairs! My phone won’t connect so the WiFi at all! It shows as connected but can’t access the internet. And I’ve forgotten the network!

    @caffyhank @virginmedia They are shite. I left them 2 weeks ago due to the same issue. 100mb and was getting like 2mb. Although when I phoned up a few days before disconnection, they messed with my settings and I got 100mb!!

    @virginmedia can you please help me resolve my account issue? After 60+ calls over 6 months I’ve had enough. I’ve been hung on by managers, shouted at by call centre reps - it’s unacceptable. @O2 can’t help despite being the same company and have suggested I reach out to you.

    @virginmedia It just says to turn everything off and back on and asks if that fixes it. Which it doesn't. Then it says to book an engineer. Surely the fault is connected to the TV issue?
