I don't mind so much that my Internet is down (these things happen) but I do get annoyed when the service status tells me it's fine. I don't know if I should be doing something to fix it. @virginmedia

And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

Hay @virginmedia so as an ex-employee this is a bit embarrassing I couldn’t help with; but it looks like someone has fraudulently ordered a mobile and iPad in my dads name that were delivered today and he’s spent over 90 minutes on the phone getting the run around….

@virginmedia your sales team are telling people that upgrading to 200 speed will fix WiFi issues. I was looking for a new deal but don’t want to sign up until it’s guaranteed I can get WiFi in more than 2 rooms. I live in a small 3 bed and I’m on my 2nd router which is worse

@virginmedia I like to have them split so I can have different devices on the 2.4 and the 5Gz. So basically every reboot or down time the 2.4 will automatically rename itself to what my 5Ghz signal is and all the devices which were connected to 2.4 then show as offline. 2/4

@virginmedia Morning, wondering if somebody can help please. It's an issue I've raised in the past but still hasn't been solved. I'm use the Hub 4. Whenever it goes down or I have to reboot it I have to sign into the hub and then rename the 2.4Ghz wifi. 1/4

@virginmedia Yeah it’s never planned works it just cuts out for a while and everyone complains and then it goes back question is why around midnight? This has got to be intentional.

@MissIG_Geek @virginmedia ... because public results differ greatly from authenticated ones. The public site regularly reports "all good" until you sign in, then the truth is *sometimes* revealed. Perhaps to stop slurping by competitors?!

@seven7ins @SkyUK @virginmedia are useless was missold a contract where the agent garenteed Internet speeds and they keep dropping went to offcom they are useless as well locked in a contract because it was misssold they just put profit over customer service

@virginmedia No. Given that the same problem is affecting all 4 of our numbers/handsets and there are many other reports of the same issue, it can’t be related to my handset.

@virginmedia The last time I contacted you about it, well over a year ago now, I was told it was a known issue with the Hub 4 and it was being looked at. Can you let me know when this is going to be fixed as drop-outs are becoming more frequent. 3/4

@virginmedia Its a residential account. We were promised £50 credit off the first bill, no set up or activation fee. 1st bill should have been £6, then £28 there after. 1st bill was £91.... I've tried calling to fix problem but getting nowhere.

@virginmedia My complaint was that my 30 days notice and subsequent submission of proof were both ignored. I gave my notice in June, I’m still with VM now and being charged double. My complaint was then closed down without any resolution or communication. This is how you lose customers….
