    @ThingsByNik @virginmedia Have noticed they’re hard to get hold of as I’ve had issues with my install (outdoors related) they should at least do you a deal…if you could actually speak to them they will prob offer you something, that’s what Sky usually do

    @virginmedia has got the worst customer service of any network. Raised a complaint back in January regarding a misold package,still waiting for an outcome. The notes say they have tried contacting me...no they havnt, not missed calls, voicemails or emails. Absolute liars.

    @virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

    @virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

    @virginmedia Nope! Tried that. I’ve even emailed your CEO, filled it the complaints form, the feedback that came to ask if I’m happy with the way the complaint was handled. So, either solved it here and now or as I said will be seeing each in court.

    @virginmedia - I phone every week to try and get my modem replaced as red light on ! Each time I get told needs to be passed to an engineer but 3 weeks on still no progress ! How can I escalate this ? Tried all the self help and forum suggestions!

    @virginmedia Of course. I've done all the reboots. Turned the router off and done all the resets. Nothing works. It's all on demand service to. Sky cinema, catch up everything.
