@virginmedia @virginmedia sorry really trying to be chill but this is horrendous customer service. Cut off after 40 mins, call back which I answer immediately and cut off again. No further attempt from your team to contact me. I've told them i want to cancel my order can you please confirm?

@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@virginmedia Today I have received a response to a complaint telling me "you ain't got an issue" (exact words) Firstly I do not agree, I can't speak to someone as I am not a customer and no response to abuse and intimidation from engineers. Matters need to be escalated as enough is enough.
