  @virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?

  @Benleo @virginmedia Wait - you have to stay on a contract or cancel. Why can't they just cancel what you were sold, give you the compensation (which they are legally required to on Ofcom auto compensation anyway for lost connectivity) and fix your service urgently. I cannot believe you are being held to a missed contract without the perks of said contract! Apalling

  @virginmedia ⸻ Serious trust issues with this company. Commitments were not fulfilled, and statements were inconsistent. Information provided by different representatives contradicted each other. Considering alternative companies is strongly advised.
