@virginmedia Internet gone again. Second time today. Bottom light goes white and starts flashing, then green and flashing. Then the arrows light up green and flash. I can’t get 24 hours out of this service. This isn’t what I pay for and it’s terrible service.

Tip: Yesterday I gave Virgin Media 30 days notice to cancel my TV/broadband. Too pricey. Had no deals to offer me. Miracles are real as I had 3 missed calls today off sales numbers, I answer the 4th. Suddenly, they do have offers and now I'm paying less a month with Sky Sports on

@virginmedia Hi was supposed to be yesterday between 12-4 but got a text on Friday night saying issue has been solved. So they did not come out even though they didn't say they were not coming and I waited in for them. I think I have a faulty hub tbh

@virginmedia Hi Laurie I continuously get error codes, buffering and this programme is currently not available. So frustratiing and rebooting frequently to rectify. I gave up ringing helpline as never helps situation. I have learned to live with it but at £110 pm i expect a lot better. Thanks
