    @virginmedia Been disconnected by yourselves without requesting to cancel my service. No call back as promised, spent an hour on phone earlier to be told might be 72 hours until anything can be done after 20 years of loyalty I think I merit more than this shoddy treatment

    @virginmedia So it looks like the router resetting was the start of a bigger issue. Router appears to be having issues again. Your diag service thinks the router is switched off but it certainly isn’t.

    @virginmedia It’s like a Christmas tree. It drops connection and the WiFi and data lights turn green. Then it will all flash red and reset itself. From a guy in the chat after using the bot. He said he would log an ofcom complaint an monitor speeds.

    @virginmedia They have, but not being able to escalate there and then is ridiculous, it has completely changed my opinion on @virginmedia once I get this issue resolved I shall be exploring other options, clearly loyalty is not something of value to your customer service team
