    @JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

    @vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

    @virginmedia I canceled virgin. This leaves me no access to chat service. You disconnected me a week early. I WFH. Your engineer is supposed to come pick up the box, 5 days ago. Still not arrived. Was booked in. Can't get any help.

    @virginmedia And I don't expect you to, but to me you should know whether or not there's an issue on your end, give some sort of reassurance to customers that yes if there is a problem, and that we're working on fixing the issue. But you always point the finger at the customer.

    @virginmedia I did, after holding for 60 minutes. I worked out a contract on the phone, but I’ve noticed today that you’ve removed many channels and the additional channels are not in HD. This was not explained on my call. Really disappointing service. How can you help me get this resolved?

    @virginmedia Sorry, but do you actually care??? I'm not stupid,I know what the number is. You did 'check' and couldn't offer much really....since VM removed all the helpful numbers, ie Retentions etc, every call goes to the same dept. And because of your again failing yesterday

    @virginmedia nothing thus far. have spent > 2 hours in call queues over last 10 days without ever successfully getting through to cancellations. have tried on 4 days to get through via chat service multiple conversations started but never finished.
