Emma Latham (@EmsydilemsyL) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia advice please! I’ve been a customer for over ten years and am also an o2 customer and my account is now going up by another £12 per month on a pretty basic package! Phoned twice and been told that someone will get back to me with a new price package - still nothing
-
Anne McCormack (@1AnneMcCormack) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England@virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.

Andy McKeown (@AndyMcK1982) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia @virginhelp We have just signed up for a broadband/phone package. We were recommended by a friend. They never gave us a code though as they are a pensioner. We were told to simply give her details in but the operative would not accept. Can we still get a code after?

Now telling me lies on WhatsApp. Saying i logged an issue weeks after engineers had already been out to find the fault. Refusing compensation after 4 mths no service.

Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.
-
Ray Waring (@RayWaring) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia Sorry I really don’t get it. A few hours ago I was told that your team would investigate etc. Now you’re telling you don’t have any access so I’m left to hang on with no one from VM being able to update me. Is that it?

Tim Jackson (@TimmyJ1972) reported from Garston, England@virginmedia To be honest, the issue is an intermittent fault. My wife works from home and the broadband just drops out numerous times a day. Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine
-
zach close YT 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈 (@ZachcloseYT) reported from St Helens, EnglandBefore covid came you was brilliant @virginmedia but ever since then you have been really **** and if it not sorted by next Sunday we are leaving you it literally 2023 and you still got **** service
-
Chris Wright (@ChrisWAzure) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....
-
Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!
