    @virginmedia Sorted now but 1/2 hr wait is unacceptable you should be informing customers of waiting times and/or offering callback service. #Amazon and #eBay do this really well.

    @virginmedia We are talking to them and not to be disrespectful but they are clueless. All you care about is getting the contract signed then tough for the future - it is a shocking way to do business and I work in sales and would get sacked for the way to treat existing clients

    Really frustrated with @virginmedia customer service - or lack of customer service can’t give us the correct information, 4 calls and been put on hold for 13 minutes with out being told why - @SkyUK are you any better might give you a call

    @virginmedia @Ofcom I now have a recording of the last advisor who I spoken to... terrible terrible service and I will not ever return to @virginmedia. What a waste after 20 years of being with you. What a shame, I will send the recording to @ofcom and cancel the direct debit 👍🏻

    @virginmedia 300mbps. We’re paying for 500mbps and ive just tested it now as my phones switched to used my mobile data and we’re getting 5mbps. That’s not good at all. I’ve done all the checks and tests and it’s saying no errors

    @virginmedia That there is no problem. Then that there was a problem which would be fixed by Monday ar 1pm and nothing could be done until then, Monday came and went nothing happened. Called again today, I was told there wasn’t any issues, then that there was and it needed a technician.
