@virginmedia has got the worst customer service of any network. Raised a complaint back in January regarding a misold package,still waiting for an outcome. The notes say they have tried contacting me...no they havnt, not missed calls, voicemails or emails. Absolute liars.

@richardbranson @virginmedia has to be the worst company for customer service I have ever come across in my 41 years on this planet. 2 hours on the phone yesterday and today and passed from pillar to post and still non the wiser. Absolute disgrace and I’m being kind !

@virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

@virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

@virginmedia Yes, it sent me on exactly the same set of webpages. Definitely needs fixing. I’ve just looked at the app (which I never use) & there’s a notification about the appt. If you confirm the appt by text/email, I really expect you to confirm the cancellation by text/email as well.

@virginmedia The day was supposed to arrive never showed up again, talked to support - they told me to wait EOD and surely was on its way, never arrived. Talked to support again, they told me there was another issue (that the previous support agents couldn’t find apparently) and re-scheduled

@virginmedia The tv signal keeps going fuzzy and pixilated. All connections are in properly, and have rebooted the box about 20 times . It’s been saying on your website that engineers are working on it for the last 3 months. Could I need a new box.

@virginmedia @virginhelp I've never had this much issue as I have had today. I'm plugged in on ethernet, I've reset my hub, and checked my area and there is no issue at all. My WiFi is working from my hub but yet its booting me out of Destiny 2 and not just that but the chat parties on PS5 itself
