@virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

@BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

@virginmedia It's more so wifi, I used to use Ethernet which was also shocking so stopped, but paying for a high speed / for the multiple devices purpose and then having devices disconnect and the network go down so often, it's terrible

@MartinSLewis I'm with @virginmedia and now paying over £9 for only 1G, and 1500 minutes. Never really use the minutes and much of the data. It feels like I'm donating more to Virgin now with the recent increase. Any suggestions on who to switch to especially since nice to have more data?

@No1Footballer @MartinSLewis @virginmedia You dont need to be. As soon as you started the volt contract all you needed to do was phone O2 to cancel... its 2 separate direct debits so doesnt impact your virgin deal

@virginmedia I am a long time virginmedia customer and this type of experience is not new. Basically my phone and router were in separate rooms, and I have been forced to move phone beside router, because engineer was not permitted to re-cable through crawl spaces.
