    @vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

    @virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

    @JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

    @virginmedia It doesnt work I went to sign in and it said your account has been disconnected but you can still do so over the phone! I dont want to over the phone I want to formally write one. with a two children and one who relies on routine its been nearly three weeks of hell without wifi!

    @virginmedia The replacement sim was ordered on Thursday. We were not given a tracking number. Is there anyway to get a sim as the one with royal mail most likely won't get to me and I am being charged for a service that I am unable to use.

    @virginmedia Hi there, Internet down yet again. It’s been happening more and more frequently over the last couple weeks since an engineer attended for an area issue. Power cycling hasn’t helped, no currently reported problem on the service status page.
