    @virginmedia Thanks. Very frustrating and time consuming. Spent whole afternoon trying to sort it. Twitter not really the best way to resolve issues especially with an 82 year old.

    @virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.

    @virginmedia ...when all she has is TV on an old box and a phone line. She's house bound and this is all she has. The 1st feller attitude was disgusting and said like it or lump it. Clearly doesn't enjoy his job at Virgin Media and customer service is not his game! Awaiting a manger today, ty

    @virginmedia Just wifi, the phones tablets tv all just going off randomly. I have now booked a technician but I have been doing the troubleshooting for 2 days and its saying the issue is being fixed. Its only today they have said to send a technician

    @virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia I switched from Sky to Virgin, worst decision I ever made. All was fine until I renewed my contract, they overcharged me for services agreed and I even had it in black and white on a contract from them, multiple phone calls to India with no resolution. Buffers all the time too

    @virginmedia I cannot tell you how horrendous my experience has been. 4 weeks later, no install, a broken path and I have no broadband! You didn’t show up again!!!! No communication either.

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Wish we had virgin in my area. Sky extortionate fees now, love sports, multi room and boys watch at uni so not really much choice. I believe their Sat contract runs out in a few years so will lose some of the service I currently get so will def leave then
