@virginmedia Tues realised we’d been hacked via phishing email. Contacted Customer Service everyday for help & they have been useless. Told us they would turn our emails off for 48hrs to secure it. They’re can’t now get us back on despite 📞over an hr.😡

@caffyhank @virginmedia They are shite. I left them 2 weeks ago due to the same issue. 100mb and was getting like 2mb. Although when I phoned up a few days before disconnection, they messed with my settings and I got 100mb!!

@virginmedia been on the phone 1hour. 10 mins 2 departments both passed me on trying to get technical help, line went dead ,now waiting again 20 mins in. Wouldn’t mind I have gone for a bigger package not trying to cancel .

@virginmedia I have already done that. However, I am still not getting WiFi. I have my WiFi turned on and off every 5 minutes. I get signal once and then it drops down to 0 download speed and 0 upload speed. Stays like that for 2 or 3 minute sand then I am back online.
