    @virginmedia You didn't t even address it. Went on your terms and conditions and corporate statement. You have not followed up r own protocol. Would be interesting to see if the plentiful other complaints got the same short shrift. It was the lying and the price gouging that is the worst

    @virginmedia My wife and I have worked from home now for a year, she has wired connection and still bombs out , I’m getting ear bashing every day , this needs sorting very quick, I’m a loyal customer, but loyalty don’t count any more IMO BT guarantee speed in all rooms???
