@virginmedia your sales team are telling people that upgrading to 200 speed will fix WiFi issues. I was looking for a new deal but don’t want to sign up until it’s guaranteed I can get WiFi in more than 2 rooms. I live in a small 3 bed and I’m on my 2nd router which is worse

@virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

Trying to work out how the @virginmedia WiFi boosters have somehow managed to make the service even worse. Constantly dropping out, no 5G bandwidth and showing connections but no internet 🙄

@virginmedia This is an issue every time scheduling changes on the same day as broadcast. The guide just doesn’t update in time. I couldn’t record Babs because it was never added to the guide and my Eastenders recording was an hour before the show was rescheduled to start.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Takes an hour each time to speak to a human. Few times passed from retentions to cancellations. Even had debt collectors on. I owe them nothing. They are a complete NIGHTMARE! Never ever ever ever again @virginmedia

@virginmedia They never state what the issue is, as usually they'll arrive and say there either isn't an issue, or that they'll come back and fix it next time (usually never happens). I will not be phoning the team again - I have attempted 3 times for 1 hour each time to get cut off.

@virginmedia Sorry, meant to say , kept telling me my account credentials were wrong, never got to speak to anyone, VM have spelled my partners name wrong, so couldn’t find the account , sorry but this is ridiculous. I will now be making a complaint, catalogue of errors!
