    @virginmedia Can I speak to a human, please? It’s impossible to speak to anyone here. I paid for my bill via bank transfer more than a week ago and it hasn’t been registered. Phone service is not recognising my password and I can’t find a live chat.

    @virginmedia So I had loss of service but not complete even tho the service I had wasn't enough to even complete a 15 minute online training. Great. Even though you only have cold water, would you still get a bath? Nah don't think you would

    @virginmedia can someone help me please? I’m about to lose my ****. Never ever known anything like this company. Now telling me lies on WhatsApp. Saying i logged an issue weeks after engineers had already been out to find the fault. Refusing compensation after 4 mths no service.

    @virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

    @virginmedia No, they just left. Rang your customer service they are now telling me the problem is internal. I’ve had no internet since July, no tv since August. It’s beyond a joke now. 5 visits I’ve had.

    @jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.

    @virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....

    @virginmedia Just wifi, the phones tablets tv all just going off randomly. I have now booked a technician but I have been doing the troubleshooting for 2 days and its saying the issue is being fixed. Its only today they have said to send a technician

    @virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?

    @Benleo @virginmedia I had a similar issue with plusnet and open reach, still waiting for the fibre to be fitted. I think it's the beginning of the end for this level of poor service, people have had enough.

    @Benleo @virginmedia yes they are not good at customer service .... they only have process for what the business doeballs call the happy path. I had to suffer these morons until I could retire , they were coming through the Grad systems and qualifications were replacing wisdom and experience.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia must send you an End of Contract Notification (EoCN) between 10 and 40 days before contract ends. This alerts upcoming price changes and available deals, however, sometimes this does not provide 30 days' notice to formally cancel on most occasions. Ofcom investigate

    @virginmedia Definitely loss of 1GB broadband, my home security is not fully funcioning either, its just not good enough, Ypur estimated time of fix is Wednesday 20th by which time i will have its been down since Friday, I expect to be receiving a substantial discount on my bill.

    @virginmedia This issue appeared to be fixed only for the internet connection to drop out again a few minutes later last night and the fix date remains 5 whole days! It doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else in my street other than me. Can anyone help?
