@virginmedia Okay, but with respect, the problem is your call centre say different stuff every time, which inevitably bears no resemblance to reality. Later, VM deny those conversations ever took place and there is no written evidence to back up what was agreed. That's what I am after here?

@virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?

@les_murray71 @virginmedia Still saying 12.05 on the app Lesley .... have they put that new estimated fix time out elsewhere? 😱

@BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!

Hi @MartinSLewis, have you been getting feedback on @virginmedia not letting people cancel recently? Not giving customers any means to cancel, even when out of contract. It’s quite shocking, particularly over such a financially difficult period!
-
Sam
(@Sam_Rigg1) reported
@virginmedia We had an engineer round that said they couldn't expand the capacity as it would mean people lose internet for more than a day so basically they will never fix it.

@virginmedia Also told the managers decision has been emailed (it hasn’t) an absolute poorly handled situation by @virginmedia and will NEVER use your services again whatever the outcome
-
Chloë

Do you think it's appropriate and moral to not give your customers any means to cancel, @virginmedia? And when they finally get through and do cancel, you just disappear so that their cancellation doesn't count? Do you think that's okay?
