-
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia So I had loss of service but not complete even tho the service I had wasn't enough to even complete a 15 minute online training. Great. Even though you only have cold water, would you still get a bath? Nah don't think you would

Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?
-

-
AirDribblePrick (@AirDribblePrick) reported@garyb007 @Benleo They couldn't care less about loyalty, that's why all the new customers get the best deals and loyal customers end up paying double. **** @virginmedia scum company.
-
Jackmeough1 (@Jackmeough7058) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Left 08/23. Landline wasn't working for 12months+. Indian call centre kept promising engineers that never came. -

Josh (@Joshhhhh____) reportedThanks at @virginmedia for going down 3 times in one month new record!!! Well done! and refusing compensation. Disgusting!
-
Mike Fuller (@ninepine) reported@virginmedia Apology accepted but your data is clearly bad and your systems faulty if you have to rely on assumptions not truth. Sadly symptomatic of @virginmedia - @ICOnews should investigate. When your systems also wrongly say I haven't paid my bill in full it's systemic not unusual.😡
-
Louise Bagshawe (@LouiseMensch) reported@Benleo @virginmedia In America they would have been hit with a bunch of class action lawsuits already but the best you can do is probably make a complaint to a regulator.
