@OwenJones84 @GaryMerseybox @virginmedia By the time December 12 arrives Daft Boris will be a bumbling sweaty wreck with Corbyns Labour breathing Down his Yfronts . As for Jo Swinson a straight jacket awaits her and a padded cell. Lord Farage has kidded all the Knuckleheads to back him but that could melt overnight.

@virginmedia I will call shortly. I just feel that you are pricing people out of their broadband. I am on a low income and can only just manage the cost of it at the moment. I just don't understand why the router I have is not boosting the signal

@PR_Bennett @virginmedia They know hub 3 has major issues I'm wondering if I can hook up a different router because ever since they updated me to hub 3 I've no wifi upstairs even with 2 boosters! They blame my end wtf! I used to run 4 kids computers and 2 PCs before with no issues and I pay more now!!
-
Claire Jennings
(@ClaireJen79) reported
@virginmedia Yeah till I'm blue in the face. It's the hub! I had no issues till I upgraded last year. But no they say check it's all screwed in reset ect like I'm a moron! U guys know it's the rubbish hub but refuse to do anything about it! I pay for 350 broadband and I get 5.5 mbps wifi
-
Ashley Pilling
(@AshleyPilling2) reported
@virginmedia Yes they told me I had to increase my plan with an extra charge of £6 per month. Which I can’t afford, but had to move up to 350mbps so it would my drop out. But the problem still happens costing me more money due to loss of work each time it drops out
-
Mark Williams
(@MarkyMarkPart1) reported
@virginmedia Wired connection is fine. The WiFi from the hub is hopeless, dropping connections, weak signal. I understand about the increase in fees, just object to having to pay it when the kit isn't up to scratch. When I was with EE, the access point would reliably cover the whole house.

Marina
(@omarina9737) reported
@virginmedia No response? Classic! Its ironic considering you never late to chase for payment

@SarahJayBee I had @virginmedia installed last week. And set up a mesh network within house on Tuesday. I know how your husband feels. 26mb/s last Thursday, 544 mb/s today!
