    @Jacedafaceis @virginmedia Yes. Been out to lake district, and 4G mobile phone signal was quick and more reliable than the broadband. And people thought it was normal.

    @virginmedia Can someone find out the exact issue please that has caused outages since 22/9. At this point given the length of downtime it shouldn’t be hard to figure out what’s going on. If you aren’t told about fault specifics then someone could perhaps use some initiative and find out?

    @virginmedia 5 weeks. 3 installation dates. 3hrs 05mins of call time. Unanswered web complaints. No show engineers. Call agents hanging up. Asked to cancel and told I’d have to pay £180 exit fee. Still no internet. Horrendous service. What is going on?

    @virginmedia Engineer came Friday, still no service on the phone for 10 hrs to 18 people Saturday, you closed my complaint with £10 credit that I never agreed to, yet still no service waiting for another engineer… my complaint IS NOT RESOLVED @virginmedia

    I recently moved house. @virginmedia doesn't supply my new property so after several months of billing me AFTER I'd moved out they agreed to terminate the contract and refund me. Except they didn't terminate the contract or refund me and I'm still getting billed lol.
