@virginmedia They answered, established they couldn't sell me a new product then told me to phone back in the day my contract ends and immediately hung up.. If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

Finally getting broadband tomorrow! Was with Virgin Media but due to many issues I was able to end the contract and have been waiting since 30th October for the new broadband to get activated. Can finally get back online on the Xbox and might do some streaming too!

@pstaceyuk17 @virginmedia I don't know. I have the same issue. Sent a test email to my problem email address to see if it bounced back. Nope. People probably just think we are ignoring them and yes, like you, finding it impossible to change email addresses on certain sites. So sad.

Oh @virginmedia WiFi has Been crashing in and out all evening. So many people have tried to correct it. It’s still awful. Only a few more months until we can get out of the contract. Can’t wait
