@JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

@vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

@virginmedia Hi there, picking this back up as still having issues. We did a pinhole reset and it was fine for 30 mins then back to same issues. We are both sitting less than 1m from hub, there is nothing around it. Plugged in we get speed promised, wifi we get 5-15.

@virginmedia It makes it even more frustrating that aspects of the support are so poor - the service check you have to be online to run, the bot that fails to recognise no service, a message to call to register loss of service and no option to do so, etc. Fix advised eventually for 14:15..

Virgin Media are crooks. Complete broadband outage estimated to last ALL day but you’re only entitled to minimal compensation if your outage lasts for 48 hrs yet my partner won’t get paid for the work he’s unable to do today
