@BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

@virginmedia It's nice to know that there's real people on the other end and i know you're trying your best with the resources that you have. Just wish there was a better and easier way. Last time i had an issue it took weeks till a tech was sent out and they fixed in within an hour.
