@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@virginmedia Today I have received a response to a complaint telling me "you ain't got an issue" (exact words) Firstly I do not agree, I can't speak to someone as I am not a customer and no response to abuse and intimidation from engineers. Matters need to be escalated as enough is enough.

@LichVtuber @virginmedia We had the same issue with Virgin, we ended up having no decent internet for months which they wanted us to pay for. Switched to utility warehouse as the service was poor
