    @virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

    @JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

    @virginmedia I need to speak to someone urgently about Virgin showing a missed payment on my credit history back in August 2018, when I cancelled my internet back in June 2018 (which was made incredibly difficult by poor customer service at the time)

    Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

    @virginmedia No absolutely nothing. Simply told me that there was an issue in our area but how patient do you expect me to be. I cannot do my job effectively with speeds like this. I can’t take important meetings. Simply poor service.

    @virginmedia tbh that page is often very slow to update, a few reboots seem to have done the drink but wifi kept dropping out. wired devices were fine

    @virginmedia I have my own router connected to the stock virgin one as I used to use the stock one and it had issues slow speed and no solution from virgin. The stock one is in modem mode so unfortunately I can't check this but it won't change that my Internet is slow because it is.

    @virginmedia Wow I pay £37 a mth for broadband which can only be reduced to £32.50 a mth. When new customers are getting it for £26.99 a mth #noexistingcustomerloyalty time to shop around & change I think (oh & I know I can't leave & be a new customer ur advisor kindly told me)
