  @virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?

  @lsrlinda I’m pretty sure many have struggled with very poor English or a similarly strong accent. My neighbour is hard of hearing and swapped Virgin Media for BT due to such struggles.

  @virginmedia I’ve sent back my equipment in two phases. One was sent last year and you want to charge me again. You have a useless non contactable customer service so this needs to be resolved in one message
