    @virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

    @virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

    @virginmedia I need help with getting a number so I can call up and cancel the subscription we have. The broadband has been terrible for over a month now. Was told last week there was an issue with the router and we would receive support and have had none and it’s impossible to get though

    Internet is FINALLY up and running, thank you to Lee who I spoke to earlier who was the only helpful person I’ve dealt with during all of this who actually managed to resolve my issue! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia the other day there was an issue with TV in SG2. The service status page claims it's fine but we're still having issues with some channels, namely CBeebies. I've noticed other channels (BBC1) work fine.

    @virginmedia We pay for 500+mbps and at times, usually on an evening receive either nothing or around 50kbps and you’re telling me speeds aren’t the issue? The piss poor quality of virgin overall is an issue. The router is that ********* one with white light on it, I don’t know the name.

    @virginmedia checked the service status in my area and with no surprise it says there is no issues. Apart from over the last hour I have had two complete 10 minute periods of no service via home Broadband!

    @virginmedia It been restored. My point being an SMS or email to business clients would have saved me a call. Why not proactively alert, than point people to status. (Who ironically might not be able to access). "Our service is down but we are on it. Will update with eta or resolution." Easy.
