    @virginmedia customers suffering the usual standard of service from virgin Media again. Denial of service should see customers compensated, customer service appears to be the lowest priority.

    @vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

    @virginmedia No - you moved it back about 10 days ago and just told me you need to do more work outside our house, even though the guys who came to dig up my front garden told me they’d done everything. the issue is the moved appointment and then appalling lack of customer service.
