    @virginmedia @Ofcom I now have a recording of the last advisor who I spoken to... terrible terrible service and I will not ever return to @virginmedia. What a waste after 20 years of being with you. What a shame, I will send the recording to @ofcom and cancel the direct debit 👍🏻

    @virginmedia disgusted that as a valued customer for over 15 years, I’m moving property, wanting to move my services to my new address but because it is above a business you will not install so you are charging me for closing my account which I do not want to do 😡

    @virginmedia We are talking to them and not to be disrespectful but they are clueless. All you care about is getting the contract signed then tough for the future - it is a shocking way to do business and I work in sales and would get sacked for the way to treat existing clients

    @melmel978 @virginmedia @skytv having the same problem it’s a nightmare, very stressful,they tell you not to ring unless it’s a emergency, u can’t get through and then when u do they are closed, if you can only call to cancel but they make it impossible to get through is that not illegal ? If not it should be

    @virginmedia I want to end my contract how do I do it ? I have tried online it sends you in circles I’ve tried all day to call , it’s engaged all the time then when I do get through it’s closed ? I don’t want to pay more than I do already but I can’t cancel it’s impossible
