@virginmedia So service resumed around 3pm with an email confirming it. In the last 5/10 mins the wireless connection keeps disappearing off. It’ll return for a second or two, then drop again. Unsurprisingly your status checker says there isn’t an issue despite there clearly being one.

@virginmedia i telephoned because i wanted to reduce my services, the first call offered reduction to 47.95, never happened, second call refused to call me, third call apologies for lack of action confirmed reduction and a credit again nothing happened

@robert_chafer @virginmedia My experience over the last month or so has been awful. Without doubt the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ll reluctantly them a few more days to make it good but after then i’ll be cancelling and going back to a different provider.
