  @Jacedafaceis @virginmedia Yes. Been out to lake district, and 4G mobile phone signal was quick and more reliable than the broadband. And people thought it was normal.

  @virginmedia I'm a VirginMedia customer with a subscription to the Sky Movies & Sports package. I was using the On Demand option to watch the Downton Abbey The Grand Finale movie. It was then I discovered that the subtitles are not synchronised with the soundtrack.
