    @virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

    4th time complaining to @virginmedia and still NO reply and not dealt with at all. 3 complaint forms submitted and 1 letter. Now with the @financialombuds but going to take a while because of large volumes of complaints 😕🙄 just want my credit file updating! 😡

    @virginmedia I will call shortly. I just feel that you are pricing people out of their broadband. I am on a low income and can only just manage the cost of it at the moment. I just don't understand why the router I have is not boosting the signal

    @virginmedia I don’t want anything to do with you, I’m fed up talking to you about this. I called up a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady who told me there’s nothing to worry about, the system is updated and I won’t be charged. Yet I’ve just received a text. Beyond poor customer service.

    So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.

    @virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

    @virginmedia got a problem with the TiVo box it’s the second box - tried to reset two days ago and delete everything has been on the screen since then - any suggestions as this has been nothing but trouble and for £122 per month is a joke

    @virginmedia Spoke to at least 12 staff & still no joy. Service is extremely poor as every call they ask the same questions and do not listen when he keeps advising them he’s done what they are asking numerous times. They seem reluctant to escalate & we are paying for a service not provided.

    @virginmedia So you have redirected to the Web form page which as stated isn't fit for purpose for the complaint and I used previously to be then fobbed off with "we tried to call you". Don't want to lose more countless minutes trying to talk to someone in Mongolia.

    @virginmedia Why am I receiving daily texts from you telling me an engineer is due to fix a problem, I never called for an engineer. Replied “fixed” to cancel appointment and I have received another appointment for 14/5. Texts are coming from your virgin text service.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried that too but every time I do it the signal is seemingly strong enough to not show as a black spot… as I said, it’s intermittent. It also affects the connection between my main TiVo box and my second box in a bedroom
