    @richardbranson I experienced the worst customer service ever today from @virginmedia. Can someone explain to me why new customers get a better deal than loyal existing customers? It's criminal in this day and age really isn't it?

    @virginmedia worst customer service ever. Have been a customer for 30 years and called today to review my package. 35 minutes, 3 departments later and still no closer to being sorted.

    @twoboatsman @virginmedia Had the same problems last year with talk talk... getting nowhere with them until I said I was leaving.. suddenly I got a great deal.

    @virginmedia I know it isn’t correct pal. Hence my initial tweet. Not your fault sorry but an awful experience which I know won’t even register losing 1 customer but I’ve never dealt with such incompetence from every dept so needed to warn others

    @virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

    @virginmedia Unless you can locate the mobile phone that never reached me in August 2020, employ more peoley to deal with customers and open shops again , I shouldn't think there is thank you.

    @virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

    @virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

    @richardbranson @virginmedia has to be the worst company for customer service I have ever come across in my 41 years on this planet. 2 hours on the phone yesterday and today and passed from pillar to post and still non the wiser. Absolute disgrace and I’m being kind !

    @virginmedia The issue was the installer turned up after the time window allocated so the lady on phone said she needed to email me a form to fill in to claim the £26 compensation. The form hasn't arrived. So I have my broadband but I want my compensation

    End of an era. I've been with @virginmedia for over 10yrs and today I've decided to leave as they are putting my bill up for the 2nd time in six months. My bill would have been £25 higher than for a new customer, same package. Loyalty means nothing to VM 👋🏼

    @virginmedia can't fix an internet outage in almost 24 hrs in central London. Since I lost the internet connection, their useless 'check service status' webpage says that a 'technician is in the area and fixing the issue', which clearly is a lie.

    @virginmedia to return the thousands u had overcharged us & violated EVERY contract we'd had from 22yrs previous. "LEAVE IT WITH ME to arrange your compensation". Then u go back to step 1. Warning NEVER LEAVE ANYTHING with u because u dropped me & worse u deceived me over & over & over again.
