@virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

@virginmedia So I’ve scanned the living room ok Come up to the bedroom above the router, can’t find it! And doesn’t find it anywhere else upstairs! My phone won’t connect so the WiFi at all! It shows as connected but can’t access the internet. And I’ve forgotten the network!

@virginmedia Hi there. When I called this morning they said no one was booked in. We have run the diagnostic tests multiple times since last Wednesday. The technician on Friday said he has no idea what the problem is and someone will come on Monday but no one came. Can someone come today?
