    @virginmedia Visit was put on hold as you later found you had a wider issue. It was resolved after a few hours so not too bad. Not sure how happy my boss was at me not being able to get online though...

    @virginmedia please help V6 box is playing up, causes tv to keep going off from a few seconds to making tv turn off. It is not the TV as works fine on freeeview

    Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

    @virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

    @virginmedia In work now! Family struggling at home will have to do tonight! Are there other steps you can message me. messaging on here last week service been terrible and believe the whole area from speaking to friends and family! Virgin need to acknowledge and communicate if bigger issues.

    @virginmedia you sent a new router because the other one didn’t work properly and this one is worse. WiFi non existent I want to leave your rubbish service and I’m not sitting on the phone for hours so sort it or I’m going to the ombudsman

    @BeanToast @skytv @virginmedia Check each month's bill very carefully as they are prone to be really inconsistent when it comes to billing. I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

    And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

    @virginmedia Keep trying! You refuse to sort ongoing internet issues from last year. My internet cuts off completely after 5-10 minutes at best and I lose online work and get thrown off of teams. You have sent 2 engineers out and still cannot sort it. @MartinSLewis @Ofcom

    @SQRLTV @virginmedia Change to @EE broadband mate. Been with them a few years now and no issues at all. Customer service is good. They always calling me to see if they can help or move onto a better package etc.

    @virginmedia the speed available on wifi is woeful and the inability to get through to anyone in your call centres is pathetic, not least to mention the less than helpful text service. 10.30am and I'm struggling to access your own website, beyond 6pm is torture. Please advise.

    @virginmedia 40 mins on hold (spent 2.5h in recent few weeks on hold), fault team have raised a work order, seeking my money back please for services not provided! Having to go to work in a pandemic due your poor service. And no complaints dept that will actually spy to customers

    @virginmedia trying to home school and the WiFi drops out constantly all day 😫 I've unplugged the router, rebooted etc. Moved into clear position off floor etc but still the WiFi drops. Would a booster help?

    @virginmedia Usual terrible service today, 40mins on hold without answer. As is typical these days blaming covid although over the years this is your usual lack of service. Maybe if you provided better service/product at a fair price your call centres wouldn't be overwhelmed
