just cancelled my @virginmedia account after 30 plus years, If you're a new customer you can get the package I was on plus extra channels and other benefits for over £30 less a month, but existing customers can't, no loyalty to customers what so ever,

@virginmedia I’ve tried that but it says that I already have an account - the old account holders one. But I am the account holder now, but I never got the option to reset the username and password. If I try to reset the password it sends the email to the old account holders email.
