@virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

@virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

@virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

@virginmedia on a scale of 1 to 10, how bad are you at customer service? I'd say 10. 3 appointments you've failed to turn up for to install a cable that should really have been put in 2 years ago to provide the service that I've been paying for and obviously not receiving.
