    @virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

    Started the online process with @virginmedia to cancel services at 1.30pm yesterday. I got ended at 5pm when they finished work. Had to to back of queue and start again this morning. Radio silence for over an hour. Now 10.30 am and no further forward. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia so angry now! Nearly 2 HOURS on the phone, problem not solved, asked for a more senior person to talk to, got passed to someone in customer retentions who had no idea why I was on the phone, she said she would transfer me back to a technician but then cut me off.
