@virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

@virginmedia ok I have rebooted my broadband, checked my connectivity via an app, a bot & a recorded voice. I teach online & have had to cancel 3 clients & managed more advanced learners online. My devices are won’t reconnect. I have clients booked for the morning too. #help

When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

@virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

@virginmedia I think I mean pods...I was told I'd get 3 free with my upgrade, yes I've raised it and it's under investigation. I was told wifi can't be guaranteed but through a cable can be, WiFi ranges from 40 to 400, cables never higher than 85/90
