    @virginmedia @virginmedia sorry really trying to be chill but this is horrendous customer service. Cut off after 40 mins, call back which I answer immediately and cut off again. No further attempt from your team to contact me. I've told them i want to cancel my order can you please confirm?

    @virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

    @virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

    @virginmedia @its_coco_do Well I've clearly been forgotten conveniently after calling telling an agent I want to cancel my order and being cut off. Promised a call back. Nothing. Every time I call I get dropped. Ridiculous

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

    @virginmedia is it possible to DM someone to cancel a contract? I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes, finally got through to someone who said it’s not within their remit, transferred me to another department and now the line is silent and I’ve been waiting almost an hour!???

    @virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

    @virginmedia I have had a new installation yesterday... engineer went without it being fix properly have been on the phone since 8am yesterday and still on the phone now trying to get it sorted I have a elderly parent in the house her panic alarm is not working due to the Internet

    @virginmedia The website told me that it is checking my connection right now and they’re going to check over 24 hours and if not they’re going to send an engineer out if they don’t discover any problems I believe it said!

    @virginmedia No service since last Sunday, the engineer was meant to come and fix the problem and but just didn't show up - no explanation given. We asked for a mobile hub so at least there would be Internet but we're told that's only for new customers...very poor service
