Unless you can actually do anything that may solve or attempt to solve the issue dont bother replying because your just giving me lip service

South Coast Commuter (@CS_Hants) reported@virginmedia @docrussjackson Make a formal complaint and say you will report to @Ofcom. Ask for compensation, there are plenty of precedents. They are measured on how many and how quickly they resolve customer complaints. Am dumping VM tomorrow after 18 months of abysmal service, cant wait to be rid of them!
