@virginmedia no service from 2nd box so phoned customer service. Automated voice says text with link will be sent. Call ends. Text arrived. Pressed link takes me to page which says that link isn't working. Customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

@virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

@virginmedia Yes. I am getting no service via the 2nd box whatsoever. The box light does not change from red. Tried switching off at the wall. Checked leads & have swapped over HDMI lead all to no avail.

@virginmedia I have, and the diagnostics confirmed something was wrong--I have an engineer coming over this afternoon. I haven't factory-reset the router, as the last time this happened, the problem wound up being a faulty cable between the house and the cabinet that needed replacing.

I have never had such a worse time calling @virginmedia I have been lied to again. I am getting a tech visit but now im not but I still am. The fault in the area then told wasnt a fault that is now a fault and to top it off a tech call in 4 hours. I am confused. HELP ME!!!!!!!

Hi @virginmedia who would I speak to at your company about your staff using underhand and frankly dodgy tactics on contract renewals and not honouring promises on accounts, retentions have been frankly rude. Been a customer for 15 years and don't appreciate this.

@virginmedia I've checked it says "there is an issue and it's being fixed" it's said that for the last three days. I asked for text updates and received nothing. Doesn't really help the issue here

@virginmedia I accept there can be problems but the device and info around this has been shocking at best and untrue at worst and to be offered to sell me a new deal when I was on a complaint call is an insult
