    @BeanToast @skytv @virginmedia Check each month's bill very carefully as they are prone to be really inconsistent when it comes to billing. I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

    @virginmedia I have sent them a DM as their support suggests, but have heard nothing from them as yet. Their response time can be up to 72 hours from experience. As noted previously, I would like a call back arranged to sort this out, or do I need to raise a complaint?

    @virginmedia Not a thing. The info you have is exactly the same as I have. I’ve been at home all day waiting for this to arrive. Completely disappointed in the service of @YodelOnline and the loss/theft of this package!
