    @virginmedia So it's not the devices. As I say it's only since this new hub. All I get when I ring customer services is run these tests etc equipment working fine but there must be some underlying problem somewhere

    @virginmedia There was apparently a local fault that is now showing as resolved. However the WiFi painfully slow and times out

    @virginmedia I will call shortly. I just feel that you are pricing people out of their broadband. I am on a low income and can only just manage the cost of it at the moment. I just don't understand why the router I have is not boosting the signal

    @virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

    @virginmedia No. I work, so don’t have a spare hour during the day. I’ll call to cancel when I can fit it in. £120 odd per month should enable me to watch a recording.

    @virginmedia Hi was supposed to be yesterday between 12-4 but got a text on Friday night saying issue has been solved. So they did not come out even though they didn't say they were not coming and I waited in for them. I think I have a faulty hub tbh

    @virginmedia I cannot believe you are putting the price up again and claiming it is ultra reliable when I've had nothing but an unpredictable signal since getting the hub. It's not worth £25 let alone £27.50

    @virginmedia I am seriously considering changing to another broadband company at the end of my contract because I feel I am not getting the best service from virgin anymore

    @virginmedia IT says there's no issues in the area, the speed test was done wirelessly. I have the hub in the same place I have always had the modems, hubs in. This issue has been ongoing ever since I received the newest hub. All wires are in tightly so it's not that. I have a new phone too

    @virginmedia The problem is I’ve still got a year left , but nothing works , hasn’t done in nearly 4 months I’m just going round in circles seriously 17 years with odd issues nothing like the last 4 months … I’ve just cancelled the direct debit with my bank

    Outside my property they have pulled up a line/cable, and spray painted “BLT” next to the cable drain. I called up Virgin Customer services, who tried to tell me that they didn’t do anything. My neighbour even confirmed that a virgin media man was “working on the wires” (2/3)

    @virginmedia To turn my wifi on and off (I’ve tried this more times than there are days in a month now) and to “wait and see if it sorts itself out”… we’ll it’s been nearly 48 hours and it’s still not “sorted itself out”. This is utter bull crap to be honest.
