@virginmedia Tues realised we’d been hacked via phishing email. Contacted Customer Service everyday for help & they have been useless. Told us they would turn our emails off for 48hrs to secure it. They’re can’t now get us back on despite 📞over an hr.😡

@virginmedia No, the picture still looks like I’m watching TV on a cheese grater. Looking at a few threads on your forum this isn’t a new issue either, customers have been experiencing this for well over a year. How’s about I stop paying for the TV part of the package until it’s sorted??

@virginmedia O2, at a time when people are struggling financially ,you have totally let down your hard working customers. Peter Kay announced he was keeping prices low, but you’ve allowed touts to buy and re-sell upto 10x the amount. You should hang your head in shame and embarrassment.
