    @virginmedia checked this and currently it says no issues,there clearly is a issue as this is not an isolated incident and is affecting others closeby. Unless you can actually do anything that may solve or attempt to solve the issue dont bother replying because your just giving me lip service

    @ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

    Wifi down intermittently for 24 hours now @virginmedia and no checks or fixes help. Everything plugged in properly. Next available appt is Thursday morning - I work from home FFS what am I supposed to do until then??? #poor Can't even speak to anyone. #shambles

    @virginmedia Previous appointment had to be cancelled due to work commitments. Unsure what they would have done at the property anyway when it looks like an issue with the service to my property and others. Can’t you check Wa74rf postcode service supply?

    @virginmedia @gbam96 Yes it has been cancelled now, it was the manner it took to get there! Nearly 20 mins of asking to cancel! he had a bad attitude. Very disappointed with the customer service

    @virginmedia can’t get through on the phone, so you launch an app to manage your own account, then when you try and make changes it sends you to a chat option which also you can’t get through on. Your service is an absolute joke !

    @virginmedia HELP!!!! I have had not TV service for nearly 9 hours with fault code W102 on both the TiVo boxes. I have reset the Hub and rebooted both boxes, checked all the cabling and still nothing. My postcode start WA7. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia what is the problem with the broadband in the L9 area?! It’s been dodgy for weeks now and my husband now has to use his phone as a hotspot to be able to actually work from home because the broadband is so shocking!

    @virginmedia Internet issues all morning. Service status checker says no issues in the area & the automated number said to keep an eye on it for 24 hours after finding an intermittent issue. This is unacceptable. We pay a lot for your service and need the Internet for work

    @virginmedia If you check the previous tweets you’ll see the fix time has slipped a number of times so I have no faith the new time will actually be any different. I’d rather someone proactively look into this issue and get back to me instead of relying on automated estimates and responses.

    @virginmedia Note - we have all been given various excuses as to why it's OUR issue & NOT Virgins.We have a whole host of info on the Forum.I was told I was probably banned from a Dumpling website (not a client) for visiting too much..😕 and banned from a client's website due to working on it
