If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

You offered me the piss a while back for free then tried to charge approx 25 quid a month for them.The issue is half your line and half the equipment. You can never send an engineer out as everytime I phone there is an issue in the area.Another outage today

Switched to community fibre, borrowed my mates apple box and now I pay £19 a month instead of the £95 Virgin was going to charge. They even make cancelling tortuous and intrusive. Horrible company with horrible customer service.

If you had prior warning there was an outage expected you can prepare but to have it off for so long is ridiculous
