    @virginmedia Yes that’s correct, last time he sent signal and said it is okay, I no it is not the tv or usb wire as both have been replaced

    @virginmedia Yes several times that’s what frustrates me, normally never have a problem with you guys personally I think I need a replacement TiVo box but I am no expert

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

    @virginmedia He said there was a restricter on the cable so removed it. I’ve checked the hub and it says there are WiFi issues but no idea what to do to fix it? It’s dropped out a number of times today!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SummersCJ But it works with your Virgin Media login via the mobile app so not a sign in issue? Loads of people have the same issue. @SkyHelpTeam maybe it's a fault your end?

    @virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

    @virginmedia Having on going problems with my TiVo box who can I contact to get it sorted, just had notification increase which is not a problem but expect 100 % working kits not the first time I have tried to get this sorted

    just cancelled my @virginmedia account after 30 plus years, If you're a new customer you can get the package I was on plus extra channels and other benefits for over £30 less a month, but existing customers can't, no loyalty to customers what so ever,

    @virginmedia I advised the agent when going through with yourselves I will require a fresh connection to my home due to the work carried out. Engineer came two days ago and left 5 mins after due to not having the correct tools to complete the job. It is Adamant I have this issue sorted ASAP

    @virginmedia Unfortunately I was not, notes were taken during my last call and I was asked preference of contact which was by phone. Hence the 5 working days. Extremely disappointed as loyal customer for 18 years

    Hey @virginmedia Been trying to book an engineer since 10am to come and sort a signal issue with my Broadband. Been cut off FOUR times and each person I’ve spoken to all contradicted each other and essentially had zero clue what they were talking about. Absolute shambles!
