    @Bluesmachine100 @virginmedia No a web page. Issue i had with my router is that it was overheating as a lot of traffic and 2x VPN's where being used. Also port forwarding for my printers and stuff. In short not fit for purpose. Put it in dumb mode and get your own router.

    .@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

    I see @virginmedia have it sorted. You can only cancel or suspend your sports subscription if you call them. Reduced call centres meaning massive waits on the phone. But if you don’t pay they cut your internet and tv off at the time of most need. Let us do it online!!!!

    @jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

    @NikkiFundraiser @virginmedia Oh I feel you. My experience with virgin WiFi was terrible. It felt like the aim of the call centre staff was to get you off the line asap. Ask to speak to an engineer, they were the only people who actually helped rather than made up stuff.

    @virginmedia disgusting level of service… want to leave Virgin but passed all around last night and still waiting over 12 hrs for WhatsApp reply. Final agent I spoke to was appalling and she cut me off. I wouldn’t stay with you now if you offered the service for free.

    @virginmedia Nothing - use WhatsApp and you can get on with your day, then if you don't answer quick enough you get cut off and have to start again It's rubbish, I'm at the point now where I just want it all cancelled, terrible customer service - please cancel from the 13th February, I'm done

    @virginmedia Crap, Still not got anywhere new my 1gigabit speeds since upgrading. Upload speeds seem to have went back to normal but I don't see anywhere above 500 on wired or wireless no matter what time of day it is.

    @virginmedia @O2 Nothing more frustrating when you call virgin media/o2 to make changes to your package and you get passed from one call handler to another throughout the call for 50mins only for them to deliberately hang up on you not once but twice still on hold for 3rd time 😡
