    @SkyHelpTeam shocking service. Iwithout any tv for over 30hrs. Technical fault & and no signal.I pay premium rates for this - the Weather is fine golf & cricket being played today most disappointed having left @virginmedia a few years ago and i need to go back to them now

    @virginmedia How do I get through direct to your retentions team? Every time I finally get put through (after hours) on your Whatsapp service, I don't hear back again and I have to start the whole process again the next day. It's been going on over a week now and it's SO frustrating.

    @virginmedia Hi! Can anyone help me out? We were supposed to have our tv and internet installed on Tuesday. But they couldn’t do it. It’s now delayed until the 17th Feb. We were told to contact you for a temporary dongle but haven’t had a reply from customer service yet 🥺

    @shanleighmakeup @virginmedia I have a cellular watch. I go out without my phone, still receive calls etc. it has built-in sim, what’s called an eSIM, when you set up your watch it connects to your phone and automatically uses the phone’s network to function even away from it
