@virginmedia your network has been down most of the day to more than just some of your customers!! My 12 year old daughter unable to phone/message me and I’m unable to track her T1 diabetes levels which requires data. Shocking you are not treating this with higher priority!
-
Kathryn Skelly (@kaths77x) reported from Liverpool, England
@virginmedia disgusted that as a valued customer for over 15 years, I’m moving property, wanting to move my services to my new address but because it is above a business you will not install so you are charging me for closing my account which I do not want to do 😡
-
AmyNaylor (@amynaylorr) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia That’s the number I’ve been on hold to, then got cut off. I have 3 phone acc, TV, broadband and a business acc. I just want to cancel one sim and it seems impossible
-
Andy Wroblewski (@WirralLiverpool) reported from Birkenhead, England
@virginmedia Any deal that a new customer can get would be fine :) I don’t think it’s fair a customer that’s been with you for 10 years who already has all the equipment needed should pay more for less
-
Councillor Michael Haw (@CllrMichaelHaw) reported from Eccleston, England
@stevehhh so if there are issues with Virgin Media they can easily switch to BT. If BT High Speed Fibre Optic broadband can be secured sooner, rather than later, those residents who are experiencing issues with Virgin Media can switch/be able to access the High Speed Fibre Optic service.

@MattTRFC @Stemac2010 @virginmedia Yes Matt, I was shocked too I had no choice but to hand my 30days notice in, I’ve been with them since 2009 no way I’m paying £1 more a month for 100mb compared to what a new customer would pay for 300mb!
-
Karl Robinson (@KRobbo1982) reported from Liverpool, England
@virginmedia are a joke! Ive lost my services for today due to their incompetence. Been on the phone for 45 mins and got nowhere. Complaint lodged which will also get nowhere i bet.

Andy Wroblewski (@WirralLiverpool) reported from Birkenhead, England
@virginmedia I’ve had issues during my 12month contract & I still rang up to renew. I was then told I wasn’t entitled to any new customer deals & I’d have to pay a £1 more a month for your budget service compared to what a new customer would pay for your top package.
-
Councillor Michael Haw (@CllrMichaelHaw) reported from Eccleston, England
@stevehhh Virgin media is accessible, the problem has been reliability. A number of residents on those roads listed have had severe issues with the service & from experience BT Broadband is the more reliable. For example, in Eccleston Park residents now have access to Virgin & BT... [cont]

Kathryn Skelly (@kaths77x) reported from Liverpool, England
@virginmedia No it’s not worth explaining things once again, I’ve spoke to customer service, I spoke to someone on here the other day and I’ve spoke to the resolutions team and have just been fobbed off by all 😡

Tom Berry 🏴 🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@tomeberry) reported
@virginmedia Gave up waiting on WhatsApp & phoned. Eventually reached a retention team member who could only offer a deal significantly poorer than for a new customer. As per 2020 Ofcom rules I must be appraised of all deals inc new customers. Apparently better to leave (& return) than stay!

@Nikkic134 @virginmedia I'm an IT professional and it took me 2 days to cancel. The way they purposefully run people round in circles, repeating questions and throwing "deals" about in order to confuse is appalling.
