    @virginmedia Hi, Website says no known issues, however landline has been down since yesterday morning. Engineer booked for Monday, however we have an extremely sick relative who needs to be in contact, nobody on phone (from mobile) is helping with call transfers!

    @virginmedia really not a happy camper. My package is getting too expensive & when I called to ask for it to be reviewed & reduced, the call centre agent INCREASED the price, while reducing the package. I've been a customer for 10 years for all my media services

    @virginmedia @virginmedia so external line installed to property on 19th Jan. Internal technician visit and install happened on 29th Jan. Found fault on external line that was installed. Made a priority external line fix for Today 8AM. No one turned up. So....

    @petermorris1878 @virginmedia Hi Peter I’ll offer better support than the official handle. Call up the cancellation department and demand they take you off the marketing list. It’s the only way. I also recommend reporting this to the @ICOnews as they simply ignore the telephone preference service.

    @virginmedia When I spoke with someone about my accessibility needs they confirmed I'd be able to contact via email should the situation arise. A bunch of your help page links are broken and the live chat says there's a 4h wait. You are legally obligated to provide disability accommodation
