    @virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

    @virginmedia service is down Again in L22. When are you going to do a proper investigation into the cables and rectify your infrastructure. You may provide the fastest broadband, but what good is speed when there is an issue delivering it to properties?

    @virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

    @virginmedia We have tried that number all afternoon, it says sorry we are busy and then cuts off. We need to cancel by the 9th. We should be able to talk to an actual person, as how can we guarantee a letter being sent in, will be processed in that time frame

    @virginmedia been on hold now for 40 minutes to cancel my broadband. Lines don’t even indicate what your wait time is. This is pathetic. Twice I’ve tried to get through now! Why can’t I request to cancel via e Mail or online if no one available to speak?!

    @virginmedia We have a complaint number C-2511201565 you have also put a bill up by £3.50 per month and we were going to increase on 200 meg which we don't do now

    @dhh @nytimes Had to phone to cancel @virginmedia. Bill went from £38 - £49. They had an automated response that offered £3. I declined. My reward was to be on hold for 1hr to talk to a ‘retention specialist’ who then had to xfer me to someone else to finally cancel after a further 1hr hold

    @virginmedia Awful customer services, hiked prices up for no apparent reason (service certainly didn't improve) then chased me for three months payment after I had cancelled the contract in writing. Will never recommend or use service ever again. Saying bye to these adverts too!

    @virginmedia Why is it impossible to contact you regarding cancellation? Phones don’t answer, live chat times out, no dm available. Seems cancelling the dd is the only way to get a response. Crap customer service.

    @virginmedia Broadband has been truly awful since 29th December, near daily outages sometimes up to 6 hours. Engineer visits booked then auto cancelled when service restores. Cannot get through on the phone to anyone or even on live chat. Can anyone help??
