@virginmedia He said there was a restricter on the cable so removed it. I’ve checked the hub and it says there are WiFi issues but no idea what to do to fix it? It’s dropped out a number of times today!

@virginmedia Yes that’s correct, last time he sent signal and said it is okay, I no it is not the tv or usb wire as both have been replaced

@virginmedia sending customers round in circles! I haven’t had internet for over 2 hours, service says its fine, have restarted, reset etc. you call they’re too busy so hang up, you message, they’re too busy so tell you to call…. Sort it out!

@mschakraverty @virginmedia They are shocking. Called them up constantly for a week as speed was great standing 2m away from router. Anything further than that was terrible. They offered me 2 boosters, but I had to pay around 10/month for them.
