@virginmedia I need help with getting a number so I can call up and cancel the subscription we have. The broadband has been terrible for over a month now. Was told last week there was an issue with the router and we would receive support and have had none and it’s impossible to get though

@virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

@virginmedia hi, I’ve checked your service status and it’s all good, I’ve also rebooted and run fault diagnosis the Ethernet on my router seems to be broken. I’ve tried different cables and devices, none of your auto help features have this as an option!

@virginmedia Broadband is abysmal. 200mb. Price goes up all the time yet the signal gets worse. Can't wait till the end of my contract to swap provider. Literally sat in the room adjacent to the router and I get no signal.
