    @sky box has just gone off, rang them said I need to get an engineer out £65, and boxes need upgrades another £7 a month. Told them I’ll just cancel it, but I can’t do that over the phone. Just had to buy a £10 day pass on now tv for the boxing @virginmedia see ya Monday

    Sick of how bad our @virginmedia WiFi is. Off more than it is on lately.Yet they don't make contact with us to explain why or any money back for lack of service we receive.Couple that up with having to add data on to our phones to make up for it and fair to say we are p*ssed off

    @kingkayofficial @virginmedia Never been an issue for me. Luckily The distribution point is just outside my house so I get top speed, and my neighbour is an engineer for them !

    @virginmedia Yes we even had an engineer here last week on the 11th who put a amp thing on the back to boost it but it made it worst said he would report it back and see about getting the flat rewired as its old cable to see if that would help but have heard nothing since
